In the fall of 1983, I was leading a company that developed a computerized customer follow-up system for the automotive aftermarket. We were invited to attend a dealer meeting in Memphis, Tennessee for the Shell Oil Company, and asked to speak to a group of their Auto Care Dealers about how to improve their customer loyalty through our system.

It was recommended to to me that I purchase this coverage at the time I purchased my car. I thought I would probably never need it and I also felt it was just some type of sales gimmick. I went ahead and purchased it and I am so happy I did. I experienced damage to my car window and was very concerned because it has all of these sensors in it. I called this insurance provider and the representative that answered the phone was so kind, courteous and professional.
He took my claim over the phone and scheduled me at their recommended vendor the same day. I went to the vender at my scheduled appt and they were also very professional and eased my concerns. They replaced my car window with the sensors and I drove out of their shop within a couple of hours. I was very happy and will now always recommend that everyone elect the insurance because you never know when you will need it. My cost for the window replacement service was zero.

It may have been the tiniest of dings, but from customer care to quality repair the folks at Soniso brought their ace game. I have nothing but accolades for the experience-especially from their ambassador Claire, who is an absolute professional and pleasure to work with. Let the runaway shopping carts, falling walnuts and highway rocks do their worst-because I know Soniso will always bring their best!

This worked exactly as we hoped. We bought the coverage because the car was for our son, who is a new driver, and we thought the dents and dings may occur. After about a year we looked over the car saw a few spots with dents and filed a claim online with my phone camera. We met the tech at our dealership and the spots on the car look perfect like nothing had ever happened. Super happy with this company and service.
