I've had 2 experiences with Boggs auto. Both were GREAT. As a car guy I'm very meticulous about my cars and how they look. This last one had a tree fall on it and it came back looking amazing. They use all OEM parts which is huge for having a car or truck come back looking like it rolled off the factory line. The entire process was so easy. If you truly care about what you drive, use these guys.

For it being my first time dealing with a collision shop due to a car accident Boggs went above and beyond from the first phone call to my last interaction with them. They handle everything with the insurance company and made the process so simple for me all I had to do is drop off and pick up!

Stopping by for an estimate and to speak with Jason was the best decision I made. I've never navigated an insurance claims process to have my car repaired. Jason provided excellent guidance that alleviated a lot of the stress from the situation. He even offered to be added to calls with the other insurance for assistance! I have only good things to say from the whole of my experience with them.

This company goes above and beyond with customer service. The work to the body of my car was flawless and I will surely be returning to Boggs should I need any work done on my car in the future.

I recently had my car repaired at Boggs. It was an unfortunate accident but they were great all along the way. They were extremely fair and my car looks new. I couldn't be happier. If I somehow manage to get into another accident, I'll definitely go back to Boggs.

This has been my 4th time and 3rd vehicle serviced at Boggs after an accident so you know I like nope love the service. They use OEM parts, help with insurance and rental and do all the back and forth with both so you don't have to be bothered. My vehicles have been repaired like new and I wish Boggs owned a mechanic shop as well. They are trustworthy folks who take pride in their work and service.

My Sequoia looks and smells awesome. The paint colors are matched perfect so you don't see a difference between the old and new. Many little things that i didn't think would be observed were repaired such as my tailpipe being bent and my fuel tank door not closing. Finally they cleaned and washed my car. It smells dealership new when i picked it up! If you ever need autobody repair Boggs is the place to go.

My brand new BMW was hit at 65 mph, the amount of damage. over $30,000.00 I thought for sure it would be totaled. BMW said it could be fixed so I took it to the best people in the business Bogg's. It was a lengthy repair waiting for parts from Germany however when I did drive it off the lot it drove as beautiful as it did the first time I drove it home. I was very pleased with the work that they performed on my vehicle. This was the first time I had to have any work done on my vehicle in decades and I was impressed with the quality of the work. My wife had work done at the dealership from which her car was purchased and the fit and finish were sub-par. I would recommend Boggs for anybody who wants quality work.

We haven't had work done yet with Boggs (fingers crossed we don't need to any time soon) but I must let everyone know that Danielle generously and extensively answered questions I had about a total loss vehicle / repairs. I dropped off my car on Nov 8th early AM. Just got my car back today Nov 29th. Looks nice did nice job from what I can tell because I had to go pick up on my lunch half hour and rush back to work and by time I got home from work it was dark. They obviously do good work however they are awful at keeping in touch or returning your calls or emails. The girl Danielle would not return emails to me I emailed yesterday to ask for update on my car and she NEVER replied to me.

She told me on the 16th that she would call me the following wed the 21st to let me know where they were at with it but nope never called. I only would find out things by contacting the insurance co who she would answer. I was never kept in the loop. I was originally told 6 days for the work but it turned into 22 days with awful customer service to boot.

I get a call at 11:45 today saying ok car is done you can pick up so I had to rush on my lunch to go fill the gas in the rental, clean my things out of the rental, return the rental to go pick up my car so I didn't have to pay another day on the rental. What would have only cost me $143 for rental turned into 565.00 out of my Christmas money! Not pleased with them at all.

For me, it's all about quality and attention to detail. As much as we try to avoid accidents, there are always going to be the occasional chip from road debris, or the "neighbor backed into my rear door" events. If you truly care about your car like I do - the only place to have it repaired/repainted is Boggs Auto Rebuilders, especially when you have spent the extra money at purchase to buy that expensive pearl coat finish. Looks a foot deep and beautiful, but a real difficult match for body shops. Jason (and his dad Jim before him) have always cared about satisfying me with the best service and great painting.

No surprise that when I dropped off my hot red sports car this time, they rose to the occasion and finished my car such that I can't tell where they started or finished. It looks flawlessly like the original finish. I'm very happy, and I am a customer for life here. Boggs also handles the interface with your insurance company, so that missed items or last minute problems are worked out and not dropped on you. Boggs will meet and exceed your expectations!

My car was parked in the street when it was hit - totally the other party's fault, so everything was covered. Boggs was on top of everything. Doing the job right is what I expected - and what I got. Good as new. What I did not expect (but was grateful for) was all the help and convenience along the way. From the moment I walked in, Jason guided me through the process and told me what to expect.

And not only with the repair process - he helped with insurance and rental concerns as well. He also helped me avoid some of the hidden "gotcha"s associated with insurance claims. Having a Hertz rental facility right on site is very convenient - I didn't need a second driver/car to help me with drop off and pickup of my vehicle. Professional. Thorough. Courteous. I highly recommend Boggs Auto.
