The employees at Sav-More were great! Beginning with Trent's great attitude and willingness to help at the front desk. Robbie kept me updated on additional work that needed to done on my vehicle and explained everything in detail. I would definitely use Sav-More again! The facility was clean and well maintained, and the management ( Trent ), gave a warm welcome and gave me a step-by-step briefing on the job being done along with what is the best product for my car. I will drag all of my friends to Sav-Mor Automotive because of the service given to me. It was truly a family treatment. My car will forever be taken to Sav-Mor Automotive.

The mechanics here were excellent in taking care of all that needed to be done to correctly fix our problem. They also listened to our concerns about needing our vehicle within a certain timeframe since we were from out-of-town and they finished everything in adequate time. The shop did an amazing job. I had my catalytic converters stolen from my truck and needed it replaced ASAP. They took care of it in two days and did a great job. The shop is so clean and organized. They will definitely be my Auto professionals from now on.

While I'm clear that my truck will run well and they do quality work - the cost has been very high. I've gone twice to them. Most recently, they fixed my starter (we had it towed) and the total cost was over the high end of what I was quoted from other local shops, for the same work.

Have been going to Sav-Mor for about 5 years now and they have always been welcoming, professional, and transparent. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and provide honest pricing. Sav-Mor Automotive is a refreshing example in a field where many mechanic shops are not: that honesty truly is the best policy. I've recommended this shop to many of my friends/family throughout the years.

The location is also a nice plus, if you choose to wait for your car you can easily walk over to the Starbucks next door or the surrounding shops/restaurants in downtown Plano.

Best auto shop I've been to in years! They go above and beyond to make sure my car is in top mechanical condition and I am never talked down to or treated like an idiot which is common in my very long experience as a female car owner. I highly recommend Sav-Mor and their truly knowledgeable, trustworthy & polite staff. Among other things they had a great solution to protecting my catalytic converter, better and priced lower than anything else I've seen. Family owned business for 2 generations. Don't bother with a chain when these guys are available!
