Hendricks Auto Service

Took 2 weeks to mount and balance tires with an alignment. Charged for alignment that wasn't done. Wouldn't recommend ever. Over Charged, waisted time, lost income.

This is my second time visiting this so called auto service that doesn't want any business. First time I had sent a Dodge 5500 to find out what's wrong with it (to diagnose it) I gave them my pertinent information so they may contact me. I had to call them a week later and had no details on what's wrong. This time I took a f350 there and told them it wasn't getting any heat and had a hard time turning when braking.

I dropped it off last Thursday and I called them today around 2pm on Monday and they haven't looked at it. Initially on Wednesday when I called them they acted like no problem we'll take a look at it Thursday morning. This place is so misleading and horrible in customer service. Can't even get them to call me. Both instances I had to call them.

Always great service. Family owned business. They guarantee their work. They are just awesome

Critical: Professionalism There is a mechanic who works there by the name Garrett Im pretty sure he's the ginger man and he actively drinks on the job I also drove by and seen him peeing on the side of the building don't take your car here unless you want an alcoholic to fix your vehicle

My family has been going here for years! Dale and crew are awesome! They are reasonably priced and super helpful. They always do good work. I've never been disappointed with anything I've had worked on here. Love this place! Won't go anywhere else!

I cannot say enough good things about Hendrick's Auto Service. I was traveling from Chicago and I had an oil leak on my diesel van. Even though they typically do not work on diesel engines, Dale had me come in so that his technician could take a look and see if they could get me back on the road again. He treated me the way I'm sure he'd hope his daughter or wife would be treated if they were in trouble far from home.

This family business really cares about people, and it shows in their outstanding customer service. They gave me the comfort that I'd make it home safely and I did! If you need your car repaired, this is the place to go. Thank you, Hendrick's Auto Service!

Larry is very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed what 2 other repair shops had missed. First time there in person. Several conversations on the phone beforehand. With both.everything--- on phone or in person---friendly, interested in my auto problem and no rush to get the needed information and get me off the phone. A relaxed atmosphere. It was a great business dealing. I have a Mazda 2.5 S so I was definitely worried about my repair but left feeling confident they would change my fuel pump without a problem.

These guys are amazing what they do. They fix my truck before and did a really good job. That's why I brought it back to them again. only vehicle I got had to drop it off was going to walk home and before I could ask the guy behind the counter offered me a ride home. Try to give him gas money when I got home he wouldn't take it. These are good people and an honest place to get your vehicle worked on.
