Professional, excellent communication, quick and accurate diagnostics. Fair price, plus, they provided shuttle service for me when my car was ready! I was a little worried that they might try to add on or upsell, since so many places do. But, they actually told me I did NOT need brakes (and explained why!). Five star service!

This shop is amazing. All the positive reviews about this place are true. The people working here are very nice, they remember who you are, and are very honest. I had the pleasure of working with Craig, and he is such a nice guy! Tried to help me out as much as possible to actually save me money, which can be hard to find these days in the car world. I highly recommend this place and will return here for my future car needs.

Over 15+ years we exclusively used PTMS for all our family cars (Ford, BMW, Audi Hybrid) - tires, alignments, brakes (drum & disc), starters, oil changes, wiper blades, batteries, replace window motors, radiators & hoses, transmission, and the list goes on. Very kind and honest people that do great work. They do more than tires and brakes - ask them if they will do it.

I started coming here to refill my propane tanks, Harry is always there to help with a smile. Recent name change to Pacific tire motor sports, still great service. Today I had them do a full service oil and tire rotation and vehicle inspection. Craig & his team did an outstanding job

Wow! I just moved here from the Bay Area and needed a mechanic as my transmission fluid in my BMW 135i was leaking and I'm so happy to of found Pacific Tire Motorsports in Redondo Beach! Used to be Osbourns located 1001 Pacific Coast Hwy RB 310-698-5143. Craig took my initial call who was great but he was on vacation so Armando, who is the owner of all 3 Pacific Tires helped me and he's AWESOME! His cost was $250 less then a quote I got from another local rip off mechanic in RB! I highly recommend them! You'll be very happy! Thank you Armondo! XO

The email and text info of the pictures that mechanics are seeing and recommending are ABSOLUTELY BEST in the auto maintenance operators in the whole South Bay. Very impressed.

Every time I asked the team to help me maintain or repair my Audi TT, I had a great response time, they always had a great customer service - including driving me back home while they were repairing my car. Great value for money too!

I researched auto shops prior to choosing this one. I chose Osborn's because they had great reviews, many of which mentioned the fair pricing. I brought my car in to have a new battery put in and t0 have a brake check and new brakes put in. I was impressed with the customer service. Each person I dealt with was very nice and very accommodating. I later got a call with an update on my car.

The front brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced. My quote? $645.00! $45 for just replacing the battery (I brought my own in) and $600 just for the front brake pads and rotors. Being that the price was out of this world I declined the brake replacement. Other shops quoted $350-400 all with good reviews as well. I am disappointed that I wasted a whole day at this shop. I was hopeful to have a shop that I could rely on for future services but since it is unaffordable I will not be able to use Osborn's Automotive.

Great shop with friendly employees. Their work is top notch and I never get the feeling of an up sell like I'm at a the dealership. Good communication and a status report with pictures of your car and the various components they are inspecting. I'm a happy repeat customer! Services: Oil change, Brakes

Shady practices. After multiple trips back and forth to Osborne's, they could not seem to fix an issue with my wife's SUV. Meanwhile, they kept finding things to want to fix and charge additional for. After the third time dropping it off again they suggested 4 new tires, even though the car has under 40k Miles and tires look good. Finally had to take our car back without them actually fixing the problem we had originally brought it in to have fixed. Really disappointed. We won't be back.

Took my car in the other day and was pleased with the great customer service from Craig. Very knowledgeable, kind, always in a great mood it seems, communicates well! I got my car fixed and I didn't feel like I was getting gipped or taken advantage of either because some places will do that. I would totally go back again if needed, thanks.

My repair shop on Catalina closed up shop early in the pandemic so I was on the look out for a new shop. So when my BBQ propane tank went empty I used it as an excuse to go to Osborn's and see how they do business and besides their banner out front says BBQ tanks filled for $20. I went over got the tank filled, staff was very friendly, he directed me to go to the office to pay and I spoke to Craig, he too was very nice.

