Rocco's Collision

My car was hit in the rear and they did an Awesome job on my 2011 Nissan Max. I did asked if possible (while it's there) to paint over some of the scratches on the side. They politely smiled and said that they would repair my car based on the current incident and would have it looking nice when the job is completed. Well, I still have my old scratches, but my baby was cleaned, shining and looked like a new car.

I would highly recommend "Rocco's Collision Auto Body"-North East Phila. They were upfront about everything, kept me informed via text messages throughout the entire process, finished within the week, and my Max rides good and looks like a New Car.

Dont bring your car here. I had a 2017 Dodge Challenger involved in an accident. Jack told me the repairs would be over 30k once the took the car apart. I was told my car would be totaled most likely. I picked up my car abd brought it ti caliber collision instead. They fixed my car for a little over 14k and did not total my car. I will never go to roccos again

Taylor and Jack were incredibly responsive, professional, efficient, cheerful, thorough, transparent. all the good things. I was connected to them through the insurance company of the "other driver, " and the shop is not geographically convenient to me (about 20 minutes away), but I would seriously consider using them -- and driving past dozens of closer body shops -- because of the positive experience.

Taylor was a great help. She was pleasant from my first to my last interaction I had with her. The shop kept me posted on my progress and even returned my car back a day before expected. They were also extremely professional.

I was very impressed with Rocco's Collision Center on Reed. I expected my car to take a long time with the holidays, covid, and parts being delayed but that was not the case. Lauren's customer service exceeded all my expectations. I highly suggest just working with her as she broke down everything with me from parts, timing, and all the questions I had.

The work was done in a timely manner. My car drives wonderful and they even cleaned it. I was beyond impressed with this place and I highly recommend using Rocco's on Reed if you get into an accident. Thanks again.

Chose these guys through Traveler's Insurance and I'm happy I did. They did such a great job. Had a big dent on my passenger side front and back doors. Came in on 08/27/2020 around 10:45am to see if i could get an estimate for next week, talk to a guy he was at the shop sweeping, i told him i need an estimate on an older honda, you can tell right away he did not want to accept the job, told me it would cost like $2000 for the work and it is not worth it. he is saying it is not worth it without seeing the vehicle in person. he suggest me taking it to macco. i had basically the same car and i had mine done for the same work for about $900 at another shop. i basically ask him, you don't want to take in the job, right? he said yeah. the shop i went to are so busy that they could not get it in the shop for a while. i guess this body shop do not take in smaller work. i'll just have to wait to go to a real auto body shop that does this kind of work. it was a waste of time going there.

I had a wonderful experience using Rocco's. It was recommended by a nearby mechanic shop. I don't know what I'm talking about when it comes to cars but Jack provided excellent customer service. I felt comfortable and not taken advantage of. He followed up with texts and pictures throughout the process. I showed up, unscheduled, the next day after picking up my car because I kept getting an error about "no key" when my key was with me in the car. Turns out it was just a low battery in the key fab (I was so embarrassed). Jack even walked to the corner store to buy me a new key fab battery. He remained professional and calm while helping me and still managing the day to day operations. Would recommend this business.

Brought my car in for a minor fender bender and they made the process quick and easy. The car looked great after there work and they even cleaned the inside really well! Jack and his team were extremely helpful. I highly suggest using Rocco for body repair needs.

As a full-time Lyft driver, I unfortunately have had a handful of insidents over the last two years. Philadelphia driving sure is something else. As the insidents kept coming, each time I would return to Rocco's because they were communicative, efficient and just seemed very genuine. My car was never given back to me later then what was estimated.

In fact, majority of the times I brought it in, the repairs were done a day or so beforehand. If you find yourself in need of some collision repairs, do yourself a favor and go to this location. They will take good care of you. :

Can't recommend Rocco's enough. Had my hood repaired and it was a seamless experience from start to finish. They were professional, communicated with me regularly over text and phone and did a very quick and through repair job in only a few days. Plus they offer a lifetime gurantee on any of the work they do. They also worked seamlessly with my insurance State Farm to get everything sorted. I'll defintely be going to them again in the future if I have any further issues.

Went to Roccos to get a job done and was told they don't do it, to find out they really do and they lied, Sad when people don't have the right training.and don't know what they are doing in their own business.

Can't say enough good things about Diane and all the people at Rocco's! Not only were the people fabulous, but my car looks great and was finished within 3 business days. I had a large scrape on the side of my car and a ding on the bumper. My insurance said it would probably be 2 weeks in the shop but I dropped my car off Wednesday after work and picked it up Tuesday.

