Great service here. I needed a break line replaced today. I wasn't promised that it would even be seen the same day. Instead it was done before lunch. These guys are always friendly and manage to over-deliver on eve the smallest jobs.

Critical: Punctuality I came to get car checked out. The owner said he would take a look at it. He said he was going to wash his hands then come right out, however I could hear him go back to work and talking with the other employees.

I have been seeking a reliable, trusted mechanic for some time & went to Ribaudo's. I called to about an appointment when my check engine light went on in my truck & brought it in the next day. Sam was prompt looked at it immediately & was very skilled at what he was doing and knew what to search for. He was able to fix the problem in less than 15 minutes while attending another customer & employee. Very reasonable price & great customer service. I will definitely return!

I'm not sure about their Auto Services here, but when it comes to renting a Uhual Truck, I'll never and I MEAN NEVER, come here again. The guy was very rude and disrespectful. He tried to tell me that I couldn't rent a truck for 24 hours which I knew I could. I've renting trucks all the time. He didn't want to listen to what I had to say and kept cutting me off.

I asked for a Appliance Dolly and the guy said he didn't have one. I asked where I could go and buy one from just so I could have my own, he kept avoiding the question. He tried to keep pushing me away. I won't recommend them or return myself. I'm glad I left them and went somewhere else, I had amazing service at an actual Uhual Truck place and they all there were amazing.

Im not sure what happened but I have to believe that in every one's security that you never leave your vehicle over night in their secure parking lot. I had asked to do such a d when I arrived today, I found my battery missing and Sam was so rude to me that I was appalled to his remarks. Yes I Saw that they aren't responsible for lost, . But he didn't even give the camera a look. Be very careful doing business with this establisment. Don't Leave your vehicle.

Do not waste your money at this car shop they are very racist I was waiting for a emissions test to be done, they told me it would be 20 minutes but after 5 or 6 minutes a white woman drove up on a flat tire blocked both doors to the garage and went in so as I sent in my car 15 more minutes went by, the the short older guy on the picture came up and said when the other car pulls off you can go in while he opens the other garage to the woman. Before coming here I had already heard things about them but to see it for myself is crazy and ridiculous.

Only place I have ever taken my car! These guys are the best and most honest mechanics in the business.

Sam is my go to mechanic, my mom. We've been dealing with him since the 90s. He charges regular fees, but speedy work, never have to come back and reliable.

After being burned by several slick high-pressure mechanics, I found this place is the exact opposite. The mechanics here are blunt and honest. Sam Ribaudo is very trustworthy. Repairs here are also affordable. And they are not high-pressure to women. :- I recommend them very highly.
