I was accidentally rear-ended at a stop light several weeks ago during a snow storm. Mahnke did a fantastic job on restoring the bumper to brand new. Also, they managed to get it done in one day when I thought it would take a week and a half! They were very thorough, professional and easy to work with. Added bonus: they cleaned my car inside and out! What a nice touch and a great experience overall.

I was in a minor accident and looked for a local business to work with. My phone was damaged during the accident and I was unable to take photos for an online estimate so I stopped by. I was told that I could not get an estimate until mid January, period. I was disappointed by being told, "we are short staffed and that's as good as we can do". I will look elsewhere and inform my insurance that the recommendation to go to Mahnke did not work out.

These guys are the BEST! All the staffs and especially their manager. The both times I have been here for my Lexus 450RX's paint scratches, they have gone farrrr and beyond what is needed. The second time was on the house even. It is not just a cash and profit for them but to form a long lasting customer family base. I will always come here over any other places. Period. Thanks guys!

The service I received here was amazing! Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and nice. There were multiple things wrong with my jeep when I took it in and they were able to complete everything in a few short days. They kept me updated with texts as my jeep finished each stage of the repair which was super helpful. I would definitely recommend this auto body shop and would go there again!

Mahnke did a fine job with my car. It looks like new. The people I dealt with were very good. Anna, the estimator, clearly explained what options I had. Nicole, the contact person, kept me abreast of the status of repairs. She is also personable and fun to talk with. I like that element in people I am doing business with! If I need repairs in the future, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

From the moment I walked in the front door, I knew this business was going to take care of the damage to my car and treat me professionally, with respect and be authentic and have understanding to my situation. My older Honda had front end damage and they explained clearly what they were going to do to estimate the damage, then their involvement with the insurance company and how the process would go from there.

From that moment on I trusted Mahnke's estimator, front end staff and company completely! I had interactions through the entire process with a few of the staff, and they always treated me with respect and great care. They all were open and honest in every way, by explaining info clearly, and in a friendly way. They sent text messages informing me of the process and approximate date of completion, and they never over promised.

If there was any delay they were clear and accountable in their language, so I always knew what was going on. Upon completion of the work to my car, they took me to my car and went over the areas of repair with clear and precise clarification of just about every detail. They were thorough making sure I understood everything and answering any questions or concerns I had.

They did an excellent job with the repairs, and my Honda is once again in great condition to take me where I may need to go! They completely washed my car, something that's just part of their excellent service, and I noticed they even washed the door jams! This is one of those things that makes me say."Who does that?" Called for an estimate about painting a fender. They wanted $700. Maaco wanted $300. Ending up buying the paint and clear and doing it myself for around $80. They do quality work, but who can afford it at those prices.

I could not be happier with Mahnke's work on my vehicle! This is my second time bringing my car into the shop to get fixed due to an accident. The process was so smooth; the estimate was done there and repairs were taken care of. I didn't have to deal with the insurance company after the initial claim. The quality of work was amazing! Nicole and the front desk ladies were very friendly and very helpful every time I was there.

The professionalism and precision that goes into the bodywork and paint work is second to none! I love these guys and will always bring my vehicles to them! I will be making recommendations!

It was my fault. I wrecked my beautiful flawless Honda Pilot. No one was hurt, but I was devastated. My insurance State Farm highly recommended Mahnke Auto Body in Frederick. Honestly, I hoped for the best but knew there was no way the car would ever be the same again. I was nervous about picking it up. But all of that trepidation melted away when I was greeted by Steve Scheideler, General Manager, Jess Bernardy, Office Manager, and staff.

The attention to detail--even before they brought out my car--was uncommon. The paperwork was all in order including a big surprise: All of the work done on the car (a lot) comes with a lifetime warranty (non-transferrable, but I'll keep this car forever, trust me). Then I saw my car. Stunned. Speechless. Absolutely undetectable in any way that the car was in a wreck. AND they washed it, detailed it inside and out. they sure didn't get it that way!

After 3 weeks, I can detect not one thing--large or tiny--that is not pristine and absolutely perfect. Driving away from Mahnke that day was even better than driving it off the showroom floor. Thank you so much, Steve and crew. You have all of my future autobody needs of which I hope there will be very few, if any!

I have brought my vehicles here a few times and have always been very pleased with the quality of customer service. The repairs were done quickly and very well. I would recommend Mahnke auto body for any vehicle repair needs.

It's taken me awhile to leave a review, I like to wait a couple of months in case something pops up. It's been a couple of months and I have had no issues with the body work and paint. I am a very picky and detailing when it comes to my cars. Excellent Auto Body Shop. They do beautiful work. I had my 2017 Honda Civic in a crash. Can't even tell it was in an accident.

