The story of Miller Auto Care as it exists today starts with Ron Shubin. Shubin began his auto repair career at Skinner Buick, Pontiac, Cadillac, later known as Skinner Autoplex, here in Medford when he was just 18 years old. He was quickly promoted to line tech, a position he held for over 20 years.

For any car repairs, Miller Autocare is my go-to! They were referred to me by a family member and now I also refer them to all my friends and co-workers. They are very professional, friendly, honest, quick and reliable. Also, affordable! I had an emergency trip that came up and I appreciate that they were able to squeeze me in their schedule so I can get my car repair taken care of before I hit the road. I dropped my vehicle off because I had smoke coming up through my steering column. They looked at it but basically told me it was something totally unrelated, would cost $1300 to fix. Told them not to fix that. Charged me $99 for looking at it. Drove back to Montana, talked to my regular guy. It was the wiper stick, which had a short. So even though they're very nice at Miller, they didn't even check why I had smoke coming out of my steering column. Was disappointed.

I just completed a visit to Miller auto care. I asked them for a throttlebody and injector cleaning. They told me they would look at it but they didn't recommend either as long as I used to clean fuel. After the inspection they told me I was not in need of the service. Unfortunately I had a separate mechanic tell me that I had required the service. Needless to say Millers will be the service shop that completes any future repairs on my automobile.

*updating my review* google prompted me to leave a review for the wrong shop! So sorry for th confusion. We had an awful experience with a different shop in the area, but at one point I had called Miller auto, and I got a notification to leave a review, I wasn't paying attention to the name of the shop. We actually do intend to have Miller Auto Care work on our vehicle in the future.
They did a little work on another vehicle for ud earlier this year and were very efficient and nice to work with. Sorry for the low review earlier! I will be posting that to the correct mechanic now!

We've had them work on two vehicles we own; a 200 Safari van with electrical issues, whish they quickly diagnosed and corrected and a 2009 Dodge Journey. The Journey has been in for normal maintenance issues (oil changes, battery replacement, brakes, etc.) We've always found both Gary and Dustin to be both honest and efficient. They've done what they said they would at competitive prices and always completed the work on schedule. Communication is always spot on as well. We highly recommend Miller Autocare Center. I don't leave many reviews, but this really is a great shop. Dustin went well above and beyond expectations and will certainly be my first and only choice in the future. The pricing was fair and they certainly know their stuff. I moved to Medford 2 years ago and it hasn't been easy finding a good mechanic. Thank You Dustin and Miller Autocare.

Zero stars. PLEASE BEWARE THIS LYING HYENA. Took my car in 3 years ago on the recommendation of a "friend" and at the time I felt I was being ripped off, but live and learn and once the work's done what can you do? Turns out the water pump he installed failed and I took it to my regular guy and he told me that the part was a useless piece of Chinese-made garbage and he replaced it with a Toyota part made for my car. Here's what really makes me want to spit in this #$%@&*#'s face though: He charged me more for his crappy part than my guy did for the real thing. Go anywhere else but here! If you shake this snakes hand make sure you count your fingers afterward. A Thief.
