I'm new in town and moved from out of state. I didn't pass the smog test. This place fixed my car for a reasonable price. They were professional, courteous and respectful. I brought it back to get another minor repair done. They charged me a fair price ( less than the place from where I moved from). I will keep going back. I know nothing about fixing cars so I really appreciate a place that is professional, charges a fair price and is courteous to customers. I tend to ask a lot of questions and they entertained all of them. I feel fortunate to have found them. Highly recommend.

Jared got me in without an appointment for an oil change on my SL500. Seems like a trustworthy shop. Will definitely be back and get work done from this place.

Received the quote for the 40k service on my 2017 Audi A4 promptly. Was able to schedule the service within a few days. Jared was the front guy when I dropped my car and picked it up. Super friendly and professional. Loved the automated portion and being able to view the mechanics checklist as the work was completed. Service was completed before the expected time. Great customer service and price could not be beat. Found my go to Audi shop. Highly recommend.

I've been a customer of Bertini's for 20+ years. They are great at quickly diagnosing the problem and providing a fair repair estimate, then, following through with excellent repair work. I highly recommend taking your expensive German made car to Jared. He will take great care of you. Although, they also work on Volkswagen's. Whats up with that?.Kidding.

So here I am trying to revive neglected car and according to Carfax I found out that this shop has worked on it in 2015. I thought it was a long shot but emailed them asking for records. 2 hours later they emailed all of the records. I call that a Service! Thanks Guys!

I got a quote for a clutch install and their prices were very high. I was quoted just shy of $1300 just for labor as I had already had the parts. I was told that they prefer to not have customer provided parts and I feel the labor quote was raised considerably to punish me for providing my own part. I already had a single mass flywheel in my car which is a very common conversion and chances are they would have ordered the wrong parts plus I have lifetime warranty on it by purchasing it myself from fcp euro. 3 years ago I had a clutch installed for $660 in labor.

I continued calling around and found another reputable shop that specialized in German cars that's been around for more than 30 years and had it done for $640, almost $650 cheaper! I would avoid this place at all costs. A privately owned shop that would charge more than the dealership blows my mind.

Friendly staff and mechanics. Fair pricing and honest. I know a little bit about cars and mechanics, and they seem to trustworthy, quick and jonest with shop time charged. They are busy, they try their best to accommodate, but busy probably because of what I said above.

Amazing professional, honest service. Trying to nurse another year out of my 04 BMW. Leaving brake fluid no the driveway and receiving dire messages on the information center: "Dangerous suspension problem. Park car immediately!" Well, I limped it to Bertini's and turned it over to Jared. Next day came the bad news - entire front steering assembly needed. $6500!

I called him in a panic and we discussed the possibility of finding a decent used piece. Next day : found one in LA and new estimate is around $3,000. I jumped at it. Few days later the item arrived and the crew started the install.phone rings and its Jared! Guess what: the tech found a hidden ruptured pressure line which was causing all the problems.

Bottom line : total repair : around $2,000 including a ton of other services. This shop is honest and really really good! Take your Bimmer, Benz, or Mini there and stop shopping. They are absolutely honorable and amazing!

The people working here are so nice! My family has been going here for years. Went in to fix a problem that popped up with my check engine light a little while ago. When I got the car after they worked on it, it still came on. I brought it back in and they didn't charge extra for having to look it over again since the problem wasn't fixed, which I thought was very kind of them! If you're looking for a reasonable, reliable, and trustworthy place go here!

Was having issue with my German car & decided to bring it here due to the high ratings. Found out when they opened & was there first thing, Shame on me for not knowing that they are an exclusive by appointment only shop. a week in advance! The dude almost laughed at me for daring to bring my car in without an appointment! So RUDE! Always wondered about this business, owned German cars about 20 years but never a customer here. Don't worry, I will never darken your door again. Nice you have such a following. I will never be back.

