Went here to get a quote on my vehicle. No appointment required, walk in only. Staff was friendly but quote was not very detailed and missed obvious items that could be seen. Other shops took more time and provided more complete quotes. Be prepared to pay more with a supplement when vehicle is stripped down for repair.

I can't say enough good things about Kittredge Auto Rebuilders and Kenny Erhardt. They are always very responsive and give you options about how best to fix your car and what needs to be done. Recommend with complete confidence!

Kenny and Fred are great people along with the rest of the staff! From what I have seen coming out of the shop their work is hands down some of the best I've seen! Small local owners and quality work all go hand in hand with an all around great business that has been around for years and will continue on for even more!

The worst place to bring your vehicle for a repair of any sort. I received our truck back and had to continue to bring it back 3 more times to get them do the job correctly. Still not repaired correctly. Honestly they don't deserve even a 1 star rating but had to give a star to make this review. Save yourself a headache and find any other shop but this horrible repair shop!

Very disappointed. I had a simple bumper replacement. It was supposed to be a 4 day job. I waited till the parts were in and delivered my car early Monday AM. They promised me I would have it Friday, as I needed it for a trip. It was not done till The following Tuesday. No apologies. I will not go back.

I have used Kittredge Auto Rebuilders several times in the past without any issue and have been happy with their work and service. My most recent experience with them however has turned the tables and because of it, I will never use them again and don't recommend anyone else does either: My vehicle had some minor paint damage repairs that needed to be completed, and I dropped off the vehicle the weekend after Christmas 2019.

I was told my vehicle repairs would be completed by December 31st (at the very latest). I called the first week in January to find out what is going on, and then just left it alone (figuring they would call with updates). Well, I was totally wrong! Not ONE phone call from them, until February 14th 2020, when they told me that my vehicle repairs were completed and it was ready for pick up.

When I asked why we were never notified of the status of what was going on with our vehicle for the past month and a half, I was told it was a delay because of insurance, and they supposedly left me several messages (which was a flat out lie because I looked through my call log, and I hadn't received any missed calls or messages from them). I totally understand if there was a delay in the repairs being completed because of a hold up with the insurance supplement, but that's not the point!

I will never use Kittredge Auto rebuilders again because I think that it's absolutely absurd that they wouldn't at least reach out with an update on what's happening with my vehicle in over 40 days! Frustrated and unhappy customer

My experienceswith KAR have been very positive. I have used them in the past while suffering teenage drivers, I used them recently for hail damage, and I will use them again when I need to. They are friendly, helpful, worked well with my insurance company, and their body work is excellent. No complaints.

We've taken both personal and work vehicles into Kittredge Auto Rebuilders. They have always been friendly and usually the most reasonable in price. The cars have come out looking great and we've never had a problem later on with their work. We have had to wait sometimes a week or two because they are busy, but they are always up front with the scheduling.

We had a very negative experience with this shop. It's a local shop just a few minutes from our house so we were hoping for the great "good neighbor" experience. My car was in a major accident with the front of the car being damaged. It took the shop over 2 months to complete the repair, after which they discovered that the car also has mechanical problems so it went back to the dealership for another 2 weeks. Finishing the repair was delayed 3 or 4 times.

When I called the shop checking on the status of the car, the owners were rude. When I told them that I am frustrated, they said "so are the other 2 or 3 owners that have major repairs. Everyone is backed up because of the winter storm (although there were really no major winter storms this winter in Colorado)". Would've never gone to this shop if we knew.

Our family has used Kittredge Auto Rebuilders for 20 years. Kenny and Brenda are fair, professional and good people. It's the best place for collision repair in the Evergreen area.

Unfortunately, with 4 cars and 2 daughters that didn't learn to drive unscathed. I have used Kittredge Auto Rebuilders one to many times. (They know me by name) Kenny, Steve and Brenda have always been great to deal with and their workmanship is unparalleled. I recently had a minor setback with one fender they worked on. When I took is back, Steve not only had the problem fixed at no charge.he had some minor damage repaired and the car detailed to make up for the inconvenience of a return trip to their shop. Who does that? They do. Great people and Great Service

These guys were awesome and I am so happy i shopped around. They gave me a quote within a few minutes and even found a used part in excellent condition which kept the cost way down. Plus, they were 1/2 cheaper than other companies. After they were done with the work, they cleaned the inside of my car! I was so happy overall with everything!

Kenny does a great job! He is are immediate go to for all body damage to our cars. Just got my car back after Kenny repaired both bumpers. It looks better than new! It was finished early, totally repaired and washed inside and out. Thank you!

I received damage to the right rear panel of my 2005 Chrysler Pacifica and I love my car. I contacted my insurance company and requested a popular body shop near me within their network. I chose Caliber Collision and they were very professional. I asked them to explain the repair process and they said the damage would be repaired. I said I don't feel comfortable repairing it.

I thought I could have the panel replaced and their response is their work is guaranteed. If I the customer am not happy they could obtain a panel from the junk yard and replace it. I said I would compare their offer with other body shops. Caliber Collision submitted an estimate of $1441.00 which I have a 500 dollar deductible. The Kittredge Auto Rebuilders shop was highly recommended through many guys from work. Kittredge was very professional and explained step by step the removal of trim and so on.

Their detail was amazing and we went inside to review the cost of a new panel. The shocking price of that panel would have totaled my car. We then shopped used panels and found one considered in excellent condition. The Kittredge estimate to repair to my satisfaction was $3600. Kittredge Auto Rebuilders completed the work by the day they said. I am extremely happy with their work. Please review the before and after pictures.
