Friendly service with Staff overall, really takes care of the customer and communicates thoroughly throughout the process when your car is being serviced. Even has a shuttle service they provide if your local in the area to drop you off and pick you up. A+ shop in my opinion and will continue doing service with this shop.

Went here for an oil-change and inspection on my Camaro. Seems like an honest shop, they do good work and good inspections and show pictures for everything on their inspection and also offer a free shuttle. Exceptional customer service! I brought my car in for a free inspection from a coupon that they gladly honored, and they determined it was wheel bearings that need to be replaced. Sarah was patient in exploring a couple of repair options with me. The repair process was hassle free, and they offered to drive me to and from home when my car was in the shop. Sarah kept me well informed during all stages of repair. After repairs, my car has driven better than ever without any issues. I now have my go-to car repair shop in Everett, WA. Highly recommend!

The manager, Sarah, got me in at the last second for an oil change. They were fast, efficient, cost effective, and professional. It's hard to find an auto repair shop that I trust in general, but especially because I'm a woman. They went over everything at grade level and didn't charge me for anything unnecessary. Didn't even try to sell me. They just made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Well done.

Hands down the best service I have ever received at an automotive repair shop. Sunday I noticed my brakes making a screeching noise so I called first thing Monday morning - they had me drop off my car immediately. They provided a beautiful and user-friendly quote their inspection. They finished my car same day! They were so kind and even picked me up from my home since I didn't have a way to get to my car.

A complimentary shuttle service!? Wow. Sarah at the front desk is such a sweetheart. They really make you feel like family. I've never experienced anything like this while getting my car worked on. There was even a cute little gift in my car when I picked her up! A nicely packaged hand sanitizer, a little multi tool, and a list of all the things they sanitized after working on my vehicle. Seriously, get your work done here. You will not regret it!

These guys fixed my 01 ford ranger. It turned out to be a fried computer. They found the very difficult issue and solved it for a great price and never had a problem after fixed. Unbelievable service. Take you car to these guys for very reliable and reasonable service. I am very impressed with the job they did on my truck.

Sara at BJ's Automotive was extremely helpful! No hidden fees or charges. Just straight up here's the price for parts here's the price for labor and done. Not many shops care about their customers however Sara goes above and beyond to check the next day if everything is good. I highly recommend this shop to everyone and I'm recommending this place to my Ohana. I'm a forever customer!

Bjs is a great shop! Brian is the best. Fair, knowledgeable, AND honest! I have used Bj's for many years and I highly recommend. Hard to find a good mechanic. Brian is one.
