I often dread having to take my car to a garage for repairs. More often than not, I'm made to feel like my business is more of a nuisance than a great opportunity to attract a loyal customer. That was not the case with Reis Automotive! I just brought my vehicle there for the first time and I'm really glad that I did. From the ease of making my appointment online to the friendly and attentive greeting from Duane, I felt like they not only appreciated my business, but wanted to earn the opportunity to keep it. Plus, their lobby is impeccably clean!

I was provided with a reasonable quote for the work that I needed done and it was completed before the end of the day. They've earned themselves a loyal customer. Came in from out of state on Friday 13 th. Car needed a alternator. Picked one up at Autozone and drove two blocks down to Reis. First told me not today. Monday morning. Than a men named Duane and Anthony said ya know we can get that done right now. Had it done in 20 minutes. THANKS GUYS YOUR THE BEST. The 97 Silverado is back home in the U.P today.

Seriously the best place you can take your car! These guys don't bs you and Duane and everyone who works there is so kind, they really treat you like they would their family. They're so happy to show you how to do things yourself and get you involved with the maintenance of your car. They are also so honest, when I'm here I never have to question if my car really needs what they say because they're not the kind to tack on extra stuff, in fact I've actually been shocked at some of the things they do out of courtesy.

They have fair and transparent pricing. When I lived out of state I would wait to get work done on my car until I came home again because I got so spoiled with how great they are here that going anywhere else stresses me out. Can't say enough good things about them!

I've tried many car repair shops over the years, but none have been as reasonably priced and friendly as Reis. I keep coming back because they do good with and friendly service. They also stand behind what they do.

Absolutely recommend REIS! Had to have my car towed there on a Friday (bad starter) and had it fixed and back on the road less than 24 hours later. It was in and out. Completely honest, great prices and they didn't try to sell me on things "I SHOULD have fixed." Just so happy with REIS and Dwayne was just awesome! I will be there for all my car care needs.

Always happy to come back to them for my car needs. I used to bring my Toyota corolla in. They saved my air conditioning and it wasn't expensive. Now a year later with my 2015 Honda civic they did a great job, very professional. Today really impressed me because they helped me and my 9 year old daughter and took us up the street to George webbs and picked us up while we had work done.

They let me know I needed a transmission fluid change and THEY NEVER TRY TO OVER SALE YOU! IF you need something done they will let you know, they will not sit there and make a list just to make money. Bill was the driver who helped us, very polite and nice. They are opening up another store on 43rd and Loomis road. Bill will be in charge over there, and I doubt their service will be any less better then this location. I definitely recommend them for your car needs. Trustworthy, polite and do work quickly but efficient. Ill be back for the transmission fluid change in June. Thanks guys!

Great place to go for repairs. Very friendly staff. HONEST! Took me under my car on the lift to show me the problem, and got me in to perfectly work with my crazy work schedule. Even brought my car to my work when they finished the multiple repairs I had done. I highly recommend Reis Automotive, to anyone in need of auto repairs. Great work done at very fair prices!

------------------- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE-------------------- I showed up to have burnt out headlights replaced. Employee behind the counter was frustrated I came close to closing time. They swapped my bulbs, but now the headlights don't illuminate the middle of the road, light just flares up the sides of the street. I came right back in as I couldn't see the road infront of my carhood - the guy literally told me it wasn't his problem and asked what I wanted him to do about it. I've never been treated as poorly at a shop like that. Wasted my money here, will not return again. I hope this review saves someone else from giving them business they do not deserve.

I can't recommend these guys enough. They fit you in when you have an emergency, they stand behind their work, and the don't push you into repairs not needed. As an added bonus, they have a courtesy vehicle. Duane builds relationships with his customers!

FINALLY! An HONEST repair shop. Hallelujah. We took our car to be looked at because it was having electrical problems. We had previously taken it to a dealership to be worked on since they are supposed to cover and repair these types of things. but they completely messed it up TWICE. Not naming names. *cough AllStar Honda cough*. Decided enough was enough and took it to REIS to see if they could help us.

They were so willing to take a look and try to fix the other guys problem. They were open and honest with us from the beginning about what it might be and what they would be able to do to help us out. They called us back letting us know that they took a look and were able to find the faulty repair job from before and gave us a way to fix it. Unfortunately, the issue required a specific part that needed to be fixed directly at a dealership, so they couldn't help us right away.

They laid out exactly what the problem was and how to repair it, and guys, they didn't charge us AT ALL. These guys look at our car for hours to find the solution and didn't charge us because they couldn't fix it. I have never felt so comfortable with a repair shop as I did with them. They claim they are just there to help and be real with us, and they completely delivered. As a person who knows nothing about cars, it's so comforting knowing that I have found a place that will truly help me instead of scamming me.

I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else! I live in Milwaukee and I HIGHLY recommend making the trip to Hales Corner to bring your car here. Fantastic customer service, reasonable prices, fast & efficient service, nice waiting room, and a friendly atmosphere. They will show you what is wrong on your vehicle while giving you their honest expert advice.

This is HUGE when you're a female who has no car knowledge and are nervous about even stepping foot into an auto shop. I can tell the employees at REIS are good, trustworthy people who give genuine advice. They go the extra mile for their customers & really just made me feel comfortable. REIS Automotive has far exceeded my expectations of an auto shop. As a vehicle owner, the best decision I can make is to bring my car here. Thank you REIS!
