Stay away from this shop I called them to tow my truck. They promised to me to be there in one half and hour. It lasted 6 hours. Every time I called them they kept saying that they arrive in 10 minutes. And they promised me to start working on my truck right after my truck is in their shop. It was second lie promise. The whole night I stayed in my truck.
In the morning they said mechanics will arrive by 9 am. He came after 10:30. Labor fee $148 /per hour. He started working after 10:30am and finished 3pm. At the end of the day he charged me for 7 hours labor and didn't show me the list of price for parts he used for. Be safe. Don't recommend this shop at all

RV broke down Friday evening. We parked in Albertsons parking lot and stayed the night. Unable to get a mobile deisel mechanic Saturday. Needed to keep going to get home to go to work. Called and asked if could limp RV over to their place.8 miles away. And, would they keep it there until we found a business that would repair it. They said yes. Insurance roadside assistance for towing was called. Ashland Towing is a company that Good Sam uses.
They had to get a height permit to move it to Peterson Catipillar. They called me back 5 minutes after making arrangements to let us know they could do repairs. Ashland Towing was very helpful and informative. We appreciate them being willing to help us in our situation. Was able to leave the RV with them and make it home for work. Later in the week they delivered to the repair place. Thanks!

Should be 0 stars. Took 6+ hours "fixing" the alternator that wasn't even broken and then they realized that the alternator wasn't even the problem. Gave us "free" flavorless Tea because we waited for them in the hot sun to finish and then charged us for it. Nasty Tea. I wouldn't have grabbed if if I knew it was going to taste like that.

Thank you for helping us out when Ashland Lock and Safe couldn't. My coworker locked his keys in the car. He is a new driver, young, and has never had to call anyone for this before and had a bad time with Ashland Lock and Safe; they assumed he was drunk! No he's been working with me for several hours he is fine. They said to call you guys and would refuse any explanation. So glad we did. Thank you for understanding.

This "business" is a scam pure and simple. They simply take advantage of people to make a quick buck while towing whatever and whenever they can. It is like the wild, wild west in Ashland with towing companies and this is by far the worst offender. This place charged $435 to tow a car less than 3 miles and claimed it was 5 miles. The employees are also incredibly rude and unprofessional, stating "Can't you read the f*cking sign?!?" when asked a question.

Had the misfortune of my motorhome breaking down in Medford. Ashland was the only repair facility that would offer same day service for repairs. Towing was done by my travel insurance company and not Ashland. Repairs were as I had suspected and parts and labor seemed reasonable. Found staff to be extremely friendly was even offered lunch. Parts were available and repairs completed in a professional manner. Billing was the last issue and when I asked if Military discounts were offered they gave me a $50 credit on my bill.

Absolutely horrible experience! While driving to the bay area from Portland, my transmission burned up at 6am. The driver was kind enough to wake up to pick me up and arrived 40 minutes after I called. He was pleasant but did coerce me into bringing my car back to their seedy little "shop." 15 miles or so to the tune of $280. They initially told me that their mechanic would look at my car Saturday morning, then Sunday morning (which I found strange) then finally looked at it Monday afternoon.
Just to tell me the blatantly obvious that my transmission was bad. They held my car for 3 days while they kept promising to find a used transmission. Meanwhile I'm paying $100 daily that I don't have to stay at a motel. I finally paid another towing company (at 1/3 the cost) to tow it to Jantzer in Phoenix. They tried awfully hard to charge me for storing my car, using skates when they didn't need to, and "inspecting my car." Thanks a lot guys, you might consider addressing your "mechanics" drug/alcohol problem!

My car broke down in an intersection and couldn't be moved, at 10pm.they were somewhat quick about getting there and getting me out. Turned out the car couldn't be fixed at all.the guys and girl helped me figure what to do and helped me with estimates for my loan company and a resolution to the problem! I was very stressed and they made things easier on me! Not always so good at calling back, but still great crew.

On 06/09/2017 in the evening time on Stewart ave, one of your drivers was being reckless (Chevy, 20). He almost rear-ended another driver as they both sped up and without a turn signal cut in front of me. The speed limit is 35 mph and I was already going 40. He was going at least 50+ and only stopped because of a red light. Teach them road safety or at least care that they have your name on their vehicle and representing you.

I would give the a "zero" if possible. My daughter's car slid into a ditch on ice, while we waited for AAA to arrive, the Police call Ashland Towing and had her car towed. 1.5 miles for sweet sum of $850. When we went to locate her car, they informed us that they had not charged us the extra $95 daily storage fee, even tho this all transpired on the same day. What kind of a racket is this?

