Whether it's conventional, high mileage, synthetic blend or full synthetic oil, the New Lebanon Body Frame and Tech oil change is a comprehensive preventive maintenance to check, change, inspect and fill essential systems and components of your vehicle. We work directly with your insurance company to coordinate the authorization and cost of repairs so that you don't have to worry about it. If your insurance company writes the damage assessment or if we write it, the process is simple and you can trust us to take care of everything for you. If car rental coverage is in your police, we can help you coordinate drop off and pick up service of a rental car. At NLBF&T we constantly strive to be the best in the industry. It took new lebanon body and frame 3 and a half months to fix my 2015 f150. Most of the damages was to the front left body panel and it required a full body paint job due to thin scratches. They pushed it off for 2 and a half months before even removing the front bumper in which they found even more damages. They put down on the bill a full body paint job and yet they didnt paint the hood.
The owner lied to me over the phone claiming that they were mounting my tires as we were talking. I show up an hour later and my tires were sitting on the ground still. I proceeded to wait at the auto shop another hour for them to mount 2 tires. It was a terribly slow experience in which i only had a rental for a month and a half.

I needed new front brakes, and am so glad I called New Lebanon Body Frame & Tech! They came to my house to pick up my car for Service, which was great-I am disabled, and have trouble walking, even with a cane. Once they assessed the brakes, they called with a quote, and I was able to approve over the phone. After the work was complete, they called back, and Iet me know they would be bringing my car back.
I spoke to Dean, and two of his Staff during this time, and all three of them were very friendly. The car handles great! I only drive to medical appts., but I see several specialists often, so knowing I'm safe on the road because they did such a great job makes the trips a bit better! This was the first time I went there, and I will be using them for all my auto needs from now on!

Great experience at this shop when I brought my car in for some maintenance. Friendly staff and efficient service. Awesome place. I called about a transmission leak on my 77 Impala & they told me to bring it right in. Was fixed in 20 mins for a very decent price. They were very nice & honest. Also pointed out a few other potential issues and looked over everything on the car. I definitely reccomend. To the person who gave this place a 3 star review because they were closed on the 4th of July well duh what did you expect. I will come back for sure!

I have had 2 of my vehicles in this shop for repair. Not only are they very knowledgeable, professional and efficient, they are also quite reasonable with their pricing. I had damage on my driver side door from an object that came off of a large truck. I had a a large scratch, dent, and chipped off paint. I was really nervous about the repair because my car was less than a year old. I was afraid that the paint would not match and that I would be able to see that there had been damage in that spot. I was so happy when I picked up my car. It looked brand new. They were so friendly and they even finished sooner than expected! I would recommend them to anyone who needs body work done!

I want to thank the Body, Frame & Tech shop for their excellent service. Both my alternator and battery went out. They were able to get me in that day and get my car back to me that afternoon. They even gave me a ride back to my house! My dealership said the soonest they could get me in would be two weeks. Thanks to Shannon, Kyle, and Dan for your excellent customer service. P.S. I also like what you did with the office. Great Keurig coffee!
