Extremely genuine, knowledgeable and fair business. I don't trust my car to anyone except Tim and his crew. He almost always knows exactly what is wrong and when he doesn't he takes the time to investigate. He will be honest- if it won't be ready today he will tell you so. Quality workmanship, fair pricing and personable staff. I recently took my daughter's car in for some repairs after a different shop (there logo is yellow and part of a chain based in Rochester, NY) on Grand Island failed it for NYS Inspection. Not only did Tim fix the things the other shop found needing repair, but he found additional items which needed repairing including a gouged tire from a broken strut.
This tire, which the first shop failed to notice was damaged was a major safety issue rendering the car unsafe to drive. Tim fixed all issues in a timely manner and at a fair cost which he quoted me prior to starting the work.
