Our moving truck broke down on a Saturday (yesterday). The highway patrol came by to check on us (thank you!) and he asked who the tow/mechanic was who was going to help us out. I told him Randy's Repair. He said we were in good hands and not to worry. Randy got there, towed us to the nearest safe place and tried to fix the truck on the spot.

When that was impossible he worked with our rental company and secured a new truck for us. When our rental company called us a few hours later they said they would tow the truck to our hotel. I drove back to the broken down truck and it was Randy again. He quickly got it towed to the hotel and finished just after midnight. He explained everything to me and did everything professionally and with a smile. He really made this horrible situation more acceptable. I couldn't recommend a business more than Randy's Repair.

Randy is as good as it gets. He has been in business since I was in high school and I am almost 40. I have been going to him for years and he is very friendly as well as everyone he has working for him, he takes pride in his business, and is good at what he does. You won't be disappointed using his services. He offers good quality service for less than city prices and is well worth the drive no matter where you are coming from. I have moved all around Kansas City and I still drive up to have Randy work on my cars or do maintenance.

I called the number to Randys repair and tow to pick up a vehicle that had been towed there. A man answered said he would be at the lot from around 10am to 12pm. then he was to go north to pick up a truck. I asked him if he wanted me to call before we got left (we were a 20 min. Drive away). He said no because he was already going to be there. When I showed up to get the vehicle I waited in the gross sloppy gravel drive outside the gate.

I couldn't tell if anyone was there or not and I didn't want to be rude so I waited in the drive for about 15 minutes. After waiting, I called Randys repair again. He said I was suppose to call him and let him know when he would be there. I asked him, I thought you said you'd already be here? He said, you said you were gonna call, so now it's gonna be another 20 minutes because I have to eat my breakfast. Wow. This is the second dealing with this jankie operation and your at their mercy. I Will Never Go Here Again.
