Stay away, they are not honest. I took a car in to install springs. They quoted me $400, they then said it would be $600. When we to pickup the car they said a shock was broken and they had to replace it. This is a newer low mileage car. The shock was not broken (it's obvious when there's a broken shock like bad ride and leaking fluid from the shock) and had no signs of wear. Plus, we had the suspension inspected at the dealer just a week beforehand.

The mechanic obviously broke the shock while compressing the spring, but they were adamant about making us pay for the broken shock. I've been a loyal customer for many years, spending thousands in our family vehicles repairs and maintenance (including an engine change). Their service has gotten very bad lately. Examples include: 1) I had them change a heater core.

They left the entire interior with grease stains all over the seats, headliner, dash, and doors. I spent hours cleaning the interior afterwards. Adarius, the owner, promised he would "take care of me next time I came in." He never did. 2) I took a car in for an AC repair, it still doesn't work. You need to trust mechanics, I don't trust them and you shouldn't either. It saddens me to write this review, but enough is enough.

Every time we take one of our cars to A-Team, we get great service at great rates. The gentlemen who run this place are always helpful, and they have never charged us for unnecessary services. This is my new permanent shop.

I was referred to the shop by a neighbor and we love it! We have gotten both cars inspected, oil change, and just make sure it's ok check there. Great service, clean office/waiting area, AAA discount. This is a keeper!

I have read two interestingly negative reviews. I feel so strongly that these guys are amazing and honest that I am refuting it here when I never post anything. I have had new cars and old cars that I have brought for maintenance, repair, and sometimes random and weird needs. Never once in 16 years have they failed me. I am a teacher just down the street.

I do not have a large budget for car repairs and I feel that they are honest and reasonable all of the time. These guys have truly saved my life a few times. I don't even live nearby but this is a place worth the drive to.

Took my previous vehicle there for a 100,000 mile checkup. They did a very thorough diagnostic, and pointed out any items they felt were necessary. They were very honest about some repairs they felt could hold off and which were higher priority. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest shop.

I've been using this place as my go to mechanics for years. I have been always treated fairly and honestly. These guys are like family. I know where to go when I need car service and it's ATeam. Anybody I have sent their way on my recommendation has had same great service. I prefer these guys over the dealer. I know this like a love fest, but seriously I don't give out praise easily. My family has been using this shop for some time so I took my car there for an oil change and state inspection. They told me it would be an hour and a half. I got a call over 2 hours later and no voicemail was left. I thought to myself, it's been a long time, I wonder if my car is ready? I googled the number that called it and it turns out it was them but why wasn't a voicemail left to inform me that my car was finished?

When I showed up, they acted like it was some sort of inconvenience for them that I hadn't answered when they called. Well, leave a voicemail, maybe? They also charged me $46 for an oil change. I've never paid more than $19.99 for an oil change. They had a few little bells and whistles added onto the list of items on the receipt, whatever they are. Don't ever do something other than what I've asked you to do without asking first. $46?! Luckily, they didn't charge me for the inspection that I failed because of a bald tire. That's the only reason they get 2 stars instead of just 1. I'm not one to complain.

I run my own business so I know what it's like and I don't like to cause a ruckus but I was completely dissatisfied about my service today. I'll be letting my family know that my service was less than up to par.

I am very impressed with this shop! I found they have top diagnostic and alignment equipment! This is a great team of guys!

I came to this shop because my co-worker highly recommended them. Well my experience was not as pleasant as his. They were suppose to run a computer diagnostic (well that is what they charged me for) I was told that is was an exhaust valve issue $500 to repair. When I went to pick up my car to pay for the supposed diagnostic I asked if any other issues where found Mazel said nothing just handed me a print out.

Unfortunately I did not pay close attention until later and noticed it was a print out of a posting on a website. So I was charged $65 for him to surf the web. I did NOT repair my car with them I paid $200 for another shop to fix the issue. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS TRUE CROOKS
