Awesome guys! VERY knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. I've never been to a shop where the guys didn't just assume I'm an idiot when it comes to knowing anything about a vehicle other than the colour: until now. The problem was fixed right the first time (every time I've been here)! I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Jim Neiters is the owner of Import Auto and he specializes in Toyota's. Very very honest and reasonable prices. He will do the same check ups as the big dealerships but charge a fair price unlike the big guys. The shop is on the corner of Lemay Ferry and Revis Barracks Rd In the heart of south county. I own a Mazda now and he won't touch it because he stays true to Toyota.

When I have to purchase another car it will be another Toyota so I can always have a an expert mechanic take care of my vehicle. Oh, I almost forgot that my best friends moved to Florida but still use Import Auto for maintenance things that need to be done. They come back here to see relatives and schedule service with Jim.

Great mechanic very trustworthy! I had a dead battery this morning and called from the road. I got roadside from my insurance company and headed straight to import auto. They immediately replaced my battery and checked the alternator. I only buy Lexus since this is the only mechanic I use. They are awesome! Thanks Jim and Craig!

Jim Nieters (owner) is honest, fair, and knows just about all things Toyota/Lexus/Scion. He is a man of integrity and an all around great guy. I've worked for him at a Toyota dealership and I have done major business with as a customer. He has been consistent for the close 20 years that I have personally known him.
