These guys repaired a failed clutch linkage on my 56 year old classic Mustang; a job that was complicated by several technical "twists and turns" typical of any work on a car that age, especially mine that had been modified by the installation of a 5-speed transmission, (not done by them). Throughout the process, the manager, Aaron, kept me apprised with clear and concise updates that always made sense regarding both the work and the cost, making this potentially stressful process much less so. You can be confident in their honesty and professionalism for whatever repair you need.

My hubby took his car here. I did not interact with the staff. But they did keep his car longer than expected. It put us in a bit if a bind that required me to drop him off and pick him up from work. When he (my hubby) asked about the time they had the car and when we could get it back, he indicated they got a little huffy with him. They did however give my hubby the information he needed about his car.

After my first repair job, I will forever be a loyal customer to Coit Rd. location. The owner, Shawn, and all of the employees (shout out to Leonard!) communicated well with me throughout the process. They went the extra step that shows they really care about fixing your car. I came there after going to a nearby chain shop that estimated $600 higher, not including the extra work that Eagle Transmission did. So, they are a great place to go if you want to save money on repairs.
They called me before adding on any repairs that needed to be done (replaced clutch and fixed air conditioning). I was told a rounded price for the clutch, and they stayed below the estimated maximum. Also, they did not assume I would need a new flywheel ( unlike the other shop did) just because of my car's mileage (220k), which tells me they are an honest company. Instead, they checked and were able to resurface it.
After I left the shop, my car made a funny noise. Shawn personally addressed the problem, and for that, I am so grateful. All in all, this is an honest repair shop that gives quality work for a fair price. My Subie is good as new!
