My family and I have gone to Ron's Automotive for YEARS. They are, hands down, the best place for all of your car needs. They are extremely efficient and fast. Everyone there is insightful, knowledgeable, kind, and communicative. They always keep me posted on the status of my car, no matter what the issue is. I only trust my vehicle in their hands!

I live in Tulsa and my daughters attend OU. We rely on Ron's to take care of any issues we have with their vehicles. They do not recommend unnecessary repairs and the pricing is very competitive. I have been going to Ron's for 10 years for everything involving my cars maintenance and repair. They were usually busy and weren't always the cheapest, but they'd always done a fantastic job so I was fine with both. Recently I went in for an oil change. The place was packed, so I asked a newer guy at the counter if I'd be able to get in that day.

He laughed in my face and said there was no chance. When I asked about setting an appointment for the following week, he laughed in my face again and said I could try showing up first thing Monday or Tuesday but they wouldn't do an appointment for that as it wasn't worth their time. Maybe your business will mean more to them than mine did.

If you have any problems with your vehicle these guys know their stuff, they've been in the same spot for 30+ years. Great family run local business.

Always the BEST! I have been using Ron's Automotive for many years. They have always been fairly priced, had professional customer service, quick and complete service not to mention ride to and from their shop. They always greet us with a smile and answer all my questions, and I ask a lot! I have recommended MANY friends and family to Ron's, most are now customers.

All of their qualified technicians can work on whatever ails your automotive. Be a car, truck or service vehicle, which I've seen there for repair. Stop by for a simple oil change, brake job, engine, heat and air, radiator, shocks, struts, tires, plugs and wires, yes even transmission repairs, you won't be disappointed, and if so they'll fix that too!

Wonderful! We were caught needing a mechanic during a road trip. It is so hard to find a good place when you don't know the area! The service here was great, Completely honest and knowledgeable. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain things thoroughly so that we can make it safely to our destination and back and make major fixes when we get home. 100% recommended!

Called because we needed to check antifreeze and they said come on overand they did it right there on the spot no charge. They are fast and friendly and go the extra mile for their customer! 100% trust! Have used them for at least ten years on various auto problems from oil change to fixing car after hitting a deer! Absolutely love them!

Ron's Automotive is truly a gem! About two years ago I was stranded about 20 miles south of Norman and Ron's Automotive was the closest tow location. They took care of my car and were extremely communicative. Just this week, my car had another issue so I drove almost an hour so they could work on my car again! They also have an awesome warranty on their services. Highly recommend them.

My husband's truck needed a new turbo. A previous shop gave us a ridiculous quote so we brought it here instead. They fixed it for half of the cost and in a fraction of the time. We will make the longer drive here from now on! Great experience

Ron's automotive was recommended by a friend. I was impressed from the minute I walked through the door. They even offered to give me a ride to Braum's while I waited. Polite, friendly, helpful, and more than $200 less than the dealership quoted me for parts alone. I will go back the next time I need a repair and I don't even live in Norman.

Ron's is A trustworthy family business. They won't rip you off and they get your car done in a shorter amount of time for a good price! Ron is friendly and the customer service is good. They have coffee for those waiting. And they offer rides if you need to be taken somewhere while waiting for your car to be finished.

Ron's automotive has been fantastic to me, when I do not even live in Norman. My mom Karin, sold me on them and when I do come to visit, I sometimes experience issues with my older Acura or just needed them to do me a favor last minute, and they always came thru for me. Recently they put warranty replaced Front Rotors on because they found the problem to be with the parts they put on one year earlier.

They got me in and out in one day, knowing I had to get back to Dallas in the morning. I absolutely can not say how wonderful the crew is at Ron's.and the relationship they have with my mom is so neat to see when she walks into the place.

Ron's worked on my student's jeep once and seemed fair. Dropped it off Sept 12 and left the key in the key box. I'm in Dallas, I've called everday since and had to leave a message and no one has called me back. Its now Sept 16.
