My brakes were squealing in reverse. Two dealerships said that there was no problem. Just one trip to The Service Department resulted in quiet brakes. I'm really impressed with the demeanor of the staff, and their ability to be problem solvers.

We have used the Service Department for many years and have found them to always be professional, honest and skilled. I would trust The Service Dept with any of our vehicles anytime. I can trust that they will only recommend the service and repairs that are needed and at the best price. They have done an excellent job with any repair work that was needed, we never had a problem afterwards.

Spoke with Pat, the owner, about several complex questions about my car and he was very understanding, he took the time to explain everything, he listened to my concerns and prior issues and repairs I'd had. He was willing to assist in diagnosing before quoting me the highest priced solution and was willing to work with my schedule to get me in. Definitely would recommend!

My father used to go there in the 80's and we lived in Durham. Great work and he liked the owner, Al(?). Nonetheless, the woman running it now is just as cool. They allowed my just purchased van w failed transmission to be towed, diagnosis was without charge. The can and have fixed various cars for me. Right at I-85 Hillsborough, Sheetz, Walmart exit. As, I said - They do great work, so it's busy.

I've been taking my 2008 Ford to The Service Department for the last couple of years and I'm very happy with their service. I recently got an oil change. I set an appointment and was there a few minutes ahead of time. The staff greeted me and they took my care back right on time. I waited in the clean and comfortable waiting area and 20 minutes later they had completed a professional job and I was on my way!

That's customer service. I've had large repairs and small and I've never been disappointed. I highly recommend The Service Department. *2021 Update - Two cars later. Still great service. Honest, dependable, friendly. Highly recommend!
