This wasn't my first experience with Frank's Auto Body. Over the past several years I've relied on this shop to repair my Jaguar, Mercedes and now my Lexus. The reason I continue to return is not only the quality of the repairs, but the true customer service provided by Frank. He is a hands on owner who is not satisfied unless the customer is satisfied. Quality workmanship is the hallmark of Frank's, so if you're looking for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, I strongly recommend Frank's Auto Body.

I was referred to Frank's by multiple friends after having some very frustrating experiences with other shops. I called and was easily able to make an appointment for an estimate. I was very happy with the process and CJ explained everything that needed to be fixed. He was honest and upfront about costs and the timeline for repairs. Other shops provided estimates for less and when I questioned them stating it seemed like more work would be required, they said well, when we get in there we'll see and just charge you more if we need to as we go.
That didn't sit right with me. At the estimate appointment we scheduled the work and they were able to get my car in faster than any other shop. Dropped my car off and they fixed it right up. Good as new! Every staff member was so nice. The front desk staff were friendly, answered my questions, even offered to call me a ride to get my rental car. CJ checked in to keep me updated and my car was finished earlier than expected!
They even stayed past closing so I could pick it up before the holiday weekend. It looks fantastic! I am thrilled with the service I received and will absolutely be recommending them to people I know.

I am very happy with the service I received. Josh was great, the communication was excellent and my car was repaired on schedule. They were great working with my insurance company and with me. My car looks like it's brand new. Josh did a good job explaining everything and looking out for me. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Website says Saturday estimates require appointment. I made the 12 mile drive on Monday, just to be told they require appointments for ALL estimates. And are bookings two weeks out. REALLY? THEN SAY THAT ON YOUR WEBSITE. Thanks for wasting an hour or my life and two gallons of liquid gold; both I will never get back.

No complaints at all with this body shop. They were very accommodating with scheduling and kept me informed every step of the way. Even when they found additional issues that the insurance adjuster failed to anticipate, they were able to finish all repairs in a timely manner and didn't effect the estimated end time. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing to fix their car after an accident or even just for minor issues.

I had a great experience with Frank's Auto Body over the last few weeks getting my minivan repaired! I was pleasantly surprised at how fast it took to get all parts in, and even more pleasantly surprised at the frequent updates and communication that was maintained while my van was in service. I would definitely use again in the future if ever needed!

It's unfortunate that I experienced this, but I drive by this place everyday and I thought to give it a try as I needed a SIMPLE quick look at my bumper and I was; 1. Greeted by some grumpy old lady that has no business at the main counter. 2. Rude as crap. 3. "What do you need" is how she greeted me. 4. I told her May I get an estimate? NO she said to me not today. 5. Didn't ask me to come back nothing.
This is what makes business owners lose their asses because of people like this lady. It's sad because as a business owner I want to provide service to anyone who gives me an opportunity weather I can do it today or another day. I would have returned when they may have had time but this evil lady didn't give me the opportunity to even think about that.
Too bad because as anyone knows a bad rumor spreads a lot faster than a good one and I apologize for having to write this about a small business, but I'm freaking sick of needing services and then getting treated like crap when we're just trying to help someone's business. I could have gone to a big name place, but I chose to give this place a try I guess that was a bad choice on my part.
I hope that this helps someone that's thinking about coming here because you will be wasting your time. As I'm sitting outside writing this someone pulled up and they got an estimate 12/29/2021 at 1:11pm

