Mike and crew did an awesome job repairing my F430. In the early times of Covid, Italy had shut down and acquiring parts at that time, even the after-market manufacturers, were equally as difficult. After waiting months, as we all did during that time, the parts finally arrived. The repair completed and alas one of the parts was defective and so, the entire process occurred again. 8 months later and allot patience from everyone, everything on the list was completed. ExoticCars honored the defect part and the effort to swap out. Mike and crew were stand outs with communication and explaining the situation the best we all could at that time. I brought my Maserati GT Spyder to Exoticars in Frenchtown for service and repair work for the first time. Mike at the counter was great! He took the time to explain their process and he made me feel confident I had made the right choice. When I went to pick up the car Mike was off but I had the pleasure to meet Sandy (one of the Owners) and she was so very kind and helpful.
I brought my son who is an encyclopedia when it comes to cars and his mind was blown! Sandy gave us an opportunity to look in the shop and see some of the amazing cars and the work their Techs were doing. This place is great! What can I say after multiple calls to other shops and the dealer I couldn't get anyone to explain to me the correct and proper measurements for an alignment on my Maserati QP GTS. After many searches and phone calls I found Exotic USA and decided to give them a call hesitant they would be expensive and an over an hour away. I Got Mike Forman on the phone (service manager) at Exotic and talking to him was music to my ears.
He very patiently explained to me exactly what needed to be done and how. The rest is history and I'm one happy Maserati owner. I will be using Exotic for any needs I may have in the future. Everyone there is polite speak to you with knowledge and respect. Thank you guys for a great experience.

I sent my 1985 Ferrari 308 here this past spring 2021; I inherited the car from my late father; a major service was performed; many other items were rectified; we are still working through some minor issues but I have to say that Mike Foreman the service manager is outstanding; very patient and professional. This shop really knows their cars well.
They also take great care of the vehicle while in their possession. I also want to highlight their delivery driver who is also named Mike; he was fantastic and 'rescued' me at 9 pm one night while I was stranded at a local gas station and my car would not start ( quite embarrassing in a red Ferrari). They really go above and beyond for their service. These old italian cars are very fragile and finicky; this shop is the one to handle them properly. I highly recommend them.

In July 2021, I purchased a used 2019 BMW 440i with 18k miles. The car was in great shape but had some rock chips, light paint scratches and swirls marks in the paint from the previous owner. Exotic cars went over the entire car and corrected all of the imperfections. The paint on the entire vehicle now looks brand new like it just tolled off the assembly line.
Next year I will be purchasing a 2020 Porsche 718. If there is any thing that needs to be fixed I will be back to watch them perform their magic again. My 2013 Viper GTS was hit by another driver. I was prepared to sell my car because I never thought it would look good again. Well I was dead wrong. Exoticars did such amazing work the car looks perfect. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and kept me up to date on the repairs from start to finish. I would give them 6 stars if I could. They exceeded my expectations.

I have both a Stallion & a Bull and Mike and his team are by far the most talented, seasoned and experienced shop I have ever dealt with. I choose Exoticars over the dealership because they treat me like family. I mean I call and text after hours and weekends and get an immediate response. Mike's team does everything and I mean mechanical, body, tuning and ride alongs. It is unthinkable that they can't solve my concerns.

I have had my 1989 348TS serviced at Exoticars USA for over 15 years. Service has included full engine drop/rebuild to routine maintenance. Given the age of the car and scarcity of parts, Wil and his crew, at times, were able to machine the replacement part right in his shop. There's practically nothing on the car that hasn't been serviced here and I'm super happy with their professionalism, knowledge of the Italian house of cars (Ferrari/Lamborghini/Alfa Romeo), and the quality of workmanship. Great owner and great crew. IMHO, there's no better exotic car repair shop on the entire Eastern seaboard.

