Dennis Schroeder and Nate Brekken, owners of Strictly Diesel, have assembled a terriffic group of positive, customer oriented employees that are ready to take care of all of your light duty diesel needs. ITP Diesel was started by Dennis Schroeder in April of 2001. Initially offering just one custom product that was originally developed for his personal truck, Dennis quickly grew ITP Diesel into a popular mail order parts supplier to the Powerstroke Diesel community.

While other similar companies were focused on just reselling diesel performance products from existing major manufacturers, ITP Diesel made a name for itself by being directly involved in the research and development of custom fuel system products for the 7.3L and 6.0L Powerstroke Diesel engines.

Not issues and great results. Set appt and got in a little early. They looked over my truck, wrote up very detailed estimate, explained everything without issues, got parts ordered and installed in timely manner. Truck was completed in very timely manner and returned to me. Runs perfect, NO issues. HIGHLY recommend them for your diesel needs

We Took our truck in after having a quote from the dealership that was insanely high. We were referred to strictly diesel by a mechanic friend and they fixed our truck for a fraction of the cost. They were very thorough and responsive and kept us informed of the status. Great service!

Took in my 2008 Silverado 3500 Duramax with a troublesome P0101 (mass air flow performance) CEL. Johnathan (service adviser) was extremely helpful laying out a plan of attack to fix the truck. Ended up being a boost leak and instead of just fixing one thing and calling it quits, Steven (service technician) continued digging and found TWO more boost leaks.

I truly appreciate their diligence and care. From the pre-service inspection to a thorough check of all other systems at the end, they truly took care of me. (They even found one of my batteries still under warranty was bad) Would recommend this shop to anyone with an diesel!

I was a first time customer to this highly recommended business and was extremely pleased with the service. I had a check engine light on my 2011 F-250 6.7l. Code was P02DB indicating an issue with #8 injector. Started searching for a facility to check the code and repair but that's where the breaks were depressed HARD. Every facility, including the major dealerships in the valley, all told me it would be 4-6 weeks just to look at my truck.

For various reasons or another each facility said "You've gotta get in line and wait". A friend advised me to try "Strictly Diesel" I called and was advised it would be 3 weeks to have my truck seen which was much better than 4-6 weeks. Jackie, the service advisor was amazing and was able to answer all my questions and assured me she would keep me advised on what the technicians had found.

I left my truck on a Thursday as scheduled and by Monday they called and said the code issue was more than likely a communication issue with the computer to which they reprogrammed the injector, tuned each injector and had my truck back to me on Monday. I was concerned that I might have an injector issue especially since I was planning a 3000 mile trip towing a trailer in the near future and expressed that concern with Jackie.

I was told to drive the truck normally for a few hundred miles and if the code/ injector issue was going to happen again it would be pretty quick and before I was in the middle to nowhere. During this time Jackie called me to follow up with the service to the truck. So far no code and no issues. I can honestly say that I am very pleased with the service and even more pleased with the response and care this company has towards making sure the needs of the customer are met. You have made a new diesel owner a customer for life. Thank you.

Strictly Diesel has always taken great care of me and every time I get my truck back I'm like a little kid with a new toy. The staff is always professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have spent a significant amount of money upgrading and maintaining my 2002 F350 and it is better now than the day it rolled off the factory floor. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing a reliable, honest diesel mechanic and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

This is a great shop. I brought in a 2500HD for a pre-purchase inspection and I received a very comprehensive report. In addition, Jackie and Blake were super easy to communicate with. Courteous, professional, and excellent follow up. I have been in the automotive industry as a Parts and Service Manager and if I lived in the Phoenix area they would be my go to. Thank you.

I have been using this shop for ALL of my diesel repairs for 10 years on 2 different trucks. I have had other shops, including factory dealerships, work on my truck with less than optimal results (here and in multiple other states). They either didn't diagnose the problem correctly, or they didn't do the repair correctly (usually then followed by excuses). Strictly Diesel has always diagnosed and completed the repair work correctly without excuses.

Most of the repairs on these trucks are quite expensive. That being said, you only want to pay for the repairs once. In my opinion, there is not a better diesel repair shop in state. I have gotten to know the staff over the years, especially Gary and Nate, and they are extremely dedicated and passionate about what they do. I will continue to use this shop as long as I own a diesel.

I love this shop. so much I haven't been back to them in 3 years. let me explain I haven't been back because they fixed my truck right and it hasn't broken down because they do good work. Therefore I have not needed to go back.

