Gerry, the owner of this business was the one who assisted me. He was professional, courteous, and very attentive to my needs. Excellent experience and the quality of the work was second to NONE. I highly recommend this shop for all of your auto body needs.

Where do I begin? How do I adequately convey the awesomeness? I am not sure that I can, but I will try. On the recommendation of a few neighbors, I went to Eastern Ave Auto Body to get my passenger side view mirror repaired/replaced. Ok.super embarrassing, but it was a really hot day when I went in and in the middle of my conversation with Gerry, I felt really faint and told him I had to sit down. Gerry sprung up from his seat, propped me in a chair, and got me some water.

The receptionist, Angela, came racing over with a cool cloth and placed it on my neck. They were amazing kind and compassionate. Ok.hopefully you don't have a fainting spell in the garage. Moving on. Gerry scoured a bunch of sites, trying to find an after-market replacement mirror for me in order to avoid having to buy directly from Toyota. Eventually, we did have to order from Toyota, but only after Gerry and Angela placed numerous phone calls to a variety of after-market dealers who just did not have the mirror in stock.

My car is a total beater. Missing hubcaps. Missing Scion badge. Headlights all cloudy. Paint all dull and drab. When I went in to have the mirror put on, I decided to pick Gerry's brain about breathing a bit of life into the car. I thought it made sense to paint the car and I asked Gerry about the cost. Immediately, he said that the pain job would cost way too much and just wouldn't be worth it. Now, keep in mind, he had told me the previous day that business had been slow because of Covid.

He could have raked me over the coals and painted my car, but he didn't. Instead, he sat with me and we discussed more affordable options to make my car look nicer. We settled upon ordering new hubcaps (again, Gerry offered me the option of ordering cheaper hubcaps, but I did want the original Scion hubcaps, so he scoured the web to find the cheapest set), a replacement badge, and having the car detailed. People.

I am here to tell you that I almost cried when I picked up my car this afternoon. It looks like it just came off the assembly line. Total cost.$300. For four new hubcaps, a scion bade, and a detail service. If you need work on your car do yourself a favor.run, don't walk, to Eastern Auto Body and have a conversation with Gerry. He will have your whip looking amazing in no time flat.

Gerry and all of Eastern auto body is great. They worked with me and my insurance (initially wasn't going through insurance for me but found out it was the better option thanks to Gerry) to get my car done right after an accident with damage to my front end. I cannot say enough nice things about them. Gerry took the time to come up with an estimate for me so I could make my decision, and went though each part. If you need body work, go to Eastern ave. I'm glad I did

I would highly recommend going here for auto body work. The workers are fantastic and Gerry really is the man. He walked me through all the work that was being done on my car and helped save me money too. They also cleaned my car which was an unexpected plus. Hopefully I'm never in the situation to come back but if I am I will be coming here.

Awesome little gem of a body shop in Chelsea - all staff is really kind and Gerry is a great guy who is happy to work with you to get things done right! Super easy to work with - they took great care of my baby and got her back on the road in no time, looking better than ever - highly recommend!

I have used Eastern Ave. Auto Body twice. Each time, the service was speedy and very professional, and the repairs to my SUV came out great. While I hope I don't have to get my car repaired again, I am happy to know I have found a company I can rely on and trust in case I need them again! Gerry was great to work with. Other members of my family have used them and have had the same great experience.

The PPL here are so nice and honest my son got rear ended and his truck bed was bent the insurance adjuster claimed 400 in damage. Jerry from eastern auto showed us all the damage to the bed of the truck as it turns out truck is at a total loss. I was also involved in a hit and run on my car. He repaired the damages and paint job you can't even tell were the damage was.(that was 3 yrs ago) THANK YOU JERRY AND ALL AT EASTERN AUTO BODY. IF YOU WANT HONESTY EXCELLENT WORK HO HERE

Very professional and friendly autobody shop. My car was rear ended with some pretty bad damage to the rear bumper, trunk and exhaust. Eastern Auto body took car of it and it looks brand new. I would highly recommend their experience and expertise to anyone.

This is the best Auto body shop. They helped me to save a lot of money by fixing my car which was badly dented in an accident. Helping me to save about half of the estimated money, they turn my car into brand new.

This place is the best place to go for any repair or body work done on your car. I took my 2015 Range Rover there because I got into a minor accident with it. When I went to get my car back it looked PERFECT. They even took my rental back for me. Gerry does an amazing job. Everyone there are so helpful and polite. I recommend this place to anyone.
