Another business in St Joe tried charging me 4,000 for a remanufactured transmission. BJs (Tyler) told me it didn't need a transmission, simply new mounts. He replaced them inn1 day and it's like having a new transmission on my Jeep. Polite, honest and cost effective, less than 500! I highly recommend them and won't use anyone else.

I am very pleased with this company! I emailed about a quote at night and had a instant reply! I'm very pleased about how fast I was able to get scheduled! This is my first visit to BJ's and I would highly recommend them. I brought in my SUV to BJ's as a walk-in customer. They had my vehicle in quickly to diagnose the issue and had the repair done fast. The mechanics are all very knowledgeable and very friendly as well. If you are needing any repairs, I would take it to BJ's.

They were to replace the glass the back window of my Tahoe. Instead they replaced the whole lift door part of my Tahoe with another of a different color. But still charged me for replacement. They forgot to swap the inside color trim, and was unable to find replacement trim to match my vehicle. But offered to paint the brown trim to match the inside of my vehicle because they scraped my door with the original trim. So as a woman DO NOT GO THERE!

Best mechanics shop for 90 miles. Got me in, in a hurry. Is taking care of me since I have to be back at work on a weekend and has amazing customer service. Had my parts walking in the door as I was walking out after dropping it off. Would recommend to everyone solely based on the shop dogs them selves. But bj is an amazing person who takes care of everyone. Thank you for everything bj.

BJ's is a great place to take your vehicle for all repairs and maintenance. BJ goes out of his way to accommodate and help you as much as he can to get you in and out.definitely will always keep coming here.and others should too.price wise he's very good with that and works to help you out.

My friend brought her 2000 Jetta here for an issue that she was having. She was young and didn't know that VR6 timing chains require periodic maintenance. She was frustrated beyond the point of caring about it anymore so she gave me the car. When I went to pick it up, they had pulled the engine and transmission. They didn't drain any fluids before doing so.

They hurried to gather parts that were scattered all over the shop into boxes. The catalytic converter had been cut off the car while in their "secure lot". I'm just beside myself remembering how unprofessional and not knowledgeable in VW repair these hacks must've been. Who completely disassembles someone's car before they figure out that the are completely out of their depth? BJ's one stop car destroying shop.

That's who. To top it all off, they wanted $450 for a storage fee. I guess they counted on her not wanting to pay the storage bill so they started pulling high value recyclables off of it. STEER CLEAR!

I won't take my car anywhere else! The people and service is amazing!
