Platt's Performance Plus

I had some work done on my vehicle by Derek and his team. Derek was friendly, polite and easy to talk to. I told him about the issues and he explained what they would do to troubleshoot. He answered all my questions and was not dismissive of anything. After about a day, I received a full vehicle report with pictures via email and then also a follow up phone call from Derek to go over the items in the report.

I'm not a car person so I can't comment that much on pricing but my guess is that it is in line with other mechanics. I received a call from Derek when the car was ready for pickup. I wasn't able to get out right away and Derek called later to see if I needed a ride. After picking up the car with my wife, she commented that they must have cleaned some of the inside of the car.

This was a pleasant surprise. Overall, customer service is fantastic and the car runs great! I am very happy with the job and service. I fully expect that I will be bringing my other car here for servicing.

Excellent staff, service and quality. They are very friendly and excellent with pricing. If I have anymore problems with my vehicles I'm definitely coming back.

Stay away from this shop. Absolute rip off. We would never go there again, EVER. Brought our car to fix air conditioner and change oil. They wanted $2,700. We canceled their services. They did change oil, did not fix AC and charged us $700 for oil change and 'labor'. Absolutely ridiculous. Stay away, go somewhere else.

I brought my 1965 Buick skylark into have some work done. The guys at platt went through the entire car, took photos and gave me a detailed report on the condition of the vehicle. The owner Ed and I decided on a course of action for the car but after a day or two I decided to go a different way. Ed could not have been more patient with me and was perfectly willing to come up with a new plan according to my wishes. These people are absolute professionals and I would definitely recommend them.

First time customer and will definitely go back again! Derek and Kim were super friendly and were super helpful when I had my car towed in. They were very honest about what needed to be done with my car, and did everything they could to make sure I had a ride to and from the shop to my home and work! A HUGE plus was that it took not even a day to get my car back too, which was nice that they did too quality work so quickly!

I have never have had such an amazing experience before getting my vehicle repaired before. From the moment I called in a total panic, Derek made feel at ease. Not only did he and the team at Platt's totally exceed all expectations I had, they sent me this digital inspection report to show me everything about my car. Derek took time out of his busy schedule to break everything down so I could understand everything.

No hassle, no pressure, very straight forward. After addressing my initial repairs and taking care of everything they had found, my Jeep is running better then new. I can not thank, Derek, Kim, and the entire team at Platt's for going above and beyond for me. You guys rock!

Derek and Ed are always amazing to deal with. Had my vehicle repaired and they communicated throughout every step of the way, as well as video/photo updates with what the vehicle needed done. Most importantly they are genuine mechanics and run the business with integrity. I asked for additional headlight services to my vehicle and upon there research they instructed me to keep the headlights OEM.

I have trusted them with my vehicle in the past and will continue to do so in the near further. 5+ Stars for sure I truly recommend Platt's Performance to anyone in need of a mechanic.

Came in after an upsetting disagreement with Audi dealership with the AC blower motor and Ed and Derek took care of my truck once again. They didn't just replace the blower motor but advised the resistor be changed out as well so it performs like new. Now it's even colder than when I first bought it! Had an issue with a slight vibration in the front end at high way speeds They I inspected the front end and detriment the wheels and tire were the most likely cause. Lm very pleased with the service that I received on my Sky. The owner and staff were pleasant and explained all matters regarding needed repairs, and even suggested that I replace the windshield wipers to prepare for today's storm. Very professional. Platt gave me a report of my car with pictures. What is in good condition and what I need to fix. Platts is the most professional auto repair facility I've come across in more than 40 years of driving. They're a little fanatical about being perfect and that's a good thing! Being a DIY'r, I usually tackle most automotive projects but when my wife's car had us broken down on the side of the road twice and a new born. there was no messing around! Called Derek at Platt's Performance and he had an appointment scheduled for me right away. He got me in sooner than expected and assured me they could fix my problem and be prompt.

With the pressure of a new born and Mommy without a car, Platts Performance really stepped up! Fixed my car, emailed me the multipoint inspection so I understood more about the condition and really communicated clearly. They fixed the VTC adjuster, which was a bit of a job (opening up an engine), suggested I have the belt and tensioner done because of noise and condition, serviced the car and even had the car washed for me to pick up. Thank you guys! If you want honestly, clear communication, fair price and a group of people that care about your family and car, this is the place to go!

Outstanding service! The staff is friendly and very professional. Kudos to Derek, Ed, Kim and Jack. I never had my car so thoroughly analyzed before. It's like getting a pet/ct scan for your vehicle.
