We have done business with Crash Champions (formerly Total Autobody) several times, most recently with our nice car rear-ended by an inattentive driver. They were compassionate and very informative regarding the details on the level of damage to our vehicle. They are committed to providing a high quality repair and will provide nothing less.

I just had some work done on my car here, and WOW. I have never been to a shop where I felt so welcomed and everything that was done was done WAY over expectations! The front desk lady (I forgot her name) is absolutely phenomenal. Thank you for great service!

This place is an absolute Tier 1 auto body shop. They resurrected my F-150 truck after it looked like an IED hit it. Phenomenal body work and paint job. My F-150 looked better than when I picked it up at the Ford dealership. Do Not take your vehicle elsewhere. These guys are Top Gun in Ozaukee County. You wont be sorry. I hit a deer with my 2017 Camaro, and was concerned with getting it returned back to it's original condition. Total Auto Body did an incredible job, all while fighting with our insurance company, and didn't cut any corners that I can see. They never caved in and did the correct repairs without being "hounded" to make the car right again. Good communication and even better final result! If anything, I'd say their paint quality was actually better than GM's finish, but it would be hard to fault them for that!

I came to Total Auto Body to get an estimate on some bumper damage to our minivan in regards to an insurance claim. I met with a gentleman named Chris who took me through the process without skipping a beat. He took pictures, provided estimates and got the info to the claims adjuster that same day. Customer service is clearly a priority for Total Auto Body. Their garage was filled with cars, yet I still felt as if I was their only customer at that moment.

I can't thank Total Auto Body enough. A deer ran into my car and nearly totaled it. The car was a gift from my dad and I was devastated to learn it may be totaled. Total Auto Body went out of their way to fix it cost-wise, and aesthetic/performance-wise. The job they did is nothing short of spectacular. (Incidentally, my car was hit a year prior by someone who didn't know how to parallel park and they repaired it as well).

I didn't hesitate to tell my insurance company to take the car directly to Total Auto Body after the deer hit. They do beautiful work, are extremely communicative, and have a wonderful team of people. I am very grateful. Thanks Total Auto Body!

The body work was absolutely perfect on my TTRS after hitting the Godzilla spawn of a raccoon. Paint and body work is so well done you can't tell that anything happened. Everything looks factory fresh. This is the 2nd time we've used Total Auto Body, and should I need more work this will be the first place I go to. Had a little follow-up a couple days later to resolve a door handle problem and Ryan was very helpful in handling and fixing the issue on the spot. Thank you very much for everything.

This is the second time I've taken a vehicle to this shop, and I am extremely satisfied with their professional work. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I had a great experience at TAB. I had a large dent in the side of my car and the damage was deep with a significant amount of paint damage. They were able to assess the damage and have it completely fix in less than a week. It looks great, even better than before. The price was fair and they are very transparent about their work. I would gladly go back for more work in the future.

I made an appointment online and arrived on time. After explaining to the receptionist what I was there for and letting her know that I would be paying out of pocket, that there was no insurance claIm, they seemed completely uninterested. I explained that I had received one other quote to which she replied, "I'm sure that whatever the other quote was, ours will be the same or higher." Someone came out with me to look at the car but would not give me an estimate.

He said they would have to take the car apart first. I've never been to a body shop that would not give me a written quote. This appointment was a big waste of my time. I've never felt so unwelcome at a business.

These guys did a great job restoring my car after someone backed into me. I loved the updates and the convenience of being able to pick up my rental right there.

What fantastic service! They looked at my car, ordered the new parts and let me know when they were in. They did a fantastic job replacing my passenger side window and tinted it to match my other windows beautifully. To boot they even billed my insurance company directly so I only had to pay them my deductible. They were fast, skilled and courteous. I'll go back if I ever need repairs done again.
