Lanza Automotive

I tried to give this shop a couple chances, but decided that its no longer worth the trouble. Today I called to get a labor estimate on a standard headlight replacement (I have the bulb). The guy on the phone asked for the make and model of the vehicle to which it was provided, only to be told that they're not sure what parts need to come off and that prices are not shared over the phone to which he then hung up.

Pretty scary to hear that an "automotive shop" doesn't know what parts need to come off to replace a standard headlight in a vehicle. I'm no mechanic, but if one works with vehicles on a daily basis, then wouldn't one have an idea of what needs to be done? Unfortunately the lack of knowledge and professionalism makes it difficult for repetitive business.

Lanza Automotive is the BEST AUTO REPAIR SHOP that I've ever dealt with. You deal directly with the owner Frank, he actually listened to me while I described my cars symptoms and worrying about how to keep my 7 year old BMW with 129,000+ miles alive and well without spending a fortune on repairs. Frank took the time to not just explain but to "educate me" on both what's wrong with the car as well as how to prevent additional problems from occurring and he does it at a very affordable price. Excelent service, owner is truthful about his business. Been doing busoness yhere for st least 15 years and find no need to search out another mechanic. Not looking to overcharge. State of the art equipment is used where applicable. Fast turn around in most cases, truthful lead times at all times. Have not been dissatisfied yet. I reccommend this place, highly.

Owner has the individuals need at heart. You can't go wrong or do it better yourself. Honesty is their best policy.
