The staff at eagle transmission are the best. I just had to get a transmission replaced and almost had a heart attack when hearing the price on a new one, when hearing my frustration they gave me options that would fit what I could afford. The owner not even knowing me or my situation went above and beyond to help me and get my truck running again.

They could not have made this process more painless on me or my wallet. I do not agree with any negative reviews of eagle transmission after the amazing experience I just had. From the front end, to the guys working on the vehicles, to the owner of the business, eagle transmission is the best of the best. The woman running the front counter is the most understanding and sweetest she deserves a raise!

Finding a transmission shop is kind of like gouging your eyes out, but Keri (office manager and all around amazing person) made this process so much more smooth, even during pandemic fueled parts shortages and high prices. They paid for our tow from another shop, and then walked us through other issues that they found related to the transmission. She explained every part and was very pleasant during the whole process. They treat you like family even before you've paid them anything. That's the way to do business. I highly recommend this shop for anyone needing transmission work!

I am a very unsaturated and mistreated customer. They are very unprofessional and have zero customer service skills. And very incompetent to say the less. The lady whom occupies the front desk as the front desk clerk/customer service rep/sales associate was very miss leading on the quotes and the final price and very emotional when a client has a question about an itemized receipt which was never presented in the beginning after contacting their in-house financing companies.

She asked me to leave when I was speaking directly to my stepmom in regards to the tow truck company informing me that he's there five times a month for other customers because of the service they received to tow their cars to a different transmission shop. If I could give zero star that's exactly what they would get from me. Do not take your car there because you will be highly disappointed in the price and not to mention the customer service as well as the incompetency.

Had transmission issues for months and other shops could not fix it. Brought my car to eagle transmissions and they fixed the problem in a very timely manner. They do honest and fair work and I would highly recommend taking your car here. Everyone was very friendly as well.

I recently took my 2013 Kia Soul to have checked as my check engine light came on. I forgot the gentleman's name at the time, but he got me in quickly and provided the details on the issue of my transmission throughout the day. They gave me a fair price and proper estimated time of repairs. Carrie was great as well on helping me finalize everything and making sure my car was completed on time.

Little pricey but we'll worth the money. Their service here is amazing. Had my Ford Transit transmission rebuilt and it drives like new. Customer service is great. The waiting area could use an update but does not take away from their work. Great Job and I will be back whenever I have my next transmission fiasco.

I recently ( 2 weeks ago) took my classic 57 Bel-Air coupe for transmission issues. I noticed some bad transmission fluid leakeage on my gagrage floor. I took it in for service and I can honestly say the work done on the vehicle is 100% to my satisfaction. NOT only did the service done on the vehicle was outstanding, but the lady at the front desk provided superb customer service.

She gave me a call at the end of the day to let me know they needed to keep the car in the shop (lock down) for further inspection. I highly reccomend EAGLE transmission if you are having issues with your ransmission. Class place, class people.

Carrie is a great addition to the team! I can't say enough good things about how she handled my car repair. She stayed in contact with me to let me know the status of the repair, she dug deeper to find out the cause of the issue and she made sure I knew what the repair would cost prior to spending any money. I would absolutely recommend Eagle to anyone with repair needs. I am confident in the repair and thankful for such amazing service!

I had my transmission rebuilt at Eagle Transmission in Lewisville on Mill Street. I drive a 2006 Dodge Ram with 280,000 miles on it now. The rebuild was great and I got a 3 year 60,000 mile warranty. I have been back for regular maintenance service on the transmission every year since the rebuild and everything is just fine with the transmission. Ernie was the original person who took care of my truck and he was professional, informative, and honest.

My last visit to this shop I communicated with Carrie and she was super as well. My truck was serviced in a timely manner and the work was done correctly and the price was reasonable. Carrie was a pleasure to deal with and kept me informed. This shop is definitely 5 star and I would recommend it to anyone! Rick S.
