This place is top notch! I've used Lech multiple times in the past and every time they have been the best. From their friendly personality and wallet friendly prices, this place can't be beat! Recently I was trying to get an inspection sticker and it had failed due to blown fuse and this place was able to quickly get me in to diagnose the problem and fix it fast to pass inspection.

Everyone that works there and the owners are great but Frank is amazing. Very knowledgeable and personable and is always willing to go the extra mile to help the customers here. I can't recommend this place enough and I will always come here for whatever my car needs.

Sadly I was in a minor accident and my front bumper was ruined. I took it here to get fixed and Chris was very polite and professional. They got the job done quickly, my nissan looks and runs great. They even detailed the inside! Definitely recommend them, excellent place ! Service: Body & Trim

Terrible drivers was turning onto north front street dude had signal on in small white tow truck. I Proceeded to pull out and this guy starts running his mouth instead of just turning. acting like I cut him off and this isn't the first time I had another incident where another one of there drivers followed me to 7-Eleven acting like a manic driving at my bumper like he's trying to repo my car that I own all of my cars are owned not financed so they definitely don't know how to run a business right if there chasing down people they don't know and breaking the law.

Just picked up my 2013 Ford Explorer that was in to get the hood repainted due to Ford not treating the aluminum properly before painting. To say that I am pleased with the results is an understatement. The paint looks great, the letters on the hood were replaced, and scratches that I didn't even mention were all buffed out. The car was clean inside and out all for less than half of what my neighborhood shop wanted to charge me. Thank you Chris. Well done!

During hurricane Elsa passenger window switch went stuck in the down position rushed over to them immediately and we're able to fix it right away, thank you Chris, Kevin, Jodi.awesome.

True artisans of auto body repair, the professionals at Lech restored my totaled MINI to better than it was before the accident, but moreover, they shared honest information throughout the process and treated me in such a way that spoke of their genuine care of people and love of cars. It's great to have my car back!

I've used this shop a few times and have recommended it for auto repairs. Recently I've had issues with diff damage appearing when cars are returned. I've had paint appear on the interior once. My center console was damaged somehow by the shop and it's taken then over 3 months to fix after I had to show them the damage they did (they are very nice).

My interior of the car had flooded and they did the bear minimum ( did not replace any air filters after I had asked to replace the interior one which I was told they had done, I discovered a dirty wet cabin air filter am I gonna continue to waste my time calling them about it? No. Overall very pleasant people to deal with just the work ethic doesn't match.

I will not be returning. If you go thru insurance they seem to make off well and do the bare minimum. (They didn't charge my deductible but didn't do everything they should have) If you want your car returned to you without you needing to follow up and wasting your time on details with repairs they should have taken care of do not go here.

Absolutely the best Auto body place I've ever had the experience of working with! Minor fender bender brought me to the best auto service ever Darrell is the nicest, honest and caring man brought my car right back to where it was previous and help me work with the adjuster that wasn't exactly the easiest to deal with because the accident wasn't my fault Thank you to Darrell and all his hard work and staff for all their kindness.

Well sadly, when I had my car towed to this location I have a whole bag of pot in my car, i had "roaches" left over weed and I guess the tower took it upon himself to take every last bit of it. When I called the same day I picked the car up the boy on the lhone answered and I explain how crazy it mustve sounded to him but I would have just wanted an honest apology from the man with the sticky fingers.

All I got in return was "I understand and ill have my boss call you back" havent heard from this place in days noone ever called and i never got an apology for their EMPLOYEE STEALING MY BELONGINGS. Its just the principle, you don't know if I have anxiety, depression issues and for someone to not apology is inhumane. I just thought it would be nice to share my story with all of you just so you all can take precautions and never leave any type of things you wouldn't want them taking. Can't trust people now a days not even businesses! I'm disappointed in you Lech towing company. And yes this is the correct towing company I made sure.

Had my motorcycle towed there after a accident and someone there probably the driver of tow truck stole my 800.00 speedometer and tachometer it was bolted on and some how it unbolted it's self and unplugged itself and walked away don't be fooled this goes on a lot from police reports so make sure you take your valuables and take pictures of you property or they say it wasn't there when they pick it up crooked company that's why there rated lower than others

I went there a couple weeks ago. I've mulled over this since. I went in for a sticker. they told me I needed ALL ball joints. and my rocker was rotted. ok done deal. a week later i go in all fixed. they tell me i have more issues. wheel bearing. I have receipts to prove. dont go there.fyi

This is the second time I've brought one of my vehicles to be repaired at Lech. This time there was little to no communication, but I understand they're busy. When I got my car back two weeks later the body work and windshield was perfect. When I got into my car I found my change purse completely cleaned out. Change is no big deal I get it but it is a big deal that there are apparent thieves working on people's cars.

My car was also left FILTHY on the inside. They didn't even bother to wipe anything down or even throw away their trash. Took me all of 10 minutes to clean up but totally in acceptable to return a car to a customer that way. I informed the insurance of my problems and they told me they contacted the shop and I was told Jake would have a manager call me.

Well that was two days ago. Can't be bothered to give me a call so here we are in social media. I will never ever bring my business back to them and I will inform my friends and family to steer clear.

Great mechanic. And nice family honest and it tell you where you need to have done and don't fix anything unless you a proof. I just wish I had them for all my work

My daughter was recently in a car and the car was a total loss. Kevin was very companionate and he helped my daughter when she went there to clean out her car. Even the driver that towed the car was very nice and caring. I'm glad they were called to do the job.

I've brought my 2016 Honda Civic EX-L to Lech twice: once for a flat tire and very recently (11.21.17) to have my rims painted. In both instances, I've found Lech to be straightforward and reasonable regarding both service and pricing. And every interaction with Chris Lech-Goulart, the general manager, Michael, Chris's husband and the head shop minion, and so far three of their staff (office minions Kevin and Lisa and shop minion Brenton) has been friendly and professional.

Because the rims were the larger expense (the flat only cost me $26), I'll comment a little more on that experience. Having no clue what painting rims entailed, I was very pleased with how Chris and Brenton helped me to understand my options, both practically and aesthetically. We decided to paint the factory rims black, with the "H" in middle red to match my taillights.

The idea was to give the car a little something to make it stand out in a good way. Chris and Brenton understood that I didn't want anything ridiculous or tasteless. I also asked them to take care of some minor curb-related damaged to two of the rims. The estimate was $85-$100 per rim, which some online research revealed was about what it should have been.

I dropped the car off at 8 a.m. on Tuesday and picked it up a bit before 2 p.m. the next day. When I saw my finished rims my reaction was, "That's f*cking hot!" Well done, Brenton/Lech. The final cost was $420, which was fine with me. Also fine with me was that someone appeared to clean the inside of the car, presumably at no additional cost since I didn't ask for any detailing. Although the inside of my car is always neat, I still appreciated whatever they did to freshen it up. I'll absolutely be back.

Nice people and fair prices. what more can i say? they got me back on the road after a scary accident of falling iron from an overpass. i will be a return customer. they put up with my need to get moving again with rare grace and patience. thank you.

When I first moved to New Bedford my car got hit and my insurance gave me their name so I went to their auto body.i was so satisfied. I now bring my car there for oil changes and tires or anything else it needs. It is a pleasure to deal with everyone from the front desk to the mechanics. Thank you