The paint match and quality is flawless. Body panels line up perfectly. I had a family emergency and they were extremely patient, understanding and accommodating. They kept my car until I had things ironed out. I can't say enough of there "above and beyond" level of customer service. The office ladies kept me informed of the process, steps they were at in the repair and worked diligently with my Insurance.

They even got things covered by my insurance that the insurance adjuster missed. Truly felt like they had my best interests and treated me like family. I would highly recommend Mahnke Auto Body in Frederick and make sure they are the 1st company to call.

I had my Lexus there for some body work. When my wife dropped it off she specifically asked that it be put in the garage because a storm was coming. They said the would but they had to put the cars with no windows in first. The next day we found out they did not garage it and there was now $11,000 worth of hail damage. That is bad enough but when I went to pick it up from fixing that they had not replaced the windshield.

The told me I needed to file another claim for that. When I got home I called the insurance company and they said bs and they needed to fix it. Even though they told me they could come out to my home for the windshield when I called they said I had to come in. Another 60 mile round trip and most of the day later it is finally fixed. I cannot say it was a good experience and I hope, for obvious reasons, I never have to go back

I figured an independent shop next to a Lexus dealership could handle my damaged Ducati motorcycle bodywork. I figured right. My standards are high, and they delivered. General Manager Steve introduced himself at pickup time to make sure I was satisfied. Friends, that's as good as it gets, in my book. I'll be back.

Mahnke did a terrific job on repair my car doors. They did a very job on repairing the automotive body work. The staffs are very friendly. However there was a mishap happened to the transmission while my car was in their shop after a month. To make the long story short all party involved (my insurance, Mahnke, and me) came to an agreement that we will pay equally in fixing up the car.

I thought that was fair and it was cool that Sam the district manager called me and apologized. I could see that he is a man of strong conviction in making thing right and takes pride in his family business. After another month of finding the right part I got my car back. Since it took another month to have my car repair the shop paid for my part of the repair plus the deductible.

I only paid for the whole month rental car. Sam is a man true to his words. It is true that we won't learn if there is no failure. I will definitely come back to Mahnke for repair again because Sam has regain my trust in them.

I got repair work done on my van. Mahnke is fantastic! Price came in less than quoted and it is quality workmanship. The employees are friendly and I highly recommend this company. Thank you Ben!

My wife took her Sonata in to fix some front end damage. The quote they gave was a little over a thousand, her deductible was $500. Two days after "fixing" the front end my wife was driving down the highway when part of the wheel well body panel a part that had been repaired, flew off at 70 mph. She was very lucky that it did not cause a traffic accident or injury.

At first they tried to claim that is was not related to the work they had just done and parts sometimes just fly off cars. Only after getting our insurance agent involved did they admit it was related but then blamed the insurance adjuster for not seeing all the damage. After some finger pointing between them and the insurance company they finally agree to fix the issue. We will never use this company again.

After addressing the situation, Mahnke Promptly made the situation better and did an amazing job on my truck. I feel it looks better now than when I rolled out of the dealership, and how that happened I don't know but I surely appreciate it! HOWEVER, a year later the molding is bubbling out and the rock chips that were there were simply painted over. Will gladly pay someone else out of pocket before I go back.

I was rear ended in an auto accident and he pushed me into the car in front of me, so my poor truck had damage on both ends. We had the truck towed to Mahnke for the repairs since it's close to our house and they were scheduled to work on my husband's Subaru as well. The truck was repaired a week before they quoted me at, it looks brand new, and is running great!

They put up with my hundreds of questions daily since I had never been in an accident before and they were so friendly. The same day I picked up my truck my husband's Subaru was ready too, and again, looks good as new! We will be taking our vehicles here for sure!

A little slow on the repair (quoted 3 weeks. actually took 4 1/2). But trust me i know what its like dealing with insurance companies. NOT AN EASY THING! All an all I'm very happy with the results. Would go back for sure. (God for bid another uninsured drunk driver ever hits me. :0) quality work + quality parts = happy customers.

I'm definitely not an auto-body person. I have not the first clue about the business but I am a customer and I know good/excellent service when I receive it. Mahnke Auto Body in Frederick is off the charts when it comes to not only the quality of service given to one's vehicle but the service behind the counter is off the charts as well.

Everyone and I mean EVERYONE is friendly, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond in ensuring the customer is taken care of. I don't like the fact than anyone would ever have to use this type of service because of an accident or vandalism but when those days happen it is good to know there is a place that is here to HELP in every way possible. A big thumbs up!