My vehicle was taken to this location back in early April 2021, my service writer was Josh. It should've been a quick and easy fix it was a small front and collision on my passenger front. Over a almost 4 months period, I picked the truck up seven separate times and the truck was taken back immediately. Each and every time it was for the same concern there was no steering in the vehicle.
It was unable to drive straight down the road. And when you made a left or right hand turns to be a lock in place and put you into the center median or into a curb. My vehicle is been taken two different dealers who replaced all of the same parts again. Not once did Josh nor Frank himself show any sympathy or compassion how long I went without a vehicle.
After two months of those dealers it was taken to another body shop by my insurance. Who after Two more months they found that the vehicle was unrepairable from the start. And the vehicle was then deemed a total loss and was unfixable. At this point I have wasted 8 1/2 almost 9 months without a vehicle. But I had to make payments, insurance, and was unable to replace it due to the inability of the mechanic that could not locate the vehicle was unrepairable from the start in April.
Thank you to my insurance who sent it to One more shop to have the vehicle frame looked at several more parts replaced. And were able to find out the vehicle was never going to be repaired nor fixed where it would be safe for somebody to be on the street. I would never recommend Frank's auto body to anybody. While at Frank's auto body between the first time and picking it up and the third time of picking it up the diesel fuel tank was full.
But for somehow they don't know how both times it was empty even though I had receipt showing, along with about 1500 miles we put on my vehicle. The worst part is when I complained to the shop themselves workers why Frank himself did not respond or call me. I was told that he was too busy and he doesn't return phone calls to people.

My 2019 Escape was rear ended by an uninsured motorist. Franks was listed as top repair service by my insurance State Farm. From beginning to end, exceptional customer service from the front desk and the adjuster at Franks. Frequent update via text message and the did a fabulous job. Looks great. Service: Body & Trim

The check-in process what quick and smooth. The person who inspected my car seemed thorough and provided a quick and reasonable estimate. I cannot comment on the quality of the work as it hasn't been done yet. That won't happen till Jan. '22, which is somewhat of a disappointment, but I guess a positive way to look at is that if they're backed up this much, either allot of ppl and ins agencies really trust & like their work, OR they're very short staffed and the wait list is mega long. So, we'll see. Hopefully I can provide a better score once the work has been done.

Frank's Auto Body was highly suggested to me to mend my Camry which had body damage when it was the subject of a collision due to someone not yielding to me. I was devastated and took it to Frank's. They were very understanding and personable and I felt confident in leaving my beloved car in the capable hands of Josh. He was so easy to talk to from the get go and I was amazed at how he keep me informed almost everyday of the progress of my car. Everyone there is very personable and professional. I highly recommend Frank's Auto Body to anyone in need of this service.

We used Frank's Auto Body for the first time 10 years ago for an accident with our Infiniti I30. When we got our car back, it looked like nothing ever happened. So I guess you could say that Frank's Auto Body is like the ServePro of Body Work! They truly did an amazing job! Then three years ago, my husband was hit by an elderly woman who turned left into the post office and didn't yield to oncoming traffic.
We have a 2015 Acura TLX and the front end was pretty damaged. We went back to Frank's and they fixed it back beautifully as usual with sensors and all! We have the ADV package on our TLX so this was super important. Their communication was top notch and they did everything right. Fast forward 3 years and we started to see some peeling on the front bumper where Frank's had repaired it 3 years earlier.
We called them and they immediately said to bring it down to them. They said that their vendor may have used a non-primed bumper and they took our car for about 5 days and had it ready as good as new. We picked it up yesterday and it's so shiny and beautiful again! So not only does Frank's do a great job, they stand by their work! That is truly unusual in this day and age to have a body shop be so ethical and truthful! I would HIGHLY recommend Frank's to anyone who needs body work done! They are honest and do an amazing job!

I received regular updates from the shop and I got status updates via text from Josh every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The car was ready when they said it would be and the quality of the work was excellent. Frank's exceeded my expectations in every way possible and that's not an easy thing to do! They replaced what needed to be replaced - no attempt to "make do" with patching or repairing any of the plastic parts.
The replacement tire was the exact make model and style and the paint job is amazing. When I picked up the car, Josh walked me through everything that was done including how it was done and why it was necessary. He took me "behind the scenes" under the hood to explain the mechanical components that were replaced. If I ever need a body shop again, I won't go anyplace else. Frank's is the real deal!

Kind, courteous, affordable, beautiful work, great communication. I was rear-ended at a red light by someone who fell asleep but luckily the damage wasn't too bad, mostly cosmetic. Frank's came recommended by the service department at the Honda dealership because that's where they take all their auction cars to get repaired. Frank's got me in quickly for an estimate and were very good about wearing masks indoors and when in close proximity during the covid pandemic.
All the shops had long wait times for repairs but Frank's was able to get me in 2 weeks earlier than the other places. They worked with my insurance and did an absolutely beautiful job on my car. They got it back to me earlier than expected and were great about communication throughout, which was especially helpful since I didn't have a rental. I'd recommend them to anyone who asked.

