First time customer. Read reviews and decided to give them a try. Nick is really great and very communicative! He was very up front about not being sure if they could fix my a/c that day, but told me they would let me know. Kept me updated about the status and to my great surprise they were able to finish before end of day. I have already booked an appointment for my wife's car based on their great service!

Wilhelm is the best! Wilhelm has taken care of my vehicles since 2009. The technicians are highly qualified and provide accurate diagnosis and service with no up-sales. Ernie is the ultimate pro in seeing that his customers are given the highest quality of service and care. At Wilhelm, customers are valued and treated like family.

This place is ridiculous if you are DIY don't take your car or truck to this place they quoted 256 dollars to do a basic alignment on my suv after I replaced the rack it isn't rocket science to do any alignment, it especially isn't hard to tell when a car won't align properly so I took it somewhere else. It is strange the amount of good reviews these guys are getting, but if you look close it is mostly young people(inexperienced w/vehicles) or old people who have no sense left of the actual cost of a repair.
I would in my personal opinion steer clear there is no good reason to charge 256 when other literal alignment shops quoted me 70 to 100 dollars to do the job after telling them I did the front end work. They even quoted "it aligned just fine, in fact very quickly compared to other cars we aligned today".

Have used Wilhelm ever since they arrived in Tatum Ranch. Service has been exceptional and Mike provided in depth info. I was very pleased to see they reset my clock and cleaned my windshield. These details matter to me being a senior citizen. God Bless Wilhelm Automotive. Services: Battery, Engine repair, Oil change

By parents have been using them for years, and my dad does his research! I had an overheating issue with my jeep, they got me in AND OUT on the same day. And even picked me up at my house so I didnt have to call a ride. Look at the reviews. They won't try to oversell you or do work that doesn't need to be done. Trust is key!

Had new tires and wheel alignment done - they were done fine. But, after the wheel alignment, the steering was off center to one side when going straight. It was slightly off, but noticeable and annoying. They had me come back to fix it. They did not let me take them for a ride to show them the exact problem and, as I suspected, when I returned to pick up the car it wasn't fixed. Instead, I received an alignment data printout (which has nothing to do with the interior steering wheel angle) and was told that "It's within the range of specs.
That's the best we can do." Not a good answer! The steering wheel angle was fine before the alignment. A good alignment shop will adjust the L and R toe settings to ensure the steering wheel is still resting at dead center. I worked in a repair shop for years and know how it's done. They obviously did not, and had no intentions of correcting the situation. Maybe they just don't know how to do it correctly. I'll have to go elsewhere to get it fixed. Will certainly not recommend them to anyone.