I met with Mike Foreman, and asked him to be my quarterback. I was looking to assemble my team of quality repair people. Mike was assuring, consultative, and attentive to what I needed. he took the time to listen, and coordinated efforts to get my Bentley Flying Spur better than when I brought it there. The owner Wil, and his wife are real down to earth. Wil built his own car.
It sits in the show-room/office area. Very impressive. If he can build his own car with his initials on the front, I thought Wow! he can direct his people to give a quality of service. I met Mike Walsh too. He worked on my car. This guy is a true car-guy. He eats, sleeps, and dreams of cars. He studies cars--especially exotic cars. If I could give 6 stars--I would. I truly recommend Exoticars, USA, LLC.

This shop is a scam, incompetent techs, manager, and owner. They just want an open checkbook to keep billing. I got taken for 5 hours of work that didn't even diagnose my electrical issues, and was asked to authorize another 15-20 hours. I declined and took the car back. I subsequently took my Lamborghini to a dealer and they identified a faulty wiring harness and fixed the issue in 5 hours total. I tried to contact the owner to give feedback and he was not receptive at all. It's ok, his loss as these negative reviews will just keep piling up.

Had some minor defects and marks on the rear bumper from the middle by the license plate towards the left side of my Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio. They were able to to sand down and paint the aforementioned areas on the rear bumper in a very brief window and it turned out immaculately. When I dropped the car off I was greeted by Wil and was given a tour of the facility.
I was very impressed both by the facility and the level of cars they were working on. It immediately gives you a feeling that your car will be well taken care of. Any times in the future where their services are required, I will not hesitate to give them a call. Highly recommend!

Mike @ Exoticars was wonderful to work with. He kept me informed on all aspects of the customization on my Jaguar F-Type front grill. Mike was always honest and his knowledge and suggestions were greatly appreciated. Pricing is extremely competitive and all work performed on my vehicle was of the highest standard. The custom grill the team at Exoticars created, is among the best I have ever seen.
It looks as if it came straight from the factory. I am extremely pleased and grateful for all the hardwork performed by the entire team. Exoticars has been good to me. I've had 3 different vehicles over the span of 8 years and every time I've needed something done in a pinch the owners and staff have taken great care of me. Most recently my Audi needed a new battery and the dealership wanted $430 to change it. I live close to the Exoticars shop so they came and jumped the car, I followed them back and within 30min I was out the door for almost half the price of what the dealership wanted to charge me.
A bonus- I didn't lose any of my settings and stations after they put in the new battery. They go the extra mile and complicate their process- connecting the car to an alternative power source before removing and replacing the old battery- allowing everything to stay as you like.

I made the mistake of having the major service on my 1990 Ferrari 348 TS done by another shop. only to have the car leaking oil after that service. I immediately contacted Exoticars, who picked the car up, serviced it correctly, righting the wrongs of the prior shop made and the car is now back, better than ever. Thankfully the prior shop partially reimbursed me for their inferior work. Lesson learned. While Exoticars isn't the cheapest. you get what you pay for with this outstanding and professional outfit.

Wil and Sandy are great. I was getting ready to list our 1977 308 GTB for sale, and was going to have Exoticars do a pre-purchase inspection for any potential buyers. I had already planned on the shop replacing the tires. A number of years prior to the service I had purchased an aluminium radiator as a spare. A check of the coolant system showed a very small leak in the radiator.
Good thing I had a spare in our garage. Bad thing was that the new radiator was not going to install easily and required Wil to do a bit of fabricating when it came to new brackets and hangers. I could not have ended up at a better shop. Sandy was even nice enough to place my for sale info on their website. The car sold relatively quickly, for a good price, and was shipped to Malibu California. This shop comes highly recommended by myself and others. Kevin J. I have been 100% satisfied with the maintenance performed.but.beyond this, the customer service/support is the BEST in the business barring none! I have had several instances where I had an issues arise and needed advise from one of the technician's on staff and had answers to my questions immediately! Though I live in Los Angeles, I purchased an auto from Exoticars. It's a bit nerve-wracking to effect a transaction across country, but Sandy and Wil were awesome. Their expertise in the purchase and shipping process made a significant, positive difference, and the car arrived exactly as warranted and in great shape. They are true-blue and I could not recommend Exotocars more highly to anyone searching for a one of a kind or otherwise high-end automobile.

