Do not bring your car here or use them to tow your car! The owner is shady. He lies out of his a**. He's also an appraiser that scams insurance companies! He charges customers for things he doesn't even do to your car then holds your car hostage if you don't agree to the bill. Not a place you want to bring your car!

I had a battery replaced through AAA. Cameron called me to let me know he was on his way to get the job done. In 15 minutes I had a new battery. Cameron was responsive, told me what he was doing, especially with the need to keep the car running in order to preserve the settings, and he was extremely polite. I'm so gladAAA sent Entwisstle's Garage to do the job.

This is a tough one. Had my Ford Focus picked up to be towed to another shop in the area for a diagnosis of a problem with the front end. The driver, Jamie, showed up promptly and with a very upbeat attitude. He let me know that if I have the car towed to Entwistle's that they would be able to do a free diagnosis and if I have the car repaired with them I would get a rental car.

He was quick and very professional. I have been getting constant updates on the status of the car and that is thanks to Brandon and Nicholas. I have used Entwistle's for an oil change before and my experience was similarly great. But on another occasion, needed my car towed to local shop and called Entwistle's to tow it. They offered to take to their shop instead.but after they did and I got their estimate which was 5 times the price quoted by the other local shop, it took almost two days to get Entwistle's to just tow it to the original destination. So the prices are def outrageous but if you don't mind paying way extra, the staff are very friendly

It was a pleasure having my car repaired with Lucas. He was prompt and took very good care of my car. Very professional business and will recommend to anyone.

I initially called for a battery technician to come out and check my vehicle. Next thing I knew, I had a tow truck at my place with a rental. They took my car to Entwistle's for me and the technician Jamie J handled everything. I have never experienced this sort of help before he was so knowledgeable and nice. I will definitely be back and I'm happy to pay someone that actually knows what their doing! Thank you Entwistle's you all rock!

Listen if you need car work please don't second guess yourself on coming here they are great! They've fixed my car and gave it a quick inspection making sure everything was solid! They are worked quick and was able to get my car back to me in under 24hrs! Very clean and professional staff!

Ent-weasel has earned his name. Never go to this place EVER! Only fixed cosmetics poorly and left the frame bent. I had to go to a different garage to have it actually fixed. Wouldn't release the car until the storage was up on my insurance. Charged my insurance for everything and didn't do half the work listed. This guy is a total fraud. Go to Classic for excellent service and quality repair. Any good review here is from his own family or friends. You have been warned.

Brought car in due to stalling and stuttering, car was there for numerous days, problem was not fixed. Not a happy customer. Owner is very nice, but not sure he knows what goes on there. Paid for repair and car is worse. Towing service was great, Jamie went above and beyond. Requested estimate before anything was done, never received one. I did get a loaner, free of charge, after complaining, car was filthy and stalled 4 times on me!

Window control was broken, while in their care! Was not fixed. Check engine light was on, on day I took car home. After having the car there for numerous days, returning when supposedly fixed. Then told, 9 days later, new motor is needed. Should have told me that before I paid for repair!

I had a flat tire on the way to drive two kids to two different schools. My husband was away on business! Thank you, Jaime, for being so kind!

Replaced breaks and tires. Price was raised $300 after my car was there all day due to their order of the wrong brake pads and rotors. Should have gone to the dealer as the price was less. Lexus owners aren't all rich.

TERRIBLE! I brought my car to them because it was recommended by my cars warranty. They made it so nothing was covered by the warranty even though another shop said everything would be covered by it they just didn't accept it. They gave me a loaner vehicle that stalled out on me every time I got in it the car was filthy with trash inside of it. They had me pay online and said I could pick up my car and they would leave the keys I drove an hour there and no keys.

I called them and they told me sorry I had to sit there for an hour and wait for someone then they would not release my car unless I paid AGAIN even though I showed them my receipt and bank statement. Took another 4 days and threatening to mark the transaction as fraud for me to get my money back from them. AND there was damage to my vehicle that was not there when it went into the shop for repairs.

