Don't ever come to this establishment. The employees here are rude, and very unprofessional. One of your workers decided to to a tow right in front of the star bucks parking lot, blocking our cars from getting out. I told him if he could move a little, and he told me that's it's my fault I'm late to work because I wanted to go to Starbucks and should of left earlier!
I would understand if he was in a middle of a towing the car, but he didn't even begin. I called the manager and the management told me too bad, and didn't apologize for this. Now Im late to work, got points, because of your company! I will bad mouth this company untill you have no employee's.

We were in Mount Laurel NJ after the sudden passing our brother. Having flown in from TX, we were focused on cleaning out the house before flying home, and had been using our brother's vehicle. We were in the middle of making deliveries to a local donation center, and suddenly the vehicle wouldn't start. Fortunately, we have AAA, who contacted Bear Tire and Auto to help us out.
Not only were they quick to respond, Bear representative Jeff (#129) was courteous and knowledgeable, and in no time we were back to our task before heading back to TX. Being from out of town put us at the mercy of whichever company AAA contacted. We are thankful that company was Bear. Thank ypu!

These guys are awesome. I had a rental car that got a big piece of metal stuck in the tire. They were called by the rental car company (Enterprise) and they showed up in less than *three minutes* and were done with the repair in under 15 minutes. This is no exaggeration. This was literally the best roadside assistance I've ever experience in my life. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

On Saturday 9/11 I called triple a to have someone come out and put the spare tire on my car so I could take it to get fixed. Albert #78 came and my husband went out. Hubby called and said he tried but able to get the lugnuts off and got my car out of the spot to get it loaded onto the bed to be towed. He was great, made sure my car was loaded right and we met him at the shop. This is the second time when I had called triple A and Bear tire and auto came out and I had a great experience with them.

Bobby from Bear Tire and Auto Center saved my life! I had an overheated engine and he was incredibly kind, professional, and spirited. He made me feel at ease with explaining what he was doing and what we were going to do moving forward as someone who is not familiar with the area. This service was more than exemplary and I would definitely recommend to anyone!

I refer everyone to to Bear Auto. This place is awesome. Never a rip off. Prices are great and the work is always accurate and done correctly the first time. I've never felt like I'd gotten over charged or that they were looking to find what didn't need to be fixed. Try them. You won't be disappointed.

This company is the most unprofessional & destructive and is a predatory towing company. In a snow storm my daughter slid off the road and stopped before some trees and a creek next to the towing company. They were not on any calls and standing around outside.they asked her if she wanted to get the car out and she said yes, but she would call AAA.
They said no problem and proceeded to take her out as they are AAA. They improperly hooked the car up and dropped it, snapped the line causing it to roll back into the mud and now into the trees. We have had subsequent towing companies see this and verified improper hook placement which really damaged the back bumper. Prior to getting on their truck and before they dropped it, she had video of the front end and an observation that there was no damage to the front bumper and grill.
After they dropped it, the front was destroyed as well as the doors on both sides from trees. After they got it on the truck they proceeded to not put it in their unlocked lot, but put it in their locked impound yards a few miles away, after removing the bumper that was partially hanging off. The car WAS NOT under police impound. The following day, as my daughter was afraid to drive it at the time, they tried to charge her approx 400 for impound and storage.
When she disputed that and they found out he could not get away with that, he told her he would waive the fee if she signed a release of responsibility for damages. She would not. The receipt was signed and the exclusion was crossed out. When we went to get it towed out under AAA and a different company, the owner tried to meet the driver and lied about how the damage was done. Thankfully the company is very pro and took pictures. We have both video and pictures proving their damage. This story will be continued starting with the Attorney General's office and the Division of consumer affairs.

I made an appointment for battery service using my AAA. I made the appointment for a Sunday morning between 9 and noon. At 821am I received a call my tech was on the way. About 845am my rech arrived. His name was Chris T. He was very professional. Soft spoken and focused, he shared with me that he needed to test the battery first, then he shared the bracket over the battery was rusty and he would be cautious it didn't break.
He loosened it accordingly safely. I paid the fee over the phone. Chris changed the battery in good time. He suggested I keep my receipt in my glove box and stated my warranty. He was dressed in uniform and wore a safety mask. He was very helpful and I appreciate his service very much. A+ service.

BEWARE: My car was not repaired by this auto body but was towed there by the state police following an accident. Unfortunately, due to the accident occurring a few days before Christmas, my car was held there for 3 weeks through the New Year, while the other party's insurance company assumed responsibility. It was then towed to another shop for repair.
Upon receiving my car following repair, I was shocked to find rodent droppings and shredded paper and napkins in the back seats. I contacted this business where my car was held for 3 weeks to find out how this happened to which they replied it wasn't their responsibility as the car was left out on a lot after being towed and was then taken to another shop. However, being that my car was in their possession for nearly a month and the other shop only about a week for actual repair, who would assume responsibility?
If the rodents had damaged my engine or other major part, who would repair that? It wasn't merely the fact that they were dismissive, it was that they did not even offer a simple apology. I honestly was not expecting some grand gesture of customer service recovery, just acknowledgement that this was an unfortunate mishap. I have young children and a baby that utilize this vehicle and to know that rodents were in the area where they sit, leaving nasty droppings is quite unnerving.
I'm thankful I had no damage to my car interior or any major parts as a result of these rodents, but the customer service from this business is absolutely unacceptable, to say the least.
