POOR EXPERIENCE Went in to get gas didn't realize it was full service only but they had a restroom I desperately needed so told the attendant go ahead toss 15g in. At almost $6 a gallon! What did my full-service entail you ask? NOTHING No air pressure check, no window wash, no fluid checks NOTHING was done to my vehicle except putting the over valued gas I paid for in it.

I asked another attendant if I had to fill up to get "full service" his answer was a huffy no. add insult too injury I had already tipped the attendant after using the restroom inside while paying, no cash back option to tip anyone. odd but I had cash anyway so I tipped the attendant well. "most people don't bother to tip us" And you wonder why?. Way to take advantage of the working man and steal his tip money for nothing! Fwiw I had went up and came down from Christoper creek and my windshield was covered in bugs.

So I was looking around for a shop to work on my 2014 Range Rover Evoque close to home. There were a few of them rated 3 to 4 stars but wouldn't work on my car. I sent out a few messages to some shops through yelp. Lane the owner of Bridwell Automotive Center reached out to me within minutes. Asked me what was happening or not happening to my car so i explained to him the issue.

He said for me to get it towed to his shop and it would take a day or so to let me know what needs to be repaired the same day Jeff the shop manager gave me a call told me what was going on and how much it would be. Customer service and update times were quick and they had all the answers to my questions. I would highly recommend Bridwell Automotive Center for your Range Rover maintenance etc.

On the advise of one of their employees I took my '69 El Camino in for some work. A fuel odor was found to be caused by too many vent lines so the tank had to be dropped. They capped the vent line and rehung the tank but didn't do it properly. I can't get the cap off the filler now! Such a simple thing that should have been checked but they didn't bother. No, I won't bother going back.

Such a breath of fresh air to find a modern day full service gas station! Even late at night the staff were friendly and courteous.

The staff is super helpful and friendly. Every time I get my gas filled up they wipe down my windows and clean up my car. I have had a few problems with flat tires, and having a nail in my tire. The employees were super helpful, filling my tires for me, and helping me determine what dealership/shop to go to, to get them fixed. As they were specific tires, their shop did not have a replacement, but they still took the time to help me find a solution. Thanks for all your help!

Came here a week ago to get 100 octane racing fuel, attend was very nice and friendly. I think he was a little unsure/confused of why I was getting this racing fuel for my 2013 Infiniti G37 Sedan. I understood his concern since my car isn't exactly the exotics that pull in there to fuel up, but he understood as well once I told him my car was tuned to run 100 Octane gas. Will definitely be coming back here in the future.

It was late at night so I understand a graveyard worker being tired but I came in with me business and was treated kindly and would recommend this gas station to anyone. Great selection.

While I was at AJs I did need gas, love the nostalgia of a man coming to the window and asking me what do I need today, then checked the air in my tires and asked if i needed my oil checked. Told me to have a good day and tapped my car to say I'm goid to go.

A fabulous old time old school gas and service station. I am pretty sure this is the only one that I know of where the attendant will come out and pump your gas for you and check your fluids and wash your windows too. I know that it costs more and you have to pay a premium for the gas but it's so cool and I think it is totally worth it.

I live in Scottsdale and have never used this gas station before, as it is just a street shy if my morning commute. After going tonight, and experiencing the great service they have the offer, I will be making this my usual fill up stop. The gentleman who was helping me out with super friendly and accommodating. I will specifically be going back because of Will. Great work, Will!

Love this full service station for getting gas. It's just about the only station in the area and the customer service is always top notch. However, I wish I could add a tip onto my debit cards transaction. I hardly ever have cash on me and it's a pain to remember to have to go to an ATM just to get gas

Needed gas yesterday and stopped expecting the usual. Anything but! It was like I had entered a time warp. The guys there made my day. Friendly complete service and nice conversation. Wife and I have been telling people about the experience. Certainly worth the extra price/gal. I'm not in Scottsdale often but when I am, I'll make a point of stopping for gas.

This is a great spot for gas and quick service. I love that the gas is full serve and I don't have to get out of my car! New Jersey and Oregon know what they're doing for lazy people. The people are also sooo friendly here. They'd put air in my tires for free because I'm a useless millennial that doesn't know how. They also patched a tire for me that had a nail in it. I highly recommend this spot.

Great gas station! It's the only full service gas station in Arizona. I went here 2 days ago and it was the first time ever that I got my gas pumped by a gas station attendant. It's great to see a business owner wanting to keep people employed and he does a fantastic job at it! Thanks you guys!