Outstanding group of people. Their quality of service is second to no one. I've made 2 service appointments for upgrades so far with them and I have left getting more than I ever expected. Not only do they have the knowledge and experience but also the practicality. I will for sure be a repeat customer. This is my shop, there are many like it but this one is mine.

I appreciate Strictly Diesel for several reasons. For simple repairs that I'm able to tackle myself, they've always been there to support me with parts, advice or initial diagnostic services. This story is just one of many experiences that I've had: I had a coolant leak that I couldn't pinpoint. After diagnosing it for me, they determined it was coming from the o-rings and gaskets that seal the intake manifold.

They then sold me the correct parts kit so I could take care of the repair myself. Once I got the intake manifold off, I discovered what looked like to me a potential leak path from simple wear and tear. I brought the manifold in for their professional opinion, which they confirmed my suspicion. They then sourced a economical replacement part that met my needs, up against the timing of the Xmas holiday closure.

They were able to get the part delivered in time, allowing me to finish the repair over the holiday weekend, and keep my truck running when I needed it the most. I'm super appreciative of service like that. It makes me feel more than a customer, but like a partner - with the common goal of keeping my truck running the best way possible for my needs. For repairs that are out of my league, I know they are going to do the job right. As long as I own a diesel, I'll always rely on Strictly Diesel to keep it running.

I was looking for a good shop to work on my diesel that wasn't a dealership. I went to strictly diesel, I made a mistake, I don't believe they were working for my repeat or referral business. My first quote was 2200$ and the job would take a day. I was called at end of day to tell me they needed the truck another day and didn't add fluids to bill and it would be a few hundred dollars more.

I had no problem with that. My issue started the next day when I was told they broke some exhaust manifold bolts and I would need to pay them $621.76 dollars more for them to fix what they broke. Now I'm not happy at all. they acted like it was my problem not theirs. My truck was being held hostage so I reluctantly agreed to pay for their mistake.

I was told truck would be done at the end of day, I live an hour away from their shop so I got a ride and get there and was told they needed it another day. No call saying that after I wasted 2 more hours of my time and the time of the person who was nice enough to give me a ride. I also missed a day of work. In conclusion the work that was done on the truck was very good but wasn't a good experience at all. They should have never charged me for the exhaust manifold bolts that's where they went over the line. I will not be back.

Well after our phone convo of you blowing smoke up my butt. Still came to the same conclusion. You guys are rip offs. 1. You use ati witch means you have a 20% bump on labor so for every 1 hour book rate the customer is charged 1.20 hours 2. Its not parts labor and labor to make sure we get the job right. 3. Every dirty trick i have seen shops use over the last 20 years are in practice at your shop. 4.

Every one that i know that have used you has said nothing but negitive about there whole experience. 5. So the bad review i gave ya you earned 100%. 6. I cant belive you actually posted a follow up on yelp. With your history of your responses with me and every other unhappy customer if i were the owner the first thing i would do to start fixing that shop is fire you! 7. If you respond with something stupid i will ask ALL MY FRIENDS to share there negative experience on yelp. Stop while you still have a job dude!

We got our hands on a Yukon Denali and were having AC issues from day one. The warranty company that was recommended to us by the dealership was less than honorable and wouldn't pay for several things that were supposed to be covered outside of our deductible. Strictly Diesel was recommended to us after a frustrating bout with a greedy GM dealer.

It started off good with these folks and quickly turned sour, however, Brent calmed me down and let me know that this particular warranty company was known for there shady activity and took over dealing with them for us. Even after I, regrettably, had gotten nasty with him. He handled the situation with grace and got our AC fixed and even got an unknown radiator issue fixed as well for us.

They were very timely and professional every step of the way. I would highly recommend this shop for whatever vehicle troubles you may need. Very honest and reliable! Thank You Brent.

Really just high prices for okay work and service. Truck was brought in for an alignment, oil leak and trac bar breaking, which many people we spoke to said it was very odd. Asked them to keep, so that we could contact the distributor to see how or why it broke. Strickly had the truck for multiple days, came up with charges of $4k. Moved forward with work as have done work with them in the past and was satisfied.

Day we got the truck back, truck was still pulling left, oil was still leaking and they threw the trac bar away. Continually asked for photos of the broken part with no return call. Call and setup another appointment for them to do the work that was paid for but now they state that it is a different oil leak, a tire is bad that is why it's pulling and that minimum another $2k. Did have a conversation with a manager, who couldn't give a care in the world.

Body language said enough. Did admit they messed up, employee was released but nothing more, no offer to make things right. Definitely feeling of getting a fast one pulled. Will not be returning for anymore work nor referring any longer.

