I had to get my transmission replace on my vehicle. I had to go thru a warranty that I bought with the car and Nance Transmission assisted me the entire way and kept me informed. They received the replacement transmission on a Friday and my car was ready on Monday. I highly recommend them to anyone one else needing work done.

Brought my jeep here and was told it needed a rebuild on the transmission. Cheapest price I could find and they came recommended so I gave the green light, wish I hadn't. Fast forward 13 months and all I've paid for is a massive headache and another rebuild at another shop. They give a 12 month/ 18,000 mile warranty that is as worthless as their rebuild.
I had to take my jeep back immediately after the rebuild and did so constantly until it recently broke down with only 2k miles since the rebuild. It broke down under warranty but the catastrophic transmission failure convinced two mechanics that my engine locked up so I bought a new engine just to find out it was my transmission needing another rebuild, trouble is I didn't find that out until after the warranty was up by less than a month.
Their response? "Not my problem, not under warranty." Well, I had to hire an attorney since they wouldn't refund my money or return my calls. They refunded my money after one letter from my attorney. My advice is simple: stay away at any cost. If they mess it up then font count on correcting their mistakes or even looking for the problem while you're without your vehicle until the warranty is up and you are left stranded. In my opinion a warranty should begin when the transmission runs as it should; mine has ended before it should have began.

I'm really happy I took my vehicle to Nance Transmission Service. My vehicle required a transmission rebuild and is now running great. If you are having transmission problems I highly recommend this company. Fair prices, professional customer service, worked backed by a warranty, and they get the job done in a timely fashion.
