As a business owner myself. I appreciate customer service and a job well done! Had major motor problems and they diagnosed my truck and called me with a couple of options on repairs. Very pleased with the outcome! My truck has never ran this good! And they definitely had my best interest in mind! I would recommend them highly! Honest and integrity means alot to me! New to the area and needed some work done on my Dodge truck. Looked around and this place seemed to have the best reviews. Reviews are exactly right- friendly, fair pricing, and reasonable turnaround. Truck runs great now and wells fixed things that other auto shops had missed. Will definitely be back

We have been taking our vehicles to Wells for years and feel they have always treated us right and done good work. They help us with preventative planning on things we might need to fix soon and things that can wait to be fixed later. Wells always looks things over and calls to discuss the parts and labor before performing the work. Wells is very personable, professional, and get your vehicle back to you as quickly as they can. Just don't leave your vehicle in the adjacent strip center lot! The business owner next door is not friendly and will have you towed.

Highly recommend! Finding a reputable mechanic can be very difficult, especially when there are so many different places to choose from. Had an issue with our Kia & we needed the vehicle fixed in a timely manner - really hard to have my wife and I working without 2 functional vehicles. Came in on a Monday & they estimated worst case scenario that it may not be ready until Wed.

They got the repair finished and completely taken care of by the very next day! Highly satisfied with their work and knowledge & it feels very reassuring to have a trust worth mechanic that we can now go to when we need something done for our vehicles.

Wells automotive was great! Robbie takes the time to talk with you and give his opinion on what is best for you and your vehicle. Most shops that I have been to just seem like they want your money and dont care to explain anything. I will definitely be using Wells Automotive for all vehicle repairs that I dont do myself. I've tried my fair share of mechanics over the 21 years I've lived in Norman, but none can hold a candle to the group at Wells Automotive. Professional and patient, they'll always take the time to explain everything in as much detail as necessary, and they're always happy to provide estimates on any work you're looking to get done. And, speaking of price, Wells Automotive is incredibly fair.

I've had everything from oil changes to engine work done at Wells and the prices have always been easy to stomach. I also appreciate that they will give you their professional thoughts and opinions on which services/repairs are most urgent, in case your wallet needs to take a breath between trips to the shop. I take our family vehicle there every year before our family road trips because, frankly, Wells is the only place I trust to do right by us. I'm grateful for their honesty and hard work. I am so grateful for the help I got at Wells! I had gotten differing opinions on an issue I was having with my car, and they were willing to take a look at it when I walked in without having to make an appointment. They fully explained everything they saw and gave me specific advise on how to get it resolved, even though I wasn't getting the service through them. (I would gladly have done it with them, but I was leaving town soon after and didn't have time to schedule it.) They really helped to ease my mind before taking the car on a long road trip. I would definitely recommend taking a vehicle to Wells based on my experience with them!
