We took our 1972 Dodge Charger SE to Ace Car Care. The car had lots of mechanical issues. Bad brakes, power steering, transmission, A/C, and a carburetor that functioned like it was on life support just to name a few. Ron worked his magic including pulling the plug on the carburetor and upgrading to a Sniper EFI fuel injection system. The car runs great as does the upgraded A/C system.

It's a totally different car after all the work that was done and we couldn't be happier. Our overall experience with ACE was excellent! We really can't say enough good things about Ron and Natalie and the whole team. Thank you very much ACE Car Care, Steve & Kathy

I'm not 100% sure but I think they tried to gouge me for $2,700 for a clutch that should have cost 11 to 1600 total

I have been taking my car to Ace Car Care for years now & I will never go anywhere else. I completely trust everyone here. They are honest, everyone there is so personable & patient and they take the time to listen to all my concerns & explain everything to me in detail. Recently I had to take my car there because the power steering was out. The part was out of stock everywhere.

They spent hours for days at a time trying to find it for me and were able to get a used part for me. They knew I was in a rental car and having to pay for that and did everything they could to save me money, even though my car was holding them up from being able to work on some other vehicles for over 2 weeks. My struts were also out which would have been another $700+ dollars but the owner was honest & said I would be okay not having to fix those for awhile yet, when they could have made for money. When I picked up my car my total bill was around $1,600 less than originally quoted as they worked so hard to find me a used part! Thank you so much Ace Car Care!

What a great shop this is, fair prices and Master Mechanic Ron is very knowledgeable. It's hard to find a Garage that works on older carburetor cars that actually know what they are doing.

Best shop I have ever dealt with. They work on my collector cars as well as my modern stuff. I've been an amateur mechanic (for 52 years) as well as a collector, restorer, and appraiser. They charged me $221.00 for oil change, air filter and a fluid check (no leaks)! Wow Will not be going back

My son's '96 Lexus LS400 would crank but not start. Towed it to Firestone at Custer. They tried many things, $300 later said they suggest taking it to Lexus. Towed it to Lexus Plano. They did about the same as Firestone but was $560 later, then said that another $1900 new plugs and wires should fix it. NO it wouldn't have. Had it towed home.

My son met John through his work and told me we needed to take it to him, so after a short conversation with John we did and a few hours later they determined it to be the timing belt had slipped and needed to be replaced along with the front cover that wasn't there anymore. How did the other "mechanics" not check the timing? ACE quoted us a fair price and had it done in no time. Natalie had to find the rare cover was the only time delay. IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AT A FAIR PRICE, TAKE YOUR CAR TO ACE AUTO CARE!

I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I have two classic 1970's Lincolns and have never taken them anywhere except Ace for repairs. Great work every time at an honest price. And anytime my modern cars need non warranty service, Ace is the place.

Thank you to everyone at Ace Car Care. It is comforting to know that honesty certainly exists at Ace Care Car. They let me drop off my truck that broke down and repaired it without installing any parts. A passerby let us know this was the best place for repair. It was far away(15 miles) but so worth the trip. This is the second repair shop that I have found to be trustworthy. The first one is in Cheyenne, WY. I will definitely be back to Ace Care Care!

A tow truck driver recommended this place to us when we had a broken axle. The folks that work here are very kind and honest.that is hard to come by with car repair places. They only fix what is wrong with your car and don't give you the run around. Also, the prices are very fair. So far I have send my mother in law and a friend from work here and they both had great experiences. I will recommend this place to anyone that needs to have work done on their car.

Have used these guys on several auto's over the years. Recommended them to several friends. So was disappointed with my last visit. Not sure what has changed but I didn't get a good vibe this time and was charged 100% markup on all parts used. Decided to just pay the bill and move on. -- 10gigtex

Recently moved to Plano and have had to take 2 car here (1 multiple times)! And they are so nice! One of our cars has all kinds of problems and they were willing to work with us to find the root of the problem without charging us and arm and a leg! Nice staff, reasonably priced, quick service, good work.all the best qualities of a great shop!

I had a great experience at Ace Car Care. I had a brake light switch replaced. The quote was fast and priced reasonably, the service was friendly and quick, and they didn't try to up-sell me on things I didn't need. When my car needs service again, I'll be back.

An actual honest mechanic! They give realistic quotes and will do what they can to keep the cost down if you need them to. They're also really fast. This is the only place I will take my car for a long time.
