If your air conditioning system is blowing hot air instead of cool, the refrigerant gas may have leaked out, you may have a clogged condenser, or the air conditioner's blend door may be stuck. I was in a sticky situation where my car just wouldn't start so therefore I had to get a tow truck to tow my car to my house. I called R & R towing and BK, the tow truck operator, answered and had me ready to go in 30 min. He arrived at my location and was very professional with his work. BK was very thorough. Definitely a big help. All other towing company had a waiting window of 2 hours or more. R & R made it to me in 30 min. Definitely a good experience with them. Thank you R & R Towing

Awesome company. Family owned and operated so you know they care about the customer. BK was very responsive and called me to confirm pick up date/time/location. He again called to let me know the the car was picked up. Sukhvir (driver) and super pleasant to deal with. Was kind, courteous and quick as he knew I had to get back to work. R & R Towing provided a great service when my car broke down the other day! BK was communicating throughout the entire experience on the ETA and where they were by and was calling to let me know any updates. BK was cool and properly loaded my car onto the tow truck safely. It was an unfortunate experience to have my car break down but R&R Towing made the experience much less hectic!

This company was great. I used them to tow my car all the way from Oakland to Sacramento so I was already appreciative that they were willing to do so. BK was communicative each step of the way and was very friendly. He was quick and efficient with dropping my car off, the whole process only took a little over 5 minutes. I called around from tow place to tow place looking at quotes for a simple 3.7 km because I was out of natural gas. Needless to say, their attitude was way more friendly in comparison to other tow dispatchers that I talked to. Straight to the point type of business that gave me a quote of $130, whereas other establishments charged up to $250! Best of all they were able to arrive within half n hour. Wish they had a more convenient way of payment but calling around it seemed that they all have a similar process. Would recommend and good luck!

Best service hands down. So enjoyed getting a tow from Ravi. He came, jumped my car and ruled out an alternator issue. He was very professional and wasn't pushy about using him in the future for all my Mercedes needs. He gave me full confidence in his shop and I wasn't even onsite.
