Fantastic group of people here! I started out with a power steering line needing replaced and they were super quick and fast and I also had to get my water pump fixed which they were also very quick about. I later came in for an electrical/transmission issue and they were super fare and honest and thorough throughout the entire process. Got me back on the road and happy!
The car seems to be running and shifting better than it has in months, and I have this fantastic group of mechanics to thank for it. Corey and Rich are awesome and will get you taken care of!

Needed new wheel bearings on my car and decided to give this shop a try as they were close to home. They got me in right away, fixed it within half a day and it drives like a dream. Honesty, integrity, great service in a day and age where that is hard to come by. Should we need their services again in the future, we WILL be back. I purchased a vehicle for my Daughter from Bella Vista and was told it was mechanically sound. She was moving out of State and I wanted to ensure she wasn't saddled with any additional expenses. By the time she arrived the following day the hood wouldn't open and it was leaking oil. Upon further inspection by a reliable mechanic it was determined that the hood had been zip tied shut and there were almost 5,000.00 dollars in additional repairs required.
When I called to speak to Bella Vista I was met with unprofessionalism and claims that there was nothing wrong with the lemon they sold me. I was essentially hung up on and was told I wouldn't be able to obtain copies of the service records. Do not take your vehicle to be serviced here. I have reported them to the BBB and am disgusted with their lack of accountability and workmanship. My Daughter is now stuck in another State with an inoperable vehicle and I am out thousands of dollars.

Ted and his team do great work and are extremely thorough. They charge fair prices and are extremely knowledgeable. They show that they care by explaining what the problem was, and how they intent to fix it. Occasionally there is a repair that needs to be done by the dealership, and they will be honest and tell you rather than try to make a buck and then send you to the dealer after. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This is my first review that I've ever given any company, because it is a well deserved 5 star. I've been a customer twice now, and these guys go above and beyond in every way. The brake problem my car had, they diagnosed in 45 minutes and fixed the problem in a half day. Words can't explain how well they took care of me. Their service is worth every cent, they have integrity, in a market where honesty doesn't exist. A+ grade.

Bringing your car into the mechanic is never a good time, but Bella Vista Auto made it as smooth and painless as possible. They were able to fix my car quickly and, after doing some research/asking around, at a fair price. I worked with Ted who was friendly, helpful, and professional. I really hope I don't have to bring another car in, but will be a little at ease knowing that I'll be treated right!
