Matthew is awesome. Very professional and very patient in explaining everything because Matt really wants you to understand what is causing the issue and clarify why the service suggested is the correct remedy. I took the car in because the brakes sounded weird. In the inspection, they also advised new tires. Matt was very helpful in deciding on which replacement tires without really knowing if I would have him do it or take it somewhere else.

We spent 2 phone calls on the tires. Additionally, Matt stuck to the time table of when the work would be finished. The fact that his service guys have been there for many years, also reflects back on Matt as the manager and they way he handles his service to customers. Totally recommend!

Central Automotive Is Located At 1425 Auto Center Drive In Walnut Creek California. The Shop set to your left between other shops on Auto Center Drive. You'll see their sign on the building. This was my first time bringing my vehicle to this Service Center, Matt Was Very Knowledgeable, and Very Considerate. He even offered me water because the weather was pretty warm outside.

He explained what the process would be servicing my Vehicle and what the estimated cost would be. He let me know that they would send me texted messages keeping me informed should they find anything that needed to be addressed. After my car was serviced he showed me the print out of what was done and what could possibly be needed in the future. If it didn't need Attention right then He let me know.

I brought my 2019 Yukon XL for a 30K service. Matt was able to walk me through what that entailed and got me scheduled. The techs did a great job; found a leak that I need to see the dealership about because it's likely covered under warranty. I felt like I got a great value: oil change, inspection, tire rotation.all for about the same price as I'd pay for just the oil to be changed at an oil change only place. I recommend this place for those who don't want to be tied down to only get service from a dealership. Will see these people again for sure.

I had run over some debris on the highway that did some damage to the liner and fog light of my right front tire. Central Automotive got me in quickly and Matt was very transparent and thorough in explaining all the parts that needed repair and what was necessary for safety/what could wait a little longer to repair. They also did a thorough multi-point inspection and I really appreciated the pictures that were included so I could see just what they were talking about. Matt made sure to call me first before they did any work and quoted me the full price of parts, labor and taxes so I knew exactly what I would be paying. I was very satisfied with the repair they did and replacing my car's battery and would certainly recommend them without hesitation.