The only problem was the price was $26.18 not $20. I was going to complain but just didn't feel like it and besides $6 is a cheap lesson to learn my search for a new auto service needs to continue.

Took my car here in a pinch. They were nice - willing to have someone take a look quickly and even offered to drop me home. In the end, it was a simple fix but they were nice and I'd go back again.

I had a great experience when I took my jeep in for some air-conditioning work. Craig is always in a great mood and very kind. They all seem to know what they're doing and are very experienced. I recommend giving it a try. I will definitely be back. Very clean shop and a good location for me. Went back and had another great experience. Craig is running this shop with great efficiency and a good attitude. So happy right my car is fixed

Well I just want to let you know I went to fix my brakes and they ended up telling me so many things that the car have and they said the price for that is 1600 so I bring the car to the dealer for the same issues and the dealer of my car charge me $590,w e are talking about $900 extra for the same services for no reason this is very sad and very un respectful, you will think dealer are supposed to be more expensive but actually they are not so you have to look for the right dealer because even between dealers price change between them and about Osborne please always get a second opinion and compare prices and go for the best one and that's what I did thank God by the way this is just my opinion and my experience just make sure you asked for the information they are telling you and what they have to fix and go to another dealer, please ask for the same information and compare prices and services and you will see the difference, this is very sad And I am very disappointed

Jamie is very nice but I don't think the mechanics here are that fantastic, at least the ones that were working on my truck. I brought my truck in, and they just couldn't seem to fix it properly. I kept having to bring it back while they ordered multiple parts and go back and forth trouble shooting the problem. After all the time and money I spent there, they ended up charging me a 100 bucks to open my broken glove box once. Took the guy 5 minutes.

I was still having idle issues so I ended up taking my car to Manhattan Auto and they were scratching their heads at the work Osborne's had done. Manhattan Auto Center Ended up having to reorder the right part and correct the idle issue in one visit. Now the truck runs perfect. No issues. Should get another 100k out of. All and all I can't say I had a pleasant experience, but maybe my experience was unique.

Osborn's Auto really helped figure out an issue that was causing us a headache trying to figure out. Joe at the front desk was very patient and reassuring of the tech's capabilities and was able to find the issue quickly. I usually don't trust auto repair but I will definitely come back to Osborn's. Very reliable and made me feel very stressed free! Thanks Osborn's Automotive you guys ROCK!

Only dealt with Shirley (sp) who was great. They were very fast, very straight forward about pricing and such. My repair was a bit pricey, but I called to dealerships to get a sense of cost and they were right in the ballpark. I felt like they were on the up and up and I guess that's all you can ask for. I'd recommend and will probably use them in the future.

We have been going to Osborne's for the past five years for both of our cars. Osborne's is professional, honest, reasonable, extremely helpful and their just all around great mechanics! We are always so thankful for there incredible team! *Ok you know your loyal mechanic/owner are good when they remember how many cars of yours they worked on and you had forgotten!Haha, yes Scott that's right we had three cars you all worked on of ours! Thanks for keeping all of our cars in tip top shape and again for all the great hard work you all do!

Wonderful experience with my Audi this week. They are so thorough, professional, ethical and went way out of their way to accommodate my schedule and budget. The manager Jamie is fantastic! She explains everything with tremendous patience, kindness and helps plan the very best options, in a no pressure, thoughtful manner. I rarely leave reviews but this place is exceptional in both customer relations and mechanical excellence.

Came in for a oil change on my 2018 Crosstrek Easy to schedule an appointment dropped off at 8am and it was ready by noon. Price was standard for a synthetic oil change around $90 Will come back if any service is needed in future. Thanks!

Was overcharged probably about double the normal cost to replace my knock sensor. They did the job though don't get me wrong. They just charged an insane amount for parts and labor. I would go elsewhere if I were you.

We had a flat and he stopped on his way by. Was so helpful! Towed my truck and my trailer to his shop, the woman behind the front counter was so nice and helpful. The service was impeccable, he was knowledgable, and courteous and it made a stressful situation seem ok. Would highly recommend
