Had trailer for 13 months got it back with abs light on 2 side lights not operating properly n was told had 2 new wheels n only 1 was replaced

If you need fast, services on or off the road these people { WILL!} take care of you! There work is the best the people go way out of there way for you, and will do all they can to get you going > They also have options, if? you have trailer needs. I came here to pick up a trailer and very awesome customer service front leasing lady was really nice and polite to me and guided me through everything I needed to get the trailer. show me exactly where it was. It wasn't hard to fine and on top of that she help me print it out the license plate for the temporary plate for the trailer that was awesome of her thank you pace

Excellent work and service. Was in and out in under an hour for $60. Light wiring issue. Speedco quoted 4 hours and $300+. Would highly recommend.

Do not bring your equipment hear for repairs. Second shift is 80% high on pot! Yes, Shift Forman Matt know! Doors hung incorrectly, not to OEM spec's. Company does not pay own tickets & would not correct mistakes after my license suspended! Training is from others that need to pad time because that worker was slow! The blind leading the blind hear! Yes, a couple guys know their stuff, are you willing to take that risk on who works on your equipment?

I had a light go out on a newer Vanguard trailer. The Vanguard dealership network, is not a vast network, so I went to the T/A and had them replace the light. Long story short, when the T/A cut the light lead, it messed up other lights. Not their fault. I was then told that letting them replace the light, voided my lighting warranty with VG. I went to Pace, to get the light fixed correctly, and told Holly Nixon what happened.

That I had tried to get into a VG to get the light repaired, to no avail. Not only did Pace fix the issue, but Miss Nixon got my light warranty reinstated. My next trailer purchase, will be with Pace. Good people, great service.

Jon and Jody were great! These two guys worked hard thru a problem I was having with a new trailer. I can't say enough good things about this place. Everyone was very friendly and courteous! Highly recommended!

This review is for the people possible looking to work here. It's not a very good place to work, the job ad said experience is NOT required when really it is because I was told I'd be trained and I was let go after a month because no one took the time to train me properly. All I was doing was washing out trailers. If you wanna hire a guy to wash your trailers, you should be paying them a little less than $15/hr don't ya think. I'm a welder, I came to Pace to hopefully add on "Trailer Mechanic" to my resume too. The 2nd shift supervisor was a good guy, really good guy.