So we got a flat tire between Klamath falls and Ashland where there is no phone service. Nice people gave us a ride up the hill and let us use there phones since they had phone reception and we called Ashland Towing Company. They told us they would be there in an hour and a half. THEY NEVER CAME. We almost had to spend the night in the freezing cold. Oh. Had I mentioned that it had started snowing and was like 20 degrees out.
If it wasn't for the people that we met later that night at 1:00 in the morning we might have died from hypothermia. We had waited there from 3pm to 1:00 in the morning. DONT USE THIS SERVICE.

I'd post less than one star if possible. Our car got a flat tire at three in the afternoon on Hwy 66. We had no phone service so a family that stopped to help us called Ashland Towing on our behalf. We were told they would be to us in 1-1 1/2 hours. While waiting it began to snow and our emergency blinkers ran down the battery. After waiting 3 1/2 hours, another family stopped to check on us.
They offered to call Ashland Towing and remind them we still needed their services and to give them more specific location information. By 1:30 am they had not arrived and temperatures we sub-freezing. Lucky for us someone came along to rescue us. Ashland Towing had left us stranded and freezing for the night.

These people are criminals! They do Not deserve even a single star. They lied, overcharged my credit card by $500, took hours to arrive then pulled our car out of the ditch and drove away, never checking to make sure the car was safe to drive or bothering to follow us back to town. I could go on regarding the terrible treatment and horrific service. I reported them to the better business bureau and they refused to respond to them as well. You would be better off with any tow company before these people!

I am surprised Ashland Towing and Repair has a business license. My car slid off of a snowy embankment, so I called Ashland Towing. I told the dispatcher that I was at the top of Grizzly Peak in 6 inches of snow 4 feet down a 45 degree embankment. I needed a tow truck with either 4 wheel drive or chains, a winch and an arm. When the tow truck driver arrived he had no chains, so he said he would return in 30 minutes with the proper equipment. 3 HOURS LATER he hadn't returned.
I called 4 times in that time frame and was told over and over that he was 20 minutes away. The dispatcher even had the audacity to call me 2 hours into this ordeal to make sure that I was willing to pay $500 since this was so time consuming! They quoted me $95 in the beginning! Turns out, they had no idea where the driver had gone. HE ABANDONED A SINGLE WOMAN IN THE SNOW WITH A DYING CELL PHONE AT DUSK!
I got a ride down from the mountain and walked into their office, which was only 8 miles away, to ask what the heck was going on. The tow truck driver was standing there and just said that he needed to run home to grab warm clothes. I called Dicks Towing the next morning and they arrived on time, prepared and professional. They had my car out in 20 minutes! Charged me $200. GO TO DICKS!

By far the most unprofessional rude people I have dealt with ever They have left me on the side of the i5 with a RV full of children for over 5 hrs They have a attitude all three times I have called to check to see any progress I'm really at the point to just run the Rv and blow the motor just to not give them any business! I can't believe ppl like this stay in business It's only because they have people that are passing thru on the interstate and don't know any better!

I will start with the "good, " which is that these guys helped me get unstuck from a big rock on an unpaved road. My car was not damaged in any way. What I had a problem with was that I was quoted a "flat" rate of $195. But, halfway through the job, the owner wanted to charge me more. When I'm quoted a "flat" rate, I don't expect the price to go up after the fact! So, if you use this company, be very clear up front what the terms of payment will be.

If it were possible to give negative stars I would. What a horrible place and full of rude unprofessional assholes. I'm not going to bore with the details but I was taken advantage of, greeted by rudensss and smartass smirks and remarks. I will tell everyone I know not to go here. Ever. Worst "auto shop" in Southern Oregon.

Ashland Tow & Repair is a rip off, there dispatch & driver lied to me. There dispatch quote me as much as $250.00. The driver quoted me $195.00, then after he winched my car 4 feet, then demanded $525.00. Do Not Trust Ashland Towing & Repair - Will Quote one price to sell, then double the bill with bogus charges never agreed to.

These people are crooks, I have a semi truck they coerced me to bring my truck to their yard for repairs. When I got there my estimate went from 2,900.00 which was high to 18,535.00 they kept my trailer for 2 weeks did not touch it, all with me pleading with them to fix my trailer at the original price. I explained to them I'm running out of money and in a matter of days I won't be able to put food in my children's mouth.
They think its a joke, what they do is get your equipment, charge you ungodly amounts to look at it. When you want it back its a couple thousand and when you won't pay or in my case can't they hold your equipment hostage. In the real world it's legalized extortion. I called the law and plead with them to help but they are powerless to this practice.
In the end I went in and took my trailer legally, and left. They have to do work like this cause all the locals know these clowns, and they would be out of business if they didn't extort people. Please beware of your property, and lets all put this business out of business. Oh by the way I wish I had yelp 1st I signed up because of it.