This place is terrible the owner is a very nice man but has no clue what is going on everything is "above his paygrade" as he said and basically put the blame on everyone else Find another shop trust me you will be happy you did! did they fix the problem I was having? yes.but still the most ridiculous place I have ever had my car worked on in my life

Finally! An honest to goodness family owned garage. I thought I needed all new brakes and called last minute and they squeezed me in same day! In the end, they only did my rear brakes because the front ones "didn't need to be done right now". Love support this local business! Highly recommend!

When I first arrived at and whistle's I was very stressed. I had just found out that I really need to get the brakes done ASAP and hadn't been able to find a place that could get it done in less than a week. I pulled into Entwistle's's on Monday afternoon around 3 PM. They weren't able to get it done that night since they were only open for another couple of hours.

However they promised to do it first thing the next morning as well as do a multi point inspection to see if anything else needed to be fixed. They gave me a really inexpensive rental to get my son & I safely son home that night. As promised, they looked at the brakes and did the inspection and called me with a reasonable quote for exactly what needed to be fixed before 9 AM on Tuesday morning.

I was able to get financing to cover the cost of the repairs and was pick up my fixed car just a couple of hours later. My car now sounds & performs better than I ever thought I could! I am grateful to Entwistle's's for doing a great job SO quickly and making sure my son and I were well taken care of.

They did a great job with our camper. The water tank fell down. They had it fixed the next day. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Would definitely recommend them for camper repairs and services. We will definitely use them again. Very pleased.

My car was brought here to be fixed. I was charged for things that were never done so I had to bring my car to another garage. They are very sociable people and nice to talk with but their reputation is questionable. I will not bring my car here again.

Absolutely love this place! Been coming here since moving to the area and they have always been reliable and knowledgeable. They also now have an app where they send you a link to your cars diagnostics. That way you can see exactly what they found during their inspection and what work your car needs done. It includes price estimates etc. They once told me I needed my car battery replaced and I ignored them thinking they just wanted my money or that it wasn't that urgent. My battery died in the Starbucks parking lot a week later. Definitely recommend this place!

The driver came to do a tow but thought the problem could be solved on site. Took about 10 minutes driving the car around figuring out what was wrong and followed the person home to make sure they got home safely. Best customer service I've seen from a toe in a long time. Thanks Jamie!

Let me tell you about my experience with Entwistle's Garage. First off all getting into an accident is a stressful and traumatic experience. My car was totaled and sent there. The insurance company was trying to screw me on the value. CHARLIE who works there is fantastic. Not only did he help me get a rental easily but he worked hours on end trying to get me the most for my car.

The insurance company gave me 1k more than the original estimate. Which essentially closed the gap between what I owed to the lienholder. I will never forget this. It changed my life. I would totally recommend this place for anyone in my situation. Thank you again Charlie. It meant the world to me!

While it's great they offer free towing for doing business with them, their customer service is absolutely horrible. They are extremely disorganized. They try to tell you that more repairs are needed than what's absolutely necessary. And they are way over priced! A $100 job they will tell you is $500. Consumer beware!

I have had repairs done at Entwistles for the past year. It seems every time I have work done with in a few months I have to have the same thing repaired. Last Wednesday morning I went out and I had no power steering. They repaired the power steering in Aug. It should not have gone out that fast. They had my car from Wed. to Fri. I called them Friday and spoke to Lucas was supposed to call me right back.

He never did. I called 3 more times. Lucas was out to lunch or he could not be located. I called at 4pm and asked to speak to someone else. I was told Lucas will call you. Well today is Sunday and I still do not have my car. I had to cancel my plans for the weekend. I will never go back to them again and never tell anyone to go there.

This place is a bunch of scam artists. I had my car towed here once after a small accident in the snow. They said they worked with my insurance company and would cover half the deductible so I figured ok. They somehow called my Mom's cell phone and told her I wouldn't be safe unless they did they work, so she was scared out of her mind too.