The customer service is excellent, answering all of my questions and I had daily updates from the technician Josh who did the actual work and who did a fantastic job! Best of all is their work is warranted for as long as I have this vehicle! When I picked up the truck, it looked better than the day I brought home!.

Dropped our vehicle off at Frank's for our insurance claim, and Josh & Christina were very responsive and communicative with regards to the process. Our Subaru had 3,000 miles and thankfully everything was replaced with Subaru OEM parts. They even had our vehicle washed and cleaned up prior to pickup. Thank you Frank's Auto Body for everything and the quality work.

Absolutely a customer for life at this exceptional body shop! Susan went above and beyond in addressing a small hiccup I ran into after a repair job on my bumper. Robert helped me throughout the touch up process, and I was in and out in under an hour, completely speechless over what a spectacular job he and the crew did! They did much more than I ever would have expected, and I can't stop smiling at how beautiful my Toyota Corolla 2016 is looking now! Literally as good as new! Thanks a million Robert and Susan! We will be back for all future repair needs for sure! :

My mechanics, who I love and who have never, ever steered me wrong, recommended Frank's Auto Body. I had a huge mess, two separate accidents, and two separate insurance companies to deal with. They were a preferred auto body shop for American Family Insurance, which was awesome. They took care of EVERYTHING from the adjuster to the repairs, and then even worked with the Honda dealership to reset sensors. Josh managed both insurance companies for us and gave us updates all the time to let us know what was going on.
Holy cow, the customer service alone was incredible.but their work was just as good. They gave us the car back looking brand new.and even cleaned the inside, it was pretty bad when we handed it over. I've never had such good customer service from an Auto Body shop before. I won't be going anywhere else as long as I am in Vegas!

I was in an accident that damaged the back of my car. The repairs took longer than expected but the staff was very friendly and kept me updated every day. The overall result was great and they even buffed damage that was done before the accident. I had a great experience with Frank's and would recommend. I had a great experience getting my Mercedes bumper repaired at Frank's Auto Body, after a 15 year old girl just learning to drive turned her car into mine. Josh was great to work with. The work on my car was completed sooner than expected and they did a terrific job keeping me informed throughout the process. They called and arranged for Enterprise to pick me up for my rental car, and followed all COVID precautions as far as I could tell. The work they did was perfect. I hope I don't have to use them again, but if I did need body work, I'd return for sure.

I've been going to Frank's Auto Body for the past 25 years. They have repaired a total of 5 vehicles. Their work is superb. The level of craftsmanship is second to none. The car looks better than new when they are finished with it. The staff is very friendly and deals with the insurance companies for you. They can also arrange a car rental if needed. One thing I really appreciate is they keep you updated on the progress of your car. I will continue to bring my cars there.

Was rammed by a reckless driver on the highway in my almost new Accord. I wanted my car repaired by a certified Honda repair center and Frank's Auto Body is one out of two in Vegas. The other one did not have nearly as good reviews as Frank's, so the choice was easy. Top experience from the beginning to end. Great communication from them during the entire repair process, car looked like new when I picked it up and the whole process was done in a timely manner. My highest recommendation.

Took our truck to Frank's for some minor body work. They did a fantastic job. It was like the damage never happened. Staff was great. I got daily updates through text everyday. Truck was ready 2 days earlier than estimated. Staff was great. If I ever need more body work in the future, I will certainly go to Frank's.

I got rear ended and the other persons insurance had a bunch of chains and a few small businesses to choose from. I thought about going to a chain but Frank's Auto Body has good reviews so I figured I'd give them a try. Very good decision! Admittedly I had to do this during quarantine so the service may have been slightly different than "normal" but if that's what it's like stressed and with limitations I assume the service here is amazing! First, making an estimate appointment was easy and friendly.
They made sure to call me and give me reminders and made sure I knew exactly where they were located. The estimate was quick but thorough and completely professional and friendly. She was able to explain to me the process and gave me honest information. Second, the work done was great! And it was done so much faster than I thought it would be as well.
