Had my vehicle for 5 days longer than was told. Didnt fix one of the things that needed to be fixed and still charged me almost $200 just to use an air compressor. My ac was fixed and works great. I am following up with them about the other problem that was not fixed. Just need time when I can be without a vehicle for a week or more.

They know what they're doing. Normally get my issue identified and fixed same day. Dont have to pay out the a** for it either. I've been to a few different ones in Mebane and this one is by far the best.

Family owned and some of the friendliest, honest people. Not over priced for Auto Repairs or Tire's. Small family owned business but same or better than dealer's and big Auto and Tire Franchise's.

Took it for a diagnostic test found a misfire and called to tell me I had a bad spark plug. Asked if I wanted 1 or all changed. After the price of $300+ was given for all 8 I opted for the 1 bad plug to be changed. Total was $120 for one spark plug. $100 labor to change ONE spark plug. Absolutely outrageous. Business lost for good. As for your response of driving it before and after.

If it was actually driven I would have hoped someone would have recognized the infamous GM transmission "shudder" which the shop I took it to this morning recognized it immediately. Which is the reason I brought it in for and described it to the gentleman at the counter as well as the misfire. Currently my truck is in a shop in Cary because the transmission went out this morning and was unable to make the trip back to Mebane. And also your shop board says you charge $30 for diagnostic testing not "half hour labor"

Two weeks ago I brought a tire in to Mebane Tire that was very worn on the inside edge. I wanted a new tire installed and the front end aligned. I also provided a new toms sensor to be installed on the wheel getting the new tire. The end result was, after four hours, no alignment, new new tire but they did install the sensor. I had a bill for $215.00 for the new tire that was never installed. When I brought the car back I got the old "they put it on the wiring for wheel" The mechanic said "I didn't know". I

Came here to have my tire plugged after running over a nail. They were able to get me right in, when other places could not. They took my car right away and had me back on the road very fast! The price was amazing! They charged less than other similar shops in Mebane. Thank you!

My brakes went out on me while I was driving yesterday. i called and around and one place kept giving me the run around. When I called in, the man at the front desk told me they could have it done by the end of the day. They told me what my options were and they didn't try to over price the job. My car rides so smooth now. Thank you Mebane Tire and Auto!

We had them fix our daughter's car and then a week later it wouldn't start after she had stopped by Tommy's to get a snack in between school and work. I told her to walk over to their shop and see if they could tow the car. Before I even got there, they sent a guy over to fix it. He drove it to their parking lot and then they told me there was no charge! These people are a true blessing!

I only took my car here for the 2 years I lived in Mebane. Got new tires, transmission flush, regular maintenance, and safety inspections all done here. Great guys. Only issue was sometimes when you drop your car off or go to pick it up, all the guys are in the bays working so you have to wait until someone gets to the counter. I love that they work hard but having a way to notify them you're there would be nice. Still a 5 star place.

This was my first time at the shop. And it will not be my last. One or two people were in the shop today. Well the employees. I was greeted. And that was nice. I was there for an inspection only. There is a nice waiting area. Live PD was playing on the television which was appreciated while I waited. While I waited there was another customer that came in.

Apparently the shop patched his wife's tire on her car earlier this morning. And the husband came back to pay them for the patch or the work that was done. It was nice that they just let them come back and pay them. That impressed me a bit. Plus the employees were friendly. I will be back.

I had 2 tires blow out on me. They fixed very fast and they even said my car would probably shake but it doesn't at all. Very pleased and definitely recommended. Called their towing too very great service and experience.

Good guys who do good work. The oil changes are affordable, and they're quick. It IS first come, first serve, so I recommend getting there early if you need Saturday morning service. The waiting area isn't the most comfortable, but if I recall they may have wifi. Otherwise I've had no complaints.

Had my air conditioning repaired in my older Saturn. Will and the folks and Mebane Tire did an excellent job repairing it, and for a great price. They worked with me to find a suitable repair within my budget and had the repair done in no time. I've been able to stay cool all summer long! Highly recommended!

Went into Mebane Tire & Automotive for tire quote for my daughter's 1996 Toyota Avalon, she needed all four. So, I specifically asked the service man if he could BEAT Walmart's price of $75 a tire installed, which would be $300 total. He said, no problem I'll give it to you for $70 a tire. Wow! Ok great. However, when I went into pay to for the tires the bill was over $400, he had charged me over $95 a tire including install balance and tax. What? You're kidding, right? Apparently, I misunderstood, $70 a tire didn't include install, balance and tax like Walmart's quote. I GOT HOSED big time. I know, I know, next time get it in writing.except there's NEVER EVER going to be a next time at Mebane Tire & Automotive.

If you're like me and can't afford new ones, it's a great place to buy used tires. They're always in very good condition. Only costs $25 each installed, cash only, and you get no receipt. And remember, any misunderstanding or mistake is totally your fault. Otherwise, expect good, reasonably priced service!