I've been bringing my car to Jared at Bertini's for 2 years now. The service here is always professional, always efficient, and very well priced for German auto imports. They also referred me to a local alternative to Safelight for windshield replacement, where I had a much better experience and reliable install compared to the national chain. Overall, Bertini's mechanics are reliable, reputable, and in-tune with the local auto service industry.

Don't take your car here. Period. I made a Yelp just to do a review for this company. My girlfriend went here because we both work too much to fix the coolant leak on her car. They charged her close to 1000 just to fix a Boost Sensor in her 03 Passat turbo and tell her she had a coolant leak. Taking advantage of women that don't know what they're doing and marking up "OEM" parts to almost twice the cost of what they pay to f*ck people over just like most other shit shops. Can't believe they get away with this shit. Just don't go here.

BUYER BEWARE! My 76 year old husband had a leak coming from his 2004 BMW. After being diagnosed he was told there were oil leaks. After 1200.00 the car was still leaking. Of course they now say he needs a new transmission. Shouldn't a good mechanic know the difference between regular oil and transmission oil? That's called BAIT and SWITCH. I will be contacting the Attorney General, Call Curtis on Channel 10 and small claims court.

This is the only place I will forever take my car when I need it fixed, I have a Volkswagen and Chris is the man to get the job done! Every time I have ever brought my car in there I have zero problems, and it's actually super affordable for German cars! Everyone inside that shop is super nice and super friendly and I love the fact that they keep in touch with you and are very good with communication so you always know what's going on. I've Been taking our BMWs here for years. Hands down the most competent and trustworthy shop in the greater area. We've been to a number of them, Bertini's is head and shoulders above them all.

Thanks for the awesome experience Chris! Simple headlamp change for my Audi A7. In and out in just a couple of hours and my car was returned to me squeaky clean, inside and out! Audi wouldn't provide any information over the phone and wanted to perform a full diagnosis for more than what Bertini's charged for the part and repair. This will definitely be our new go to repair shop for our Audi.

There's really no point owning an out of warranty German car without Bertini's. Seriously. They do great work, are reasonably priced and are honest to a fault (you don't really need to change that part now, or you can wait on that service). Service writers Chris and Jared are personable, funny, and know the vehicles they service inside and out. I've toyed with moving on from my BMWs but having Bertini's nearby keys me in the seat of my "ultimate driving machine".

Simply the most amazing shop & service you can find. We take our son's Mercedes there, they are always honest, polite, and we can't get over how inexpensive they are. They don't markup parts by much at all, they are doing a ton of work to my son's car, and some parts they are replacing at no charge (labor). We almost wish all our cars were foreign so we could take all our cars here. Jared is the BEST, we couldn't recommend a automobile repair shop higher than we do "Bertini's". They also wash your car as an added bonus. Thank you for your honesty & integrity!

As away these did a great and through job. Open and honest. Never looking to charge for non needed work. They give great recommendations. This my third BMW they have worked on for me and I will alway go there as long as I have a BMW.

I did not enjoy my experience here at all! Paid $1700 to have a water pump replaced, and sold a bill of goods about the timing chain needing to be replaced also, which they did. The car had experienced some jumping prior to the water pump issue and was assured by Chris this was probably caused by the timing chain issue. We discussed all these problems prior to my approving the repairs. 4 months later the car is back to jumping exactly as it had prior to the last service visit. Chris selectively could not remember our previous conversations and would not stand behind the work done prior and at least look to see if his prior work was at fault, they refused to look at the car. I would not take my car here, I did not find them professional at all, typical mechanic mentality.

The incredible crew at Bertini's in Roseville came through for me in a pinch today. Special thanks to Jarred and Asmir for making that happen! I really appreciated it! Long story short I hit a grooved out section of road on the freeway which was like a speed bump without any warning today in my E63 AMG and blew out my driver side front air shock.

I was closest to a Mercedes dealer so tried going there to get it fixed without any success. Any way I ended up calling Jarred and limping my car to Bertini's and they were able to get me in fixed up and out in no time. The really pulled through for me as I need to drive my car to Los Angeles in order to get it shipped to Germany tomorrow morning. Thanks again guys!
