This was my first time using their service. I'm always a bit skeptical when dealing with mechanics due to bad past experiences. All I can say is that this was the best experience I've had in a long time. Very good service. From the first phone call till we picked up our van it was smooth and easy. I will definitely use them for future work. They appeared to be quite busy and I expected to have to come back another day and have my car worked on. To my surprise they were able to take my car that day and get the repairs done. Great first time experience.

Thought my mother's truck was a total loss I believed that the 2001 transmission was out at less than 100,000 miles. This mechanic shop quoted me a reasonable price and when I walked out the door I paid $500 less. My mother's vehicle drives almost brand new I'm sure it'll last her another 30years. The communication back and forth with the mechanic and the front desk was outstanding I was never left out of the loop and never waiting on information of what was going on or the next steps.
I was always giving multiple options and reasonable pricing on the services. Best of all I was expecting to be without my mother's truck for at least a week and they got the job done in two and a half days.

Preferred Automotive is what you want in auto repair. The team is easy to work with, professional, communicative, and honest. My entire family uses this company even though we live in different cities which in itself is such a strong statement about what a good company this is. I always feel like they communicate with me without any sort of manipulation about what needs to be done on my car.
There are no scare tactics - they just let you know what needs to be done and give you plenty of warning for repairs that may be needed down the line. They respect your decisions. This team is a class act and really peaceful and easy to work with. Trust is of first importance in car repair and that's what I love about Preferred. Thanks David and team for being so amazing!

Excellent service. If you e been taken advantage at auto places, It is difficult to trust recommendations from other sources that use gimmicks to get you in to see them. Preferred replaced the starter motor and did a complete overhaul / replacement of the AC compressor, condenser, engine mounts and drive belt in my aging Honda. I was happy to receive an overlapping labor discount and Preferred kindly diagnosed and rectified a simple check engine light issue at no extra cost. Preferred brought new life to my aging Honda at very fair price and did it quickly. I'm very satisfied with my overall experience at Preferred.

We've been going to preferred for years, and my husbands family had been for years before we as a couple started using them ourselves. Excellent service, professionalism, and trustworthiness. First time there and they came up with a bunch of items that needed to be fixed. They said they were going to send me the quote to see how much it was going to cost but I never received anything. One of things that needed to fix are my breaks. I took my car to another place and they told me my breaks were still good. So yeah not sure if they are really trustworthy.
