I have used Concourse for many years. They got my car in very quickly. More importantly, the work was quick and accurate. When I called to talk to Eric about picking up my car, he said if we are not able to come Wednesday, he would have to move it inside the shop because bad weather was coming through Grapevine and he wanted it protected. Just a great crew and I am appreciative!

I have taken my car and my family's cars to Concourse for over 30 years. They have ALWAYS been honest and fair. They found nothing wrong with my truck today and even when I asked them to check to see if I needed an oil change, they said they checked with CarFax and saw I had one back in March. My bill was $0.00. Jack and Jan.yall have done Grapevine well. Enjoy retirement but know that your business is still the best in my mind. I refer lots of people to you guys.

I've gone to Concourse Auto for a few years now (based on a high recommendation from another car shop). At first things were ok, repairs were done well at a reasonable price, the guys at the front seemed genuine in talking about your repairs, and they even saved me thousands of dollars on a recommendation (which I appreciated a lot and is why I've been a return customer as long as I have). So, you're probably wondering why the 2-star rating? Well, my last 3-4 visits over the 1-2 years has been disappointing.
Of these visits, I've left with some kind of new car problem I didn't have when I arrived. For instance, I got my tires rotated with an oil change. Not 5 minutes later my tire indicator came on and when I checked the tire pressure it was +15 pounds over the recommended amount on my door frame. Another time, I got my front brake pads replaced and noticed that my car would hop when stopping and wouldn't slow down/stop very well.
When I addressed this with the shop later they just told me that either I deal with this hop (telling me it was fine) or pay for another repair. So, I left and got my new brakes replace somewhere else (and now my car stops fine). And finally (recently), I got a simple oil change (I felt like that shouldn't be too much of a problem). But after leaving I noticed my car sounded strangely louder than when I arrived.
After checking around under the hood I discovered that they had checked my engine air filter and forgot to reinstall it back properly (it was unlatched and loose). I really tried to like this shop (like I said before, they were highly recommended to me and they seem like a decent establishment), but I've had too many problems with them to put my trust in them anymore.

As always, Concourse did a great job of fixing my vehicle! Auto repair is costly these days, but Concourse is slow and methodical in their methods of fixing your vehicle. They don't just throw parts and labor at you, possibly costing you thousands, but rather slowly work through the system and related systems to ensure the problem is solved and won't come back. If you want your vehicle fixed and returned in tip top shape, take it to the pros at Concourse!

They are always professional, thorough, and honest. They don't try to pressure you into fixing anything that is not necessary. This last time, I had a whole list of things I thought were needing to be done and they only recommended the main thing that I brought it in for. Everything else was not needing attention. One time I brought my truck in because of an engine light.
They hooked it up to the diagnostic device and determined that is was due to a faulty seal on the gas cap. They reset the indicator light, told me that it probably will happen again and to go buy a new cap, and did not charge me anything for the diagnosis. You can trust Concourse Automotive!

They were able to get me in right away and were very quick servicing my vehicle. They fixed my brakelight, license plate lights, did an oil change, topped my fluids off, checked my brakes and completed my vehicle inspection. The bill turned out to be way less than I expected. My brakes were worn but they said that they'd still be good for sometime. I was on a budget and was very glad for their honesty. Shawn and rest of staff were very friendly. They earned a lifelong customer today.

Our family has taken our cars to Concourse for several years. With car repair, integrity and trust are crucial. I feel that Concourse is honest with me about what needs to be repaired or replaced. They also are very respectful of your car and keep it clean when they're working. You don't end up with oil stains on your interior or belt buckle scratches on your paint. Honesty and treating our cars like they would treat their own is what keeps us coming back to Concourse.
