I really had a good experience with this shop. My car was totaled which sucked but the owner & receptionist were exceptionally nice & helpful. Both were really friendly & understanding of my situation being pregnant with twins. I really appreciate the service I received at Proline & would definitely recommend them.

After my car was backed up onto by a garbage truck I brought my car to proline body and chassis. They had told me that it was gonna be a little while to get the parts because right now there is a supply problem. That is not their fault. They did an excellent and I mean excellent job with my car. I highly recommend them and I will be going to them from now on for all future auto body issues.

Let's just hope there aren't any because the night with me either my car has been hit or I have hit something lol but seriously this body shop is amazing Kelly is awesome and attentive. Thank you so much Proline!

Words can't express my gratitude to Branddon and his incredible soul. I was attempting to install a spare after driving over something sharp in the road that punctured a hole in my tire. Branddon saw me, and offered to help. Using his own tools and supplies, he was able to patch up the hole on the spot and expected nothing in return. It's rare to find someone willing to assist a stranger and do so from the kindness of their heart. Proline now has a customer for life!

I was skeptical about getting my BMW repaired by any old body shop. I researched a few and decided to actually go into a few to see their work instead of just relying on pictures. Proline was the 1st shop I stepped foot in and also my LAST! When I entered and met Sean, who escorted me outside so he could assess my vehicle, I was amazed at how much knowledge he had and I had a feeling he wasn't one of those fast-talking, just in it for the money repair shop.

He didn't pressure me and also gave me some advice if I were to choose another auto body shop and what I should look for. I was SOLD and trusted him with my car. Well, he didn't disappoint! When I picked my car up, I was AMAZED and fell in love all over again! It had that new car scent on the inside and the leather was sooo clean! My family, friends and co-workers couldn't believe that was the same car that was involved in an accident! I recommend this shop and give Sean and the crew

Terrible experience and cost me hundreds of extra dollars. 6 Week turnaround time which led to out of pocket rental costs. Had to visit 3 separate occasions because repairs were done incorrectly. My headlight had glass inside the housing unit and clearly damaged or installed incorrectly. I have one broken "new" headlight. They stated they would reach out to manufacturer a month ago.

I haven't heard anything since. On the contrary I was able to secure a replacement in a week from manufacturer. Not to mention Sean is extremely unprofessional as every e-mail written is in all Capital Letters. Stay far away.

Had work done at proline Body and Chassis Staff very Friendly and Professional, from Sean giving an estimate to Kelly keeping me informed every step of the repair. Car was finished when they said if would be done They make a very stressful time very easy. Fixed my car perfectly looks like when it was brand new, I highly recommend this shop.this was my second time using this shop if I ever need a body shop again this shop will be my first and only choice.

This service station is working with Geico Express office. The staff here is friendly and professional. Once car is in their hands they will call you few times during the fix process: once after estimate is ready, once when the work is started and few times to give you updates. Loved the customer service here.
