We have had to use Lamon Autobody twice. Once when my wife ran over a large tool box that fell out of a truck she was following and once when some jerk hit my son's car while parked. Both occasions we had a great experience. The young lady at the reception desk is super nice. The guys who did our inspections were great. They fixed both cars quick and did fantastic work.

I was referred by geico. I was in an accident and my car would not start at the scene. They fixed the physical damage to my vehicle on and when picked up my car it would not start and my headlight was still out from the accident. The jumped my car saying that it didn't start because it had been sitting. I get home and the car is still not starting.

I call back they tell me you need a battery because we jump atartpyojr vehicle numberious times while trying to work on it. I asked why was this not mentioned to me when I picked the car up and why was it not addressed while being serviced AAA battery service came and advised that it was not my battery. I had to have my car towed to the dealer and pay 150 to have it diagnosed

They did a great job repairing our crosstrek. So happy to have it back! They even finished it within 2 weeks too! Very satisfied, but of course the time will tell. Thank you!

I have fortunately (unfortunately) used Lamon several times for family vehicles. Everytime I have taken a car there the entire staff has been wonderful, professional, and have done all they could to expedite my repairs. They kept me informed of all repairs and typically returned the vehicle before the estimated completion date. Lamon has made the repair process painless.

The business is COVID conscious so appts need to be adheared to but they are very accommodating. I will definitely rate them as a top collision repair center.only place I will go to! Thanks to Lamon for their excellent service.

Front end repair from hitting a deer. Interaction with and between GEICO, Enterprise and Lamon was good. Enterprise had an office on-site. Work looks excellent to me. Very friendly staff. Called a few times for updates and they had someone call me back within 30 minutes with status. Dropped car of Friday and picked up following Friday which included wrong part were delivered and had to be sent back. Small issue with GEICO issuing payment but got resolved same day.

This was my second time using Lamon. They did a great job both times. I was very pleased with Chelsea. When picking up my car, she was very professional with great customer service skills. The body shop did an excellent fix on my car and the repairs that Lamon Auto Body does are lifetime guaranteed not to mention had my car back to me in timely fashion, actually quicker then I thought. Lamon Auto Body exceeded my expectations. I called about my car with a damaged mirror and they walked me through a couple options with different costs. Easy process to send in photos of the damage. When I brought in my car, I explained that the front bumper was also slightly damaged and disconnected from the frame in one area from another incident, and they were able to reattach the front bumper and make it look almost perfect, all for the same price of the original estimate for the broken mirror.

You can really tell they will go above and beyond to make your car as perfect as possible. Definitely recommend Lamon for any auto body needs. I will be going back to them in the future if needed.

I have had my vehicle here twice in the last 6 months due to accidents (I know great luck). Anyway amazing customer service from the office. Very polite and understanding. I have been very pleased with their work both times. There was a minor issue from the first time but they fixed this without question. Fixed my vehicle before estimated date and made sure I was happy before leaving the lot. Would definitely recommend!

I brought my car to Lamon as part of an insurance claim. I could not be happier with the service there. Lamon communicated w my insurance company and made the whole process very easy. The staff at Lamon was helpful and friendly. When my car was done, it looked fantastic, they did great work. I hope I don't need more repairs anytime soon, but if I do Lamon will be the first place I call.

We've had more than one car repaired here after accidents over the years, and they've always done a great job. There is also an adjoining enterprise rent a car which is convenient.

Customer service here is one of the best beyond doubt. From the moment you walk in they make you feel welcomed fretted with a prompt smile. They keep you up to date on your vehicle repairs by calling everyday to let you know where your repair stands also send you text messages letting you know completion time. The work done on the vehicle was flawless and completed quickly. Brought my vehicle in on Tuesday morning and was done Friday afternoon.

I usually do not give perfect, full star ratings but Lamon Auto Body earned it. My car looked better coming out of the shop than it did before it was in an accident. The location is very convenient, personalized customer service, great partnership with Geico, and most of all quality work. Despite Geico giving me the biggest headache ever with my claim, Kathy, Phil and the Lamon family made up for it. Truly thankful for my experience with them.

I was recently in an accident and Geico referred me to Lamon Auto Body for the repair and the Enterprise shop attached for my rental. Geico advised that the entire process of dropping off my vehicle and obtaining a rental would take 30 minutes. It did! Kathy at Lamon could not be friendlier or more efficient. I was pleased with my rental from Enterprise as well.

The repair was done in a timely manner and they even washed and dusted my car! I was kept up to date throughout the whole process and would definitely recommend this shop to anyone I know.

Nice people! and better yet, they do wonders to your car. I was in an accident and Lamon Auto Body, along with Geico Express made it hassle free and easy for me getting my car fixed. During the process, Lamon sent me updates on what was being done with my car and when it would be finished. I really appreciated that. They also cleaned a bit of the inside of my car when they were finished, something that I didn't expect!

I got into an accident, and This place was registered with Geicko. Sooooo helpful! I had general questions about my Jeep Wrangler and the guy estimating my car helped me and showed me a bunch of sites for it- which was completely unrelated to my accident. They gave me text updates and it was ready 3 days before they estimated it would be! My car looked great, was washed, and I was so happy with the service and rental car they gave me!