I have begun taking my 2010 Toyota Carolla there now for a variety of issues. I gave them a chance because of another company I used for convenience, but they continued to not be professional. Sad. But, these people keep their word, and they fixed my issues without a problem. And, I can browse the nearby grocery/eatery while I wait. I met a friend for breakfast last time. They were done with my car before we were done visiting. Thank you, guys!

Bridwell's customer service has always been good. However, I got new brake pads on all four wheels but my car is still squeaking and the gentleman who inspected it told me that I didn't need new rotors. It has been more than a week after receiving my vehicle back and they are still squeaking. On top of that, the gentleman who detailed my car took my windshield cover out of my car and misplaced it somewhere in their shop.

I wouldn't be too mad if it wasn't in Phoenix during the summer time when the heat inside the car can make a big difference without it. I hope next time will be better.

I'd had a rough day at Mayo Clinic and another doctor and I was beat. I was searching for a gas station and I saw "full service" and thought, "Boy, that's EXACTLY what I need right now." I have rheumatoid arthritis and gas pumps are hard for me on some days but almost impossible on bad days. Sure enough, they really were full service! I pulled in and they treated me and my car like "queen for a day"!

There was only one other car there and I mentioned how grateful I was to find them and they were just all over it! Checking air in the tires, washing the windshield (front and back!), filling up the gas tank, etc. As I waited I noticed they have mechanic bays too. For me, for a few extra cents per gallon that day, it was well worth it! I just wish i lived closer so I could go here for refills more often.

But I really only get that far north anymore because of the Mayo. If you do live close by, though, it's worth the spare change to let your car be king or queen for a day. the money you save on having properly inflated tires would probably make up for it anyway!

Yet again, the folks at Bridwell's were honest, attentive, and friendly! I really like Jack, Charlie, and Jody.they make me feel very well taken care of, educated, and trustful. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and drive 15 miles from my home to visit them. This time it was a part that could have cost me WAY more than I paid, not to mention the honesty and great service. Go. REALLY.

Gas light came on, it was HOT and I was feeling tad sick, didn't realized it was full service station while searching for nearest gas station Was great though got my fill up, tires aired and my windows which badly needed cleaning taken care of. I will definitely stop by more often.

Our engine died because the compression went out due to a long time of being low on oil due to a leak. A month prior to it dying, there would have been low compression registering on the check engine light. It would have been evident with a THOROUGH check of the engine. The first time we got it back the check engine light was STILL ON! You had the car for for over 24 hours, supposedly drove it around to test and when we got it back there were still issues!

To your credit you fixed the issue, but why pay a mechanic if they are unable to diagnose problems that are for most others pretty obvious. On top of all that, they just simply said "nothing we can do." Clearly the interest was on making sure they got paid, and not in providing a valuable service.

In general, I have liked Bridwell motors. I know most people complain it's too expensive. I brought in my car 2x in last 6 months. i spent $1000 recently. my a/c broke and i brought it in. i expected not a major repair as it had been brought in not long ago. i was told i needed major work; contaminated compressor, hoses etc. it was $2900 more or less. at first i was shocked but ok and then remembered all the work I had just done. I decided to get a second opinion. perhaps they are right but the price seems ridiculous

A nostalgic place to stop for gas! This is a full service station with several attendants ready to serve you by pumping gas, washing your windshield, checking tires and even the oil level. We appreciated the personal attention. Ladies, this a place for you

Yes - full service gas stations still exist! I didn't know this until I pulled up to Bridwell last week and was greeted by Charlie. He chatted with me and asked what I needed, to which I replied that I was just thrilled to have made it to a gas station before my tank hit empty! As Charlie proceeded to fill my gas, my windows were getting cleaned by a colleague of his. and I was getting a full education on Bridwell. who knew that they are a family owned business that has been around since 1970? That's before I was born!

Way to go, Bridwell family! They offer full service, tune-ups, oil changes, and all kinds of work -- even without an appointment. Charlie became even more of a hit when he offered up Gatorade to which my kids sitting in back immediately responded "yes, please!" This was such a different experience than my normal stops to get gas. definitely more expensive, but you do get what you pay for. $65 later (before tip), I drove away with a full tank of gas, clean windows, and two happy kids - each with a cold Gatorade in hand. I will definitely return to Bridwell for future automotive needs. Thanks again, Charlie!

Good ol' gas station service. Attendants fill up the fuel, check tire pressure and clean your windshield. Full service mechanics that do a great job! And can't beat the location!
