I recently brought my car in for a headlight replacement. They were able to schedule an appointment to get me in very quickly. The people were very friendly and promptly completed the work. As the prior service station that we had been dealing with for over 25 years went out of business during the pandemic, I am very pleased that we have now found a place that we will be bringing our cars to for future services.

American Automotive is an excellent local business to service your vehicle. I have an older vehicle that requires a lot of TLC to keep it road worthy. Mark is always able to find the source of any issues and, when possible, offers different options to resolve them. The work is always top notch and I have not had a single issue with any service performed. As American Automotive is certified for both foreign and domestic vehicles I would strongly recommend coming here before getting ripped off at the dealer.

Great work and reasonable prices. They make you feel right at home. Have a cup of coffee, enjoy a little treat while you watch tv or read a magazine. They take my car in right away and my waiting time has always been less than I expected. Wonderful neighborhood place. 5/2021- I am back again for an oil change and a bulb replacement. I was in and out in 20 minutes, great price, great service, as usual.

Good guy, horrible prices. The labor cost was 3x more than the parts total. You know your getting ripped off when estimates $57 for a new cabin filter. despite them costing no more than $10-20. If you know absolutely nothing about cars unlike myself you will be getting scammed. I want to post the estimate but do not want to embarrass the man too bad.

American Automotive's team and it's owners are super honest and professional. Mark is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It is the only shop I would go to from now on for any work that needs to be done on my cars. It's nice to know that I have a mechanic I can trust. Excellent service and many thanks to the staff! As an owner of a BMW M6, I wanted to make sure my car was receiving service from a well-experienced mechanic who had prior experience working with similar cars. So far my car has been in twice for services that would've cost me a fortune at the dealership. Very impressed with the work, timing and family atmosphere. I'm surprised to be the first review! But these guys are truly the best. They give you the personalized service that you always hope for. I never feel like I've been taken advantage of and they always give a fair deal. I've been coming here for 5+ years now and I'd trust Mark with anything car related. Highly recommend.
