Burleigh Brake & Alignment

I called on Friday to get and estimate and schedule Eric to take a look at my brakes. He gave me and estimated on the phone and said come in first thing Monday morning. I dropped my car off, got a call a few hours later, the cost was less then the estimate on the phone. He did the work and my car was done before I got of work. Eric, was professional, courteous and timely in his work. My car is back to driving perfectly. I would definitely recommend this shop. Thank you Eric.

I've used Burleigh Brake and Alignment several times over the past 4-5 years and have always had great service at a reasonable price. This is definitely my "go to" spot for any repairs on our vehicles.

Eric is very fair priced and gets the work done in a reasonable amount of time. My cars have been going here for over 30 years. I trust no one else.

Alittle disappointed. I set an appointment for 2 weeks ago. Come in this morning. Wait all day to be told that the machine for alignments had broken. And I would have to wait to Thursday. Abit inconvenient since I work everyday of the week. But hopefully I can get what I need done by Thursday.

I don't know what's going on over there lately, but I'm not happy at all. My truck was towed over there because it won't start 4 days ago and it hasn't even been looked at, let alone fixed. No communication whatsoever, tried calling and no one answers. Now it's going on the weekend and I don't have any answers or a car. I heard through the grapevine that they are having staffing problems.

This shouldn't be my problem to worry about, and it should've been communicated to me so that I could've picked another shop to go with. I tried to get a towing service to pick up my truck to take it to another shop, but apparently it was blocked in and the shop was closed! A sign was left on the door stating that no one would be in until Monday. Unreal. I have had work done in the past by BBT, but it looks like that won't be the case anymore. Trying to go local isn't great when you are taken advantage of.

Integrity, honesty and kindness. This auto repair shop sets the standards. On a cold snowy day where every mechanic in the city was four days out before they could help our brake light went on and we could tell the brakes were failing. I called many repair shops and Eric at Burleigh Brake was able to find time to fix our brakes as we traveled through Milwaukee.

He was upfront that it could take a while. He was quick to assess the problem with our brakes. Eric's quote for the repair was fair. To my surprise in under three hours the vehicle was repaired. To my surprise the final repair bill was twenty dollars less than what was quoted. Eric and his team are professional, honest and friendly. If my kids were still in college and their car needed repair, this is the place I would want them to go. There is a gas station and subway restaurant next to the garage. I strongly recommend calling Eric.

You just can't have anyone work on Limousines, Badger State Limousine Service has all the confidence in Eric and Company and when we bring Eric a problem, we know he is going to figure it out. We are so grateful for finding these boy's, and we highly recommend there abilities and skills to making things right, if they can fix Limousines, they can fix anything. Thanks again for all you do, and keeping our vehicles on the road. You guy's are one of the best.

I have been bringing my vehicle here for a few years. Eric is always very professional and trustworthy. I like that he is upfront about issues and is fair. Great place to go!

Absolutely recommend. I took my car in for a second opinion. They told me I didn't need brakes and had about 30-40k miles left. Saved me from paying $890 quoted by the dealership. This will always be my go to for any brake services needed in the future. Thank you!

4/2016 took a 2500 Suburban in for an alignment They claimed that I needed a new upper A-arm, then wanted to charge 2.5x going price for part! He lowered the price once he knew that I know the real price A couple weeks ago the front of the truck started making noise every time I would start and stop. Took apart the front end to find the upper a arm rubber completely deteriorated and dry rotted. It was obviously out of a junkyard! Do not trust these people!