It took them 4 weeks to fix my car (2 weeks longer than quoted) which was mostly some plastic body work and a front tire. THEN when I left my dash lit up with all sorts of warning lights. They told me to come back and it would take an hour to fix. I ended up missing work that day. On a separate occasion I blew a tire and didn't have a spare so I got towed to them again from AAA at night.

I called them in the morning because I figured a tire wasn't a bog deal. I told Lucas I needed it done right away or to just tow my car to Town Fair Tire and I would have them do it. He said it would be done by 10AM. It wasn't until 2PM when the tire showed up. Magically my check engine light came on when I left the garage. I drove it down the street to another shop and the guy said it looked like a sensor had been purposefully misaligned to turn the light on.

There were several other people (many of them elderly) in the room complaining about taking too long and charging too much my second time there. Please don't make this mistake.

I took my girlfriends car there to have two front tires on and a alinement done. They charged 90 dollars for the alinement and never received an alinement analysis and the car still pulls hard to the left. When picking up the car they told me that the car needed the axel replaced and that it would be 450 dollars. I called around got quotes from FOUR other shops and they ALL quoted me 220$ this place is outrageous in prices and far from quality work. 10/10 would NEVER recommend!

My car wouldn't start at my home so I called Urgent.ly for service. They told me that Entwistle's would be the service to show up at my home within an hour. When an hour and 15 minutes passed with no service yet, I called Urgent.ly back for a status. I was told that for no reason given, Entwistel's had cancelled my request for service but never bothered to let Urgent.ly know.

Another garage had to be contacted for my service and I had to wait another hour for service. I can understand how busy it must be on a Saturday but to just cancel without letting anyone know is unacceptable and very poor service.

Wife's car broke down, charged 450 dollars for a starter that sells for 110. Diagnosed car wrong, needed an ignition, not a starter. That's what I get for not fixing myself.

The drivers for this company should lose their licenses, they are violent, recess and too incompetent to be on the road of civilized society. I called to report that one of their drivers nearly killed me when he aggressively turned onto a main road without looking or even bothering to pull back his hoodie from his eyes. I was met with condescending apology and excuses of why his "guys" were so tires because they have been working so hard. Anyway I hope it does not come to this but contact me and I will witness for anyone that suffers at the hands of this irresponsible group. Be careful if you see the trucks!

I haven't had any extensive work performed. I just had my four tires mounted and balanced. The waiting room was clean and so was the bathroom. I was given a fair price and I am satisfied with the work. I had to wait about 45 minutes to get my truck in, but I had not set up an appointment. Overall I'd say I am happy with my visit and will be back.

I have been going to Entwistle's for 8 years now- and I truly cannot believe the negative reviews on here! I stopped in with a quick problem driving by, and they diagnosed a huge problem instantly- and lent me a car while they fixed it! I drove a 94 camry with over 180,000 miles on it, and thanks to Lucas and Charlies TLC, I passed it down to my younger brother- it now has over 225,000 miles on it, and runs great! Lucas is knowledgable, kind, and will not let you leave the shop with an unsafe vehicle- sometimes even if you can't afford the work!

When I bought a car from a dealer, Lucas looked it over, and found six or seven problems that the dealer hid from us! Lucas wrote it all out, and the dealer did it under my warranty. I was their customer as a broke college kid, and could often barely afford the work on my car- they gave me discounts almost every time I went in, did payment plans, and did some work for free! Now that I have a job, I bring in my new car every time it needs to be fixed. If you value family businesses, if you care about your car, shop here.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They lie, misrepresent, and are thieves. There is a reason for so many poor reviews. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle elsewhere.

I've known Charlie for over 40 years! I won't take my car anywhere else. When my car leaves there, it is ALWAYS fixed correctly! I don't find him over priced at all. He is very fair and a pleasure to do business with.