I was very impressed! The good news doesn't stop there! When I dropped my car off on Wednesday it was already dark and I mentioned I was going to walk to the subway. One of the employees offered to drive me to the subway so I didn't have to walk in an area of town I was unfamiliar with. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised. Then when I picked the car up yesterday I drove back to work and parked.

After working late I got to my car around 9pm and it wouldn't start! Obviously I was a little annoyed and blamed Rocco's.because that is what people do, right?! Anyway, I called them this morning letting them know about my trouble and without me asking, Diane asked where I was and said that they would be right over. Her and a technician, Charlie, drove to where I work and jump started my car.

They were so kind and you could tell they genuinely cared about my experience with them. I wish everywhere had customer service like Rocco's on Snyder. I will be telling my friends about this place for sure!

Great body shop, Jose was really helpful and got me my car back very quickly (only took two days). Had minor front end damage and i got it back looking like new I can't even tell there was any damage. I would definitely recommend Rocco's to anybody who needs body work.

My car had a need for repair after an unfortunate run over snow and ice on I-95 that gave me an intimate meeting with the guard rail. Fortunately, I picked Rocco's as my repair center of choice. Despite the agony of having to drive something else during the repair other than my beloved auto and a wallet murdering deductible, Rocco's repaired my car 5 days earlier than estimated and made it look even better than prior to the impromptu slip and slide.

It runs great, looks great, and my only regret is that I didn't have more to be repaired! Of the staff I encountered, the lady at the front desk was cheerful and pleasant to talk to. The one other guy who I saw when getting the car back, either a mechanic or owner, did a great job at explaining what was done and all the ways my car was made better.

My only (minor!) complaints are the absence of the rear emblem and that the un-used front license plate holder wasn't outright removed instead of put back on when the front bumper was replaced. But I never specified for either. I would certainly return despite that.

Someone backed into my Subaru at a Wawa. Rocco's was listed for repair by the offender's insurance company. I chose them for distance to my apartment and close to the subway to pick up a rental in west philly near work. Very professional and friendly service. My car was in the shop for awhile waiting for parts, but they called several times to let me know. Diane was very nice and the car was ready at the time she stated. Overall a great job. If my car gets bruised again I'd take it back to Rocco's.

Well, after having my vehicle broken into, I went to get a quote for the repair. The criminals pried the lock open and now the door won't lock. Rocco's quoted me $915 for the repair. The dealership, whom I got a quote from earlier this week was $600. I went to another local professional shop and got a quote for $250. Rocco's quoted 11.5 hours of labor and added that they really won't know the repair until they looked into it further. Pretty sure they just didn't want my business. Couldn't be more sure that I'll never go here again for a repair or quote.

Roccos might do great body work. I never needed them and if i did get into an accident i wouldn't use them and i tell everyone i no not to use them. You see Roccos not good to the people on reed st. They keep cars out after hours so there neighbors can't park. One neighbor was almost mugged because she had to park around the corner while roccos had 4 to 5 cars parked on the street overnight.

What if it it was your mom or dad or child. Please don't patronize roccos there are plenty of other fine auto body shops that care about there neighbors and the neighborhood where they operate

This is one of those businesses that you hope to never have to use, but as a resident of South Philly, you occasionally have some jackass decide that your car could use some impromptu customization & knock your bumper half off while parallel parking. This has happened to my twice in two years, so when I called my insurance company, they referred me to Rocco's. I'll be honest. I'm not originally from here. and as anyone in South Philly will tell you, people here can be a bit abrasive from time to time.

But not at Rocco's. Diane is one of the nicest people I've ever dealt with since living here, one time spending about 3 hours tracking down a loaner vehicle that Rocco's wasn't going to see an extra dime providing me. The other folks at Rocco's are just as fantastic. I got regular updates (sometimes multiple calls a day) letting me know what the status was of my repairs, and they were always done with my car a couple of days prior to their original estimate.

The work was quality & they did a thorough walkthrough of the job to show me just what had been done and to make sure I was happy with their work. If you're in the area & need work done, I would highly recommend Rocco's. They're professional, courteous, thorough and efficient. exactly what everyone should be looking for in an auto body shop.

After a fine Philadelphia citizen wrote some choice explicit words on my cousin's car in white spray paint, we came to Rocco's simply to get an estimate. 15 minutes later we left with his car back to normal and our wallets happy. The staff was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend.