From the moment I called this place I was treated great. Terry was super helpful and was able to get me scheduled that same week. They did exactly what I was looking for on my 1997 f250. Plus they were more than willing to explain anything I was interested in possibly doing in the future. It's tough to trust a shop with something you care about so much but they never made me worry at all. Definitely will be back for the rest of my 7.3 build.

One of the best repair shops I've ever used. 23 trucks in our fleet and never had results like this anywhere. I highly recommend these guys and gals for performance work.

This is the worst customer service that I have experienced in years. In the Marine Corps we would simply black list this shop. I went to get a tune from thier online store for my truck. I told the "customer representative " my concerns I have had with other tuners. The Rep proceeded to suggest he is not competitive and other people tune better than they do, he does not want the challenge. Imstead of leaving it at thay, the Rep proceeded to tell me what I should do with my money, as if he owned my suggestions and my vehicles.

His suggestions where abrasive, disrespectful and hilarious. After a few rude emails I decided to stop talking to them. Quick Tricks, TSD and Inovation Diesel have better customer service and want a true challenge. Go somewhere else for tunes, this gear head is a flake.

Best shop in town for diesels. This is the only shop that we will take our 03 F250 6.0 to and trust. We have a very heavy toy hauler that we pull with it and have never had a problem because this shop fixed all the problems with that motor. We also have a 15 F250, and this will be the only shop to touch that truck as well. Gary, Nate and the rest of the guys and gals there are awesome to work with. Highly recommended shop if we want your diesel to run forever.

Took my truck in for service. It broke down 5 minutes after picking it up leaving me on the side of the freeway! Had it towed back to their shop and the owner refused to reimburse me my tow fees! Will no longer do business with Strictly Diesel!

Great shop! Helpful advise. I am looking forward to spending some time and money with these guys. Got a repair list today, but he listed it in order of priority so I can work my way down the list. Once that's all fixed I'm moving on to the fun stuff!

Awesome shop to start off! Coming from California I've never had an owner personally come out and listen to the issue on hand and look over the vehicle with you. He made it his mission to be involved in the process and it really helps when everyone is on board with what is going on with the vehicle. Process was smooth and seamless! I will be returning again!

Can't say enough to about this place. Brought my truck in to have an auxiliary fuel tank installed. Everyone in the shop was great. Work was top notch. I live over an hour away and still will now be bringing my trucks here for service! Thanks!

We ordered a dipstick tube adapter for a 7.3L Powerstroke which worked perfectly. The installation instructions are thorough and answer all questions that might arise. This is a phenomenal product which reduced the downtime on the truck and saved our customer a considerable amount of money in labor as the oil pan does not require removal for installation. Good support, phone calls were returned as promised, and nice folks in general to talk to. Looks like following a solid business plan is paying off for you!

Outstanding business and outstanding people. I have had two major issues resolved on my 2000 Ram with Strictly Diesel and each time the work done is flawless. I'm saddened by the BULLSHIT reviews on Yelp regarding asshats wanting work done for cheap but I can assure you that this is a quality shop with professionals manning every facet of the operation.

Most recent stop we had a new radiator installed and fog lights. Front end was rebuilt and Gary kindly painted my valve cover Cummins Red. Never come here expecting quick service as anyone with a brain brings their deezel Rigs here for work. Never have been lied to or squeezed for procedures and service not needed.

I went in and got a quote of $399 for 4hrs labor to install a programmer on my cummins and they told me I needed to pay an extra $25 for shop supplies, and that I would need 2 extra not included sensors to make everything work. It was an Edge Juice with Attitude CTS display. I found unit for $100 cheaper online and they wouldn't install mine; only do the work if they provided the unit.

Not sure if they are really a online supplier of aftermarket parts and not really a storefront shop, maybe thats where I went wrong. They acted like they didn't even want to do they work. Maybe that's why they gave me such ridiculously high numbers. I honestly feel they were taking advantage of someone like me that only has the computer and magazine sized education on this stuff and would't have known any better if they hadn't really installed them.

Glad I shopped around a little. Went to Pro Diesel 11441 N 19th Ave 602-870-8413 they actually seemed to care about my needs and questions-nice. They said my Tuner comes with needed sensors and that they would do the install for $150 out the door! They needed to order the unit (so did the other bums) and we're even honest enough to tell me that I could order the unit online and avoid sales tax, and of course I could provide the tuner and they would install it! Thats how you run a Business!

I saved $567 on the un needed sensors and inflated labor rate/time. Not to mention the $100 plus sales tax that I saved on getting the tuner myself! Thats my 2 cents on Strictly Diesel. Shop around you will be glad you did.