Servicing exotic cars is a complex and exacting job. Your mechanics need to be smart, careful, passionate about the cars and above all scrupulously fair and honest. I have known the folks at Exoticars for many years and have great respect for their work. A story to make my point. I stopped in the shop yesterday, in a Toyota, not my Porsche. Wil, the shop owner, saw a scratch on my new vehicle's paint and, without being asked, went inside, got sand paper, a bucket and some polishing compounds.
I watched in amazement as he made the scratch disappear. The charge? A smile and a thank you. If you own an exotic car and want to entrust it to a shop where the owner is watching over your pride and joy, I recommend you give these folks a shot. Routine maintenance (my experience) is done to factory specs. More extensive work like restoration, they have the people to do it right. Recommended without hesitation.

Just wanted to say that the experience with the shop was excellent. The owner's wife was a joy to talk to and made the visit a complete pleasure. Rob, the technician, was affable and extremely willing to answer some of the questions I had about my car. A friendly environment with staff willing to engage with the customer beyond a few words is a new experience for me when it comes to auto servicing--something you will not see at most high end dealerships. I am sure to make this my go-to shop going forwards!

On June 12, 2014, I had the oil changed in the vehicle by Exotic Cars. At that time the vehicle was in perfect working order and the oil change was routine maintenance for the vehicle. There is no dispute that during the oil change Exotic Cars broke my drain plug in the vehicle's engine, drilled out the broken drain plug, and replaced it with an aftermarket plug. Exotic Cars then negligently installed an incorrect aftermarket drain plug that utilized a brass washer, which subsequently failed on or about September 8, 2014 and caused all the oil to leak from the motor, which damaged my vehicle's engine.
On or about September 8, 2014, I was driving the vehicle when the vehicle began operating erratically and the engine began making unidentifiable sounds. I immediately pulled the vehicle to the side of the road and had it towed to Unique Automotive in Allentown, PA. At that time the underside of the engine was covered with oil from where it had leaked out and there was no oil remaining in the engine.
I contacted Exotic Cars and they requested the vehicle be brought to their location in Milford, NJ for inspection. On September 10, 2014, I had the vehicle towed from Unique Automotive to Exotic Cars. The engine failed due to lack of oil which resulted from Exotic Car's negligent installation of the incorrect drain plug on the vehicle's engine. Exotic Cars then quoted me a cost $7500 to further inspect the engine, which was denied. Exotic Cars and destroyed my lamborghini and the one person who bears no responsibility whatsoever is me I have worked very hard for my car and taken great care of it.
For Exotic Cars to claim they have liability whatsoever and to deny the claim is unquestionably in bad faith and a terrible way to run a business. Since on or about September 8, 2014 I when I experienced the initial engine failure I have had no use of the car. Not only do I hold Exotic Cars liable for the damage to the vehicle, but also for the ongoing costs that that is incurring including monthly car payments of $1,650, insurance of $525 and monthly parking charges of $330.
I intend to recover all of these costs in a lawsuit against Exotic cars. It has been 8 months and Lastly, Exotic cars ' so-called insurance "investigation" never contacted Me for an interview, nor contacted me to arrange for such interview. I cooperated fully with regard to this claim and has been extremely patient without the use of MY vehicle since September, 2014. MY patience has reached its end. ANYONE THAT IS READING THIS PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO GET FIXED OR HAVE ANY WORK DONE AT EXOTIC CARS THEY TREAT YOUR CAR LIKE IT'S ON A ASSEMBLY LINE AND DOES NOT CARE FOR IT OR YOU!
